kurze distanz zum flughafen (taxi 6min) 20 drh. sehr ruhiges haus, kein fluglärm. shopping center zu fuss zu erreichen. Für Kurzurlaub (4 - 5 Tage) sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für div Aktivitäten.

The best hotel resort on the Palm Dubai: Two option of views from your room.
Owe first room view was Arabian Gulf and we changed to The Palm view.
We loved the Marine & Waterpark, 'Dolphin Bay', 'Aquaventure', 'The Lost Chambers', and the Atlantis Dive Centre. You will have to book for the Dolphin Bay, from 600AED to 1450AED that is same for the Dive Centre. Dining is from all over the World with Michelin Stars to Arabian Gems. But do remember this on a Palm of the Arabian Gulf as you may see on a map. The is no Shopping Mall and you are more depended on the hotel, so those who give 3 mark for this reason do not understand Geography.

It was very wonderful trip and the main thing was because I'm in Atlantis. So I recommend you to don't look at any other hotel and go direct to Atlantis because of everything were perfect and they are fully aware what's the meaning of the guests in all services sides.

Great hotel, conveniently near the airport

This is a great hotel to spend a few days or more. The restaurants at the hotel are all excellent, and there are several pools, so it's not hard to find a quiet place to yourself. The gym is well-equipped. The metro is about a 7-10 minute walk at the airport Terminal 1. The showers, at least in the standard rooms, leave something to be desired, but overall this was a great hotel experience.

perfect beach hotel in dubai

We were met by an enthusiastic and happy staff who offered early check in and late check out at no additional cost! They also gave us a free chocolate lovers delight served in a beautiful lounge area of the hotel. We had a sea view and the room was the most efficient room lay out I have ever seen. The bathroom facilities were amazing and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the pool and the pool bar, the staff was great and the drinks delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, it is a great value. We were there on Jan 13 and 14, 2011.

A great new hotel opened in summer 2010. Very plush and sophisticated decor. Fantastic location just off the beach and on the doorstep of a long run of cafes and restaurants.. We never ate in the hotel once. Its all on your doorstep so why pay 5 star prices for food when there is ample good quality food at half the price on the street level.
The rooms have a new 7 layer matress concept in bedding that some will find too soft. This is deliberate but made my back hurt due to lack of support. The rooms state beach view but unless you buy the double priced ones facing directly onto the beach then you will get a deluxe room that has an obscured view of the sea due to the high rise next door.
The room was very nice and had a balcony but there was an overhead hum that could be heard all night and disturbed my sleep. I pulled down the inspection tile in the bathroom to find loads of pipes running above the ceiling that were responsible for this noise.

Love the spacious room

Whenever I spend a day or two in Dubai, this is one of the hotels I usually select because of its proximity to City Centre Mall and the spacious room. I love that is give you the feeling of living the "Suite" life. Having your bedroom seperate from the living area with a TV in both is sweet. It also comes with 1 1/2 bath. It is hard to get a taxi to the hotel but one you walk about 3 minutes to the main road on your way to walk across to the mall, then a taxi is easy. I dont usually take the drivers that are parked at the hotel because they charge far more than a regular taxi. The rooms are pretty clean and they are happy to upgrade you for free if space is available once you make it there. The only thing I would have them to fix is the bathrooms. One of the toilets leaked and I had to contact them to place me in another room. But I would recommend this hotel because you get a much bigger room than just staying at a regular hotel... hello... you get a suite. I go on vacation every 4 months so I have stayed at this hotel about 5 times over the past 5 years. I love hotel bounce. As long as they have it on sale for less than $100 then I usually will choose this hotel when I want to be on the cheap side. If it is your second or third trip to Dubai then I recommend this hotel especially if you want to visit City Centre Mall without having to pay for a taxi. There are a few Le Meridiens so make sure you get the whole name and address when taking the taxi from the airport. I like to hotel hop so sometimes I stay in cheaper places and sometimes a little more than Le Meridien.

I stayed two nights at the Le Meridien Fairway, 28 MAR, 29 MAR. First and foremost the staff was GREAT, very cordial and professional. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy highway but this was not an issue for me. My room had a good view of the Burj Khalifa and other downtown buildings esp. at night, however not within walking distance. The Irish Village, a collection of wonderful restaurants and pubs in a beautiful outdoor setting, as well as other local and chain restaurants, are a short walk from the hotel as is the Metro station, which is a very clean and safe public transit system that runs from terminals 1 and 3 of the airport to many of the major sites such as the Mall of the Emirates, Burj Khalifa, etc... for a small fee (approx. $1.75 U.S.). The Metro is also the least expensive means of transportation from the airport (taxi ride approx. $10.00 U.S dollars plus tip).I walked alone throughout the area without hesitation. The area is very similar to any developed commercial area in the U.S.
This was the first of many trips I will be making to Dubai and I plan to make the Le Meridien Fairway my home there.
My only complaint is the price of internet access, which was approximatley $10.00 U.S. for one hour or $27.00 U.S. for 24 hours.

Stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids. Quite central location and close to 2 Metro stations. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you are looking spotless carpets and shining bathtub, you wont get it here. If you want a place to sleep in the night after touring the city in the day, this place would meet your needs amply. The AC in one of the rooms was not working but Dubai was not hot on the days we visited. So we did not complain. The staff was friendly so they would have probably fixed it. Did not use the pool / Gym.

The Golden Sands Hotel is located in very nice location.. all facilities for shopping, entertainment, and nightlife are available in the nearby, The Wonder Bus & Bus of Dubai are within walkable distances. Also it is recommended for its easy accesses. It is close to the business district of Dubai. Also to remark that the hotel is quiet, clean and nice staff but the facilities are limited and proportioned to its pricing.

I really like this hotel. It was a great deal for the price. The only down side was that on the day that I decided to use the pool it was closed for cleaning. Loved the free internet access and parking!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Huge, very clean, safe and quiet room. Great breakfast. Much better quality hotel for the price and ratings found anywhere in the US or Europe. Great help with directions and maps for the sightseeing spots and tours of the city. Would definitely recommend it.

Dieses Mal waren wir im Jumeirah Beach Hotel und es ist absolut super toll! Das Hotel mit seiner 1001 Nacht Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher Service an der Reception, sehr grosse Zimmer mit Blick auf den Burj, das Frühstücksbuffet war ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und auch der König besuchte das Hotel und sprach mit den Gästen, echt cooler Typ. Beim nächsten Mal in Dubai nur noch Jumeirah Beach.

My overall experience was good, this is a fairly new hotel, so the only downside, was that even though it is so close to dubai mall , it doesnt look safe to just walk there.. to many undeveloped plots next to the hotel. plus side, transport is cheap and even free through the hotel shuttle bus. Another plus would have been if the outdoor pool was heated. Infinity bar is a nice chillout area.. and the hotel pricing was reasonable, would expect it to rise if the surrounding area gets more developed.

Everything fine about this hotel except limited pool/lounger space.
The only real problem that we experienced was that the travel agent failed to advise the hotel of our booking and we were kept waiting for over an hour while they located an available room. Although not the hotel's fault they sortred the problem by the following morning and we received a free breakfast and a complimentary basket of fruit.

very pleasant, all glass outside walls, new building.
Only complaint is it seemed a bit more exprensive than other hotels, though I think the huge living room and bred room(s) are worth it, and kitchen, if you need the space--I didn't, but if you do, excellent separate tub and super and very comfortable sleek design.

We visited Dubai for one week to attend a wedding. This hotel gave us everything we needed. Plenty of catering provisions. Excellent in-room dining too. Nice functional pool with plenty of sun loungers. It was very clean, had tasteful decor, excellent house-keeping standards and staff were very attentive and efficient. The outside pool bar was nice for drinks in the evenings. The only thing to let it down was that we were put on a smoking floor and as non-smokers we were affected by the smell of smoke in our room.

was in dubai as a 36 hour stopover trip. the hotel was easy to get to (30 minutes from the airport for 70AED/20USD). easy check in with a great upgrade. nice room had everything i needed and more. beautiful hotel. glad i stayed in a hotel connected to a mall--entertainment at any time of day if you need to fill time (skiing, people watching, and easy to get a quick bite to eat)

Only had an overnight, but would have stayed longer had I known what a perfect place it was. Service was exceptional, and I was overwhelmed to be upgraded to a junior suite. Since I had no time for a city tour, the concierge was able to arrange for a hotel car and driver for a 2-hour look around the city. I will definitely return for a longer stay on my way back to visit family in Sri Lanka.

The hotel is right on the beach. It is very clean and the rooms are a nice size. The bathroom is also very nice. Nothing gross about this place. They have a nice pool and a great health spa. There is a huge lap pool in the spa if you want to get away from the kids in the outdoor pool and do some serious swimming. They also have a nice sauna and steam room. The staff is friendly and most helpful. You get free admission to Wali World waterpark, which is really fun. You can also get into the Burg Al Arab (sailboat hotel) without making reservations at one of their restaurants since you are staying in a Jumeriah Beach hotel. On the downside, the breakfast buffett isn't that great especially for the cost and if you want to spend most of your time around the souks and downtown area, it's at least a $16 cab ride each way. If you do take a cab, make sure it's a cab company car and not a hotel car because that will cost you at least $10 more. The hotel cars are metered, but they don't have any markings on the outside. Inside, they aren't any nicer than a regular cab. You can tell the doorman your preference. The hotel is a good deal for the money considering the alternatives. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked the Grosvenor House as our base from which to explore Dubai in preparation for a potential move out there and am very glad we chose this hotel. We had heard about the great service in Dubai but were blown away by the exceptional service we received from the staff at this hotel. Our overnight flight meant that we arrived early so we asked if an early check in was possible. Unfortunately it wasn't which was completely understandable and when returning from our walk, we were given a lovely room, bigger than we had expected, a letter of apology and a big bowl of fruit to make up for it which was completely unexpected and wonderful!
Our stay could not have been more comfortable, the staff were all so friendly, not to the point of being over the top but we just really felt welcome in the hotel during our stay; hard to explain how they did it but I would define it as perfect service.
We went for the Tower 2 premier rooms in order to be able to use the lounge and we're so glad we did. We've used lounges before in hotels and this by far was the best. The food was amazing and plentiful, the bar service in the evenings was also fantastic, as was the lounge manager who was so friendly and made us feel so welcome on each visit.
We also used the Royal Meridien facilities which was a big plus.
Buddha Bar was great for drinks and we also enjoyed the Embassy club, so great to have so many options for a night out within one hotel.
Although we are big fans of the Four Seasons chain, our stay at the Grosvenor House really set the standard regarding luxury and in particular excellent, friendly service.

We had a very nice stay at Park hotel apartments. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need, spacious room, comfortable bed..
The location is a little bit isolated (you cannot walk anywhere, as there are only motorways around the hotel), but they have free shuttles to many places and there is a metro station very close (to be opened soon..)
The hotel was renamed lately, so most taxi drivers don't know it - try the Arabian Park hotel instead, it's right next to it..

Didn't want to leave this place it was nice and clean, and pretty close to Wafi Mall, plus they offered hotel shuttle to and from attractions such as, Jumeirah beach, Dubai Museum etc. Doesn't have many restaurants near by but they do have a cafe and the their sister hotel next door has a restaurant, a bit pricey but good, or they have menus for you to order in. over all this was a great hotel for just 47 bucks a night
