１．新築のホテル、ビーチ・ロード沿いで立地は最高、雨が降ってもホテルの下 はショッピングモールで１１：００～２３：００までオープンしているので暇を持て 余す事はない。
２．４泊したDXプラスはコーナー・ルームで、特大ベット、そしてテラスには特大 バスタブ（大人４人は十分入れます）。
朝晩ラン島を見ながら入浴三昧、至福の時を過ごしました。
悪い点
１．宿泊は２７階でしたが、日中はテーブル付近に蟻がウヨウヨ 何で？
２．バスタブの水量調整が悪く、高温水は出過ぎ、水はチョロチョロ出るだけ。
そのせいか混合栓での水温は調整全く出来ませんので、高温水か水のみ の注水となり、バスタブが適温適量になるのに４０分位かかりました。

タイ正月休暇は このホテルでゆっくりくつろげました。ロケーションも言うことなしです。唯一つ不愉快なことがありました。朝食をホテルで取ろうと行ったのですが、席を海岸側にリクエストしたら 四人がけだからだめだと言われたのですが、その後白人が二人で座っていました。その近くの席も二人で座っていたので 何なんだと。不愉快だったので 食事はホテルに行っていました。

My first Thai experience

I stayed here from Christmas to New years eve, 2011, hotel arranged airport transfere, at a cost, but well worth it after long flight. All the staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you, rooms very clean and tidy. As a first timer to Thailand (Pattaya) I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Excellent location at the quieter side of town but still within just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is only 2 years old, so its very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Each and every staff member went out of their way to say and Hello and constantly ask if there was anything I needed. I will stay here again and look forward to another visit.

Fair hotel, but many noisy muslim customers, shouting and talking very loud at all times. Fitness equipment for people under 165 cm of hight. Expencive breakfast, bur free internett of average quality. Nice parking and english speaking staff performing well. Impossible to close windows completely, so ask for room away from mainstreet.

It will be great hotel maybe sometime next year; however, they are not ready yet!!! While I was staying they were still working on the hotel, so it was very loud and most of amenities were not ready, such as swiming pool. Also the location is bad, not as shown the map.

Nice place. Straight opposite the beach. The hotel was larger than we expected. The room was quite large too. Only possible downside was that the bathroom was a little mouldy and we could smell this when we checked in, but we didn't really notice it during the rest of our 3 night stay.

โรงแรมตั้งไม่ไกลจากศูนย์การค้าเท่าไร ห้องพักใหม่และสะอาดมากๆ พื้นที่ใช้สอยกว้างมาก สระว่ายน้ำและฟิตสเนสสะอาด และมีร้านอาหารอิตาเลี่ยนอยู่ภายในที่พักราคาไม่แพงจนเกินไป สรุปโดยรวมดีมากค่ะ และจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกค่ะ

Perfect location between mall and Mikes Market shopping. Within 5 min of WALKING STREET. Room was very nice and clean bed was perfect and staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive.

Not a bad hotel at all. Location is great. Not too far from the craziness of Pattaya Beach, but far enough to give a needed break. Rooms were clean and modern, but rather uncomfortable. The backless desk chair was practically unusable. And I'm not quite sure what the designer was thinking by pairing the couch with a ridiculously low coffee table. Basically the room looked nice, but was a pain to stay in. Except the bed. It was hard as a rock and fantastic. Bathroom and shower were nice. The rest of the hotel was great with the exception of the breakfast buffet, which for the price was very underwhelming. Dinner and appetizers at the restaurant were about average. The pool was very nice - comfortable lounge chairs, a decent bar, good service and a fantastic view. The staff at this hotel set it apart in a very good way. They were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great, relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I have been to Pattaya seven times within the last two years. I have chosen to stay at the Siam Bayshore Hotel each time. This hotel is right on Walking Street and convenient to all the enterainment and transportation to other parts of Pattaya. The real delight is that once you enter the hotel, you'll find yourself in a tropical paradise. You walk through a tropical oasis as you walk to your room. This hotel has a giant pool which would be the envy of any hotel in Las Vegas! There is a second pool on the ocean. At night there is a buffet on the deck and this is the most romantic spot in Pattaya. The rooms are very modern and super clean. The staff is wonderful. They treat you like you are an important movie star! Trust me, you will love this hotel as much as I do. Yes, I'm planning on returning to this hotel next year.

The Four Seasons Place is an excellent hotel for being right in the middle of Pattaya City yet it is tucked away just off one of the main roads and it is very quite. My wife and I stay here everytime because of the location, large room size, the great gym and the service. The staff are very nice and speak good English. Although not the cheapest price in town, something like this in North America or Europe would cost you a fortune. We recommend it.

The only problem I could find with this Hotel,the tea & coffee provided was not enough for a double room.Also there was a number of lights not working and a couple of the electric sockets could do with replacing due to wear.Apart form these the Hotel was very nice and also in a quiet part of Pattaya.

Hotel staff was friendly and spoke great English, which was important for us since we know very little Thai. The pool area was fantastic, and to get to the beach you just walk through the pool and across the 2-lane road and you're there! The location was great for us because we wanted some of the nightlife. If you don't want to be near bars, this is not a great location for you, and it can be a bit noisy when you're by the pool with the traffic from the road. but these things didn't other us in the least. One negative from our trip was that they were continuing renovations on the hotel so it was very noisy at the hotel, but this ultimately improves the hotel so we weren't bothered by it. And it was only during the day from about 10am to 7pm, so we were able to sleep late without being bothered! If you're worried about it, just go to the beach where the waves drown out the noise of the road and the construction. The pool area is utterly fabulous though, complete with a fake beach (that has real sand!) . You definitely get the feel you are ate high-priced resort when you are out by that pool.

I found hotel very comfortable, nice, quite location and friendly, helpful hotel staff. You can enjoy two sweeming pools, easy to go everywhere because it is not a problem with pick up/drop off transport. I recommend to go to Elephant Trekking (elephant village 1h. tour) and to go to see Nong Nooch Village - unbelievable!

The was great for the price. The rooms were big and spacious. Nice bathrooms! comfy beds. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style and really good. They will make eggs to your liking and you can have fresh bread every morning. They were doing construction on the hotel and we were close to it, but they stopped working at a decent hour and didn't start working until around 9 or so. So unless you are a light sleeper and plan on taking afternoon naps the construction really didn't bother us. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. overall a really good experience I would stay here again

You can not find a better location,as this hotel is right smack bang on the sea front.Could not find better hotel staff either.Pool small but nice with fine views.Rooms looking a little tired but very clean indeed.Hotel itself is also in need of a little sprucing up,but their again location,location,location.Stayed in hotel for two weeks which on the hole was very pleasant.Would i stay again,yes i would.Easy distance to all parts of Pattaya no problems there.Hotel is very friendly to visitors also.

The location of this hotel is quite good because it's close to the beach, no road between hotel and beach. It's quite suitable for family because everyone can enjoy its big water park. The only thing I don't like for the guest room is its bathroom because there is no door. They use curtain instead. This may not a good idea for guests who stay with kids. Other things else are ok for me.

Absolutley amazing hotel,loved it and will definatley return, great waterpark, luxurious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff who really enjoy their work. Couples spa treatment really worth 6000bht. cocktails in vistas watching the sunset at happy hour. You can buy cheaper meals down the road but the service isn,t as good as the service in the hotel. We would happily stay in the hotel for the whole holiday. The hotel seems to be busier Fridays and Saturdays. Private balcony in room really relaxing even with waterpark below. Watch out for lazy river opening times 10:00-18:00.
Wine very expensive but we stars on cocktails in coconuts most of the time at happy hour. Always remember 17% service charge and tax on top of prices for food and recreation etc.

The Location is very good. There are now a new building from sunshine hotels, it looks very nice. I have a little trouble with the staff but at the end it was ok.

Hotel is OK. AC in my room didn't work so I was changed to a diff room. This place is guest friendly. The swimming pool is very bad. I hope the hotel management will address this once they finish the construction of the new tower.

c'est un bon hotel, avec un personnel très agréable et soucieux de bien vous servir, les chambres sont bien aménagées ,avec télé écran plat et coffre fort , air conditionné, café et thé , une douche séparé et une baignoire avec une bonne pression d'eau ,car étant habitué a la thailande ,ce n'est pas de partout que l'on a de bonne douches. les draps ont été changés tout les jours. emplacement est idéal car a proximité de tout et a 200 mètres de la plage. d'une manière générale j'ai bien aimé cet hotel.

I stay for 3 nights, Location very good just a few steps from beachroad and near to city.
Gym room needs update, pool on the top nice view but a little small.
Everything looks simple need some update, but very clean.

The hotel was rated as 5 star but was really only 3 to 4 star quality. This was an older hotel with some rooms recently renovated but poorly done. Certainly it was not worth the 5 star price tag that applied. The staff were super friendly and attentive though, but extremely inflexible with any changes.

Nice Breakfast and clean, deep (8 feet) swimmingpool. Only 5-6 minutes walk to nice beach. Nice Jacuzzi in De luxe Garden view rooms. Very slow Internet, slow check in and out, and no Fitness!
