Deluxe is good, superior-not so much

I stayed in this hotel (deluxe room) last year and was really happy with it. Great location, clean, new, very nice breakfast. This year I booked a superior room. I didn't think it'd be THAT different, yet it was. It was just really really old and looked like it hasn't been remodeled in decades. Bathroom was all beat-up, very old furniture...Room was huge though, but I'd much rather stay in a smaller, but nicer room. Long story short, deluxe rooms are great, superior - you can find much much better hotels for that price.

The hotel is 25 mins taxi ride from the airport when little traffic, longer during rush hour. Staff were lovely, room very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice pool + area to sit on the roof to catch the rays and relax. Useful gym area. Restaurant has an extensive menu of local and western dishes. Lots of other places to eat nearby at local rather than hotel prices. Many places offering good quality and inexpensive massages, night market is very nearby, as are shopping malls. Hotel offers tours, make airline reservations, anything you need they endeavour to provide. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

I liked the Dream hotel, the only problem that I faced is that the internet kept failing and failing over and over, a technician needed to reinstall the router after two days of stay. Two days to attend a complaint were too much.

Great stay in this hotel, clean and spacious' one room suite. Initially had issue checking-in as they want to charge for extra bed which was included during my confirmation. Need to show them the copy of the chat transcript before they agreed. Friendly staff. Breakfast almost similar daily but alright & sufficient if you are not fussy. Conveniently located and just 5 mins walk to Nana BTS which get you to most of the places.

J'ai lu certains commentaires qui disent que le wifi est payant alors que c'est totalement gratuit.
Quartier un peu chaud (bar à filles) si on a des enfants, mais on peut éviter de le traverser en prenant la rue "soi 6"
Nuit paisible, j'étais au 16 eme étage.
Prochain séjour en décembre 2013, j'y retourne.

Swimming pool was very nice, room was really spacious and clean, stuff was very attentive. Swimming pool closes at 8pm, so that generally you can't use it after a day walk around Bangkok, that was a disappointment. And be ready to be charged for wi-fi (only 1 hour free for the whole stay).

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millenium a lot. It's conveniently located near both the MRT and Sky Train and right across from Terminal 21, a spectacular shopping mall. The facility inside the hotel is great and clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is immaculate. The Staff are amazing and the location couldn't be better. If you are looking for an amazing hotel (family friendly), this is the place to be. They have taxi services, buffets, shows, and events for you as well. Not to mention an amazing spa/gym.

Great Hotel for family!

During our 3 days stay in this hotel, we spend most of the time in hotel. My children like to roam around the living room and made their own breakfast with milk & cereal. They enjoyed the TV channels. Its really feel like a home stay to my family. The reception was prompt although the check in was delayed to 3pm but they compensated for the late check out at 2pm. We were pleased with the arrangement. The reading room was perfect for my family to have some quiet time. This is our first time in Bangkok, we will definitely come back to this hotel. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Lovely place with great bang for buck!
Only comment I have is that the blinds in the bedroom of the grande suit I stayed in, block about 60-70% of the sun light so be prepared for an early sunshine wakeup!!

Staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The Hotel is in a good location for travelling around Bangkok on the rail system. Also for night life, shopping and restaurants. In all we had a comfortable stay at this Hotel.

Simply AMAZING!

Stayed at this hotel on a 3 nights stop-over and was absolutely blown away by the place, but what made it amazing for me was the staff, from Miss Joy, who checked me in and personally showed me my room, to everybody else who always greeted me with a smile. My room was immaculately clean and spacious and very classily (a word??!) decorated. Good pool and gym. Definately going back. Bravo y felicitaciones!

It was one of the best hotel stays ever! This place is simply amazing- service at the highest level, beautiful design of whole property. Spoteless clean as well.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Location- peaceful and quiet, but close to Skytrain.
I would definietly stay here again. I have seen it's main competitors, and in my oppinion Oriental Residence is absolutely the best.

Internetは有線のため安定していて、速度も速く満足でした。
掃除、アメニティーの補充もしっかりとなされていました。
今回始めての滞在でしたが、一番安い部屋でも十分満足できましたので、次回も利用したいと思います。
ID Check はありますが、ID忘れても自己責任と言えば通してくれましたので、なかなかフレキシブルです。

Close to Sukhumvit and the street shopping there, as well as the Nana entertainment area. The hotel is also a short walk to Ploenchit BTS and easy to get to and from. Liked the hotel and the Internet connection was well behaved as well, making it a useful hotel for the business traveller.

I went during the Songcran water festival and I'd have to go again during that same time. Such a blast to be part of the worlds largest water fight. I met a ton of people and partied with some old and new friends. The massages were definitely great as well. So inexpensive and amazing quality.
The location of the hotel was about 5-10 minutes walk from the busy Silom area. Some days I caught a cab anyway since it wa a little over a dollar for the ride there. It was ridiculously humid so any chance I could get to stay out of the heat I took.
The hotel was very nice. Amazing value. The staff were ALL very friendly at this hotel and the pool and gym being available was rather nice. From my understanding this was like a condo/hotel so the rooms have a full kitchen and you have an option of including the breakfast buffet in your room price for a few dollars more. Totally worth doing it cause it sure was no lame continental breakfast like you get back home in the states.
Anyway the experience to Bankok was unparalleled to anywhere else I've been. Maybe it was the company, the massages, the Songkran festival...I dont know exactly, but I will definitely be coming here again next year and will probably even stay in the same hotel due to their lovely hospitality.

The room is a little bit small (Zensation), but packs with everything. Its location is a little bit outside of popular spots, but I personally don't care. The breakfast is good. The price is good.

リーズナブルな費用でしかもも朝食つき。スタッフは気軽で親切、やさしい。１２時がチェックアウトタイムにかかわらず、４時まで無料で延長してくれた。
棟によるのだろうが、２６年前の建物のせいか、水栓ががたがただったり、クローゼットの扉が開けにくかったりするが、二人で一泊五千円くらいなので、もう充分満足です。その上、夕方の６時まで荷物も預かってくれた。道で転んで、顔に怪我をしたのだが、近くのサミティベート病院までタクシーを手配してくれた。日本ジン向けのスタッフもずっと診察中ついていてくれるし、信頼の置ける御医者さんがスムースに見てくださった。いろいろとお世話になったホテルです。

About 5-10 minutes from the skytrain or subway. About 10 minute walk to the Emporium (ex-pat shopping mall). Lots of tour groups come here. Surrounding area full of hotels/motels. Front desk had a difficult time understanding english. Rooms are nice, but on the small side. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food because of the tour groups from different countries. Beware of taxi drivers who don't use their meters at the hotel. Other hotels shoo away those taxis. If you know your locations, you can negotiate an acceptable price otherwise you pay a little more.

Great value serviced apartments in a good location - close to Sathorn Road, a few minutes in a taxi from Silom and not too far from skytrain/metro stations. Huge, comfortable rooms, all with an excellent view and an attractive garden with pool and plenty of sun loungers. The rooms aren't the most deluxe but it's difficult to find such a good deal elsewhere.

Unique Hotel in a great location

The hotel is very well located, less than 2 minutes walk to the nearest Sky train station (Ratchadamrui), one stop to Silom and Siam Square, and on the same street as very high end hotels (Four Seasons, St. Regis, Grand Hyatt Erawan).
The hotel is in a very modern style, a membet of Small Luxury Hotels, with great large suite rooms, all decorated to a very high standard. In an effort to be green, the corridors are open-air and not air-conditioned, which makes a lot of sense, though during our stay, this also meant that there were quite a lot of mosquitoes outside of rooms, and also in the breakfast room - which is the only negative point about the hotel.
The staff were incredibly attentive and very friendly (and understanding of our 2 small and noisy kids in this luxurious hotel).
There was also a very good lap pool on the 6th floor and gym facilities with modern machines.
Breakfast was hearty and had a good selection - though if I were hyper-critical, there were a couple of things that for me were not true 5 star deluxe hotel standard - eg stale bread for toast.
I would definitely recommend this hotel - but there are a few kinks to iron out before it matches its neighbours.

Aber von innen; super. Es ist alles vorhanden was es braucht. Ist sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Können dieses Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.

This is obviously a very nice hotel. You will get everything you expect from a 5 star Banyan Tree. However, there are just as nice hotels in Bangkok for half the price. Everything costs extra (Internet). Good for business trips, but would recommend looking elsewhere if on vacation/holiday. Would recommend visiting the bar (not the restaurant) on the roof, but would look at other hotels if value is a concern.

Luxus pur bietet diese Hotel. Unsere One-Bedroom-Suite liess keine Wünsche offen - ein Wohn-, ein Schlaf- und ein riesiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Regenwalddusche. Frühstück in der Suite war im Preis inbegriffen. Sonst sind die Hoteleigenen Restaurants eher teuer, aber das Essen ist es auch Wert. Zu empfehlen ist ein Nachtessen auf dem Dach, die Sicht ist fantastisch! Allerdings auch nicht ganz billig.

Stayed here one night before heading to the airport for an early flight. We were told by the front desk that there was no free airport shuttle as suggested by the listing, so we paid for a car. The room was very big, super clean, and quiet.

I have been staying at Natural Ville for number of years and it's as good and new as ever. The up keep is very good as well as the value. What I like most is the overall design of the apartment and furniture. The restaurant and bar is nice too. there's no question I will return the next time in Bangkok.

Just spent a night here. The location is convenient with public transportation options within walking distance and restaurants and bars quite nearby. The hotel room is quite nicely designed, especially the bathroom. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good although it was not included with the room for me.
The rooftop pool is quite small, but nice. There were a few too many light switches in the bedroom; had to work a bit to turn all the lights off.
