The Kervansaray Hotel has an indoor pool and outdoor swimming pool with slide, along with a separate children's pool and playground; daily entertainment programmes for kids are also provided. I experienced other kervanseray hotels (bursa termal)and they were very good ,this kervanseray marmaris doesn't match with the others specially in room service and cleanness . they don't change the bed covers only once every 4 days and sometimes more , the soap and shampoo and towels are not provided regularly sometimes we had to take it from the reception . we had spots on the floor in the room as we entered it the first days and these spots remained until we left regardless our demands to clean it .

Description
Yesil Hurma is set right on the beach. Just outside the hotel is a narrow promenade from which you step directly onto the beach. The private beach has sunbeds and umbrellas, which are free for guests, laze in the sun, drink a cocktail, swim in the warm clear blue, blue ocean and forget all your woes. Just outside the hotel is a narrow promenade from which you step directly onto the beach. In the front of the hotel is the bar which is called the Lighthouse, during the day you can sit there and have a drink and watch the people strolling up and down the promenade. Note: Some services are with an extra charge.

The only positive thing about the hotel was the view and the breakfast buffet. [...] advertised it as having AC; however, we were told AC was 5 euros a day extra. The bathroom was substandard. The shower door had cracks and then came off altogether. The shower was not properly draining. The towels had spots and smelled. We stayed for 3 nights. In the morning of the second day, we left dirty towels on the floor. When we came back in the evening, the room was not cleaned. We were told at the reception that the towels get changed every three days. We asked for a set of clean towels since ours were left on the floor and were told that they can't give us towels. When I asked if we were supposed to reuse dirty towels from the floor, a staff just shrugged her shoulders. The manager was totally rude bordering on aggressive and did not make any effort to help us. [...]

gardens with great beach front location. The Art Marmaris is a Boutique hotel located on the beach front only 2
kilometers away from the city centre of Marmaris.
