Good hotel highly recommended. Would stay there again. Only down thing on this hotel they seem to struggle providing breakfast at peak time people waiting for plates and food to be supplied otherwise good value for money

The hotel is well equipped and also offers table tennis, tennis courts, sauna and turkish baths and a swimming pool. (05/08 SB) The building is six storeys tall and is painted white. The hotel is located a short distance away from city center.

Description
This is a well located property with an open air swimming pool on the 7th floor. There is also a turkish bath and an indoor swimming pool.
(06/09 SB) This is a 7 floor white concrete building, blending in well with the surrounding edifices. Located in the heart of Kusadasi opposite the sea front. The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the market and the shopping district. There are restaurants, bars and cafe's just minutes away from hotel's door step.

This is a good value property for a very central location.
(04/08 SB) This is a V shaped building with a swimming pool in the middle. This is located in the centre of Kusadasi opposite the yacht marina.

We picked this hotel for its location and price. It is conveniently located across from the marina. We spent two nights, including breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff was helpful and our experience was really good. Rooms were clean, well maintained. We had a rental car and traveled nearby destinations for sightseeing. All of the rooms have sea view. Sunset is really breathtaking. We do recommend this hotel for travelers.

Far from resembling a 4-star quality, it was a pleasant and conveniend summer hotel. Áltogether a fair value for money. Á freandly staff, but this is not a surprise in turkey, where everybody seems to be friendly.

This is a brand new property opened in summer 2006. It has a shopping center, a water sports center and an extensive health center. (04/08 SB) This modern building is covered in marble stones. The newest of the luxurious hotels of Kusadasi is right in the city centre only 5 minutes away from the yacht marina.

Excellent accommodation. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious with views from the balcony so good! Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with as much as you could eat. Facilities of sunbeds, pool and/or sea for swimming, drinks while relaxing on the sunbeds were excellent.

Ephesus Boutique Hotel is a tastefully and elegantly decorated low rise building amidst a pine forest. All of its 11 aesthetically pleasing designed rooms boast sweeping views of the forest and the village and are large enough to comfortably enjoy breakfast or dinner in your room, on your balcony or on one of the three communal terraces. Fun in the Sun

Our first impressions were bad. We arrived 11:30 p.m. and our room was very small. The late-night buffet was small and unappealing. The next day it was raining, and there was nothing to do. The wi-fi didn't work, so we had to pay to use a computer briefly to check our email.
When the rain stopped, things started looking up. First, we moved into a family room, which had plenty of space for the four of us. This is a resort that is centered around the pool and the outdoors. When it rains, things that normally happen outdoors just get cancelled (even basic things like snacks!).
On a sunny day, it is lovely to swim in or sit around the pools. My kids liked playing in the grassy area beside the pool and my one-year-old nephew took many naps there under a tree. The "beach" is a sandy area near the concrete-edged sea. I'd say smaller children can't safely swim in the sea here because of the sea wall. There are no lifeguards at the pools. There is a playground with small slides, see-saw, and bouncing animals. There is an indoor pool, decent sized, but we never swam in it. The fitness center has several treadmills, several bikes, and quite a few weights.
The hotel is very clean, and there are lots of choices for food. The best food is cooked fresh out on the patio during breakfast and supper, but the steam table food isn't bad. Unfortunately both my son and I got sick briefly, not sure if from the food or something else. The other six people in our group were fine. The staff were attentive and friendly, even when clearing up the enormous messes made by my one-year-old nephew during meals and snacks.
The evening entertainment ranged from funny (Mr. Fantasia contest for men) to high-quality (Circus night) to dreadful (Sketch night).
My kids loved the all-inclusive option, because they could go on their own to get ice cream cones or drinks. They also liked the buffet. There was always something they would eat, and they are kind of picky.
We met hotel guests from Turkey, Iran, Belgium, Georgia, and Northern Ireland, and I'm sure there were Brits, Spaniards, and Germans too. I think we were the only Americans. Most waiters and bartenders didn't speak more than a few words in English, but the front desk staff were fluent, and everyone made an effort to be helpful.
It ended up being a nice, relaxing vacation. We took one trip to Ephesus (amazing!) and one trip into town to see Pigeon Island and eat some Indian food.
My main complaints would be the hard mattresses, the weak room air conditioning, and the lack of wifi internet.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Atremis's temple and Ephesus. It is on the main road leading to the motorway towards Izmir.
