Rooms are spacious, clean and include a kitchenette. Friendly staff. The breakfast included in the price of the room is simple, served out of a small kitchen but served our purpose. If you are expecting a buffet breakfast you are at the wrong hotel. The location is great. It is in walking distance of the sky train and many great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Elegant Banyian style studio, has great gym&sauna.
Staff exceptionally friendly &helpful: once the (free) wifi signal was weak, they send two techs right away and installed a router under my desk!!!
Classy morning Buffett included. Even groudplay for kids and elegant reading room!
When in Bangkok, will always stay here!

Generally we were happy with our stay in this hotel as being very new and modern. We liked the flooring without carpet which I guess is more hygienic!
The well equipped kitchenette made us feel very at home.

リーズナブルな費用でしかもも朝食つき。スタッフは気軽で親切、やさしい。１２時がチェックアウトタイムにかかわらず、４時まで無料で延長してくれた。
棟によるのだろうが、２６年前の建物のせいか、水栓ががたがただったり、クローゼットの扉が開けにくかったりするが、二人で一泊五千円くらいなので、もう充分満足です。その上、夕方の６時まで荷物も預かってくれた。道で転んで、顔に怪我をしたのだが、近くのサミティベート病院までタクシーを手配してくれた。日本ジン向けのスタッフもずっと診察中ついていてくれるし、信頼の置ける御医者さんがスムースに見てくださった。いろいろとお世話になったホテルです。

About 5-10 minutes from the skytrain or subway. About 10 minute walk to the Emporium (ex-pat shopping mall). Lots of tour groups come here. Surrounding area full of hotels/motels. Front desk had a difficult time understanding english. Rooms are nice, but on the small side. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food because of the tour groups from different countries. Beware of taxi drivers who don't use their meters at the hotel. Other hotels shoo away those taxis. If you know your locations, you can negotiate an acceptable price otherwise you pay a little more.

The hotel has 2 buildings and I was staying the corner wing, so I have to walk to the other building for the spa and swiming pool. Overall, it is a nice hotel and willing to stay same one for my next time in bangkok.

This hotel is located near Asoke BTS train and MRT Sukhumvit staion, it takes about 5 minutes or less. Near this hotel, the famous Mama's restaurant (Italian owner) offers great Italian & Thai food, the hotel is clean, comfortable, great staff, i am satisfied, to go to Robinson's department store from here is keep going to the south and turn right at Sukhumvit, probably 10 minutes or a bit more, you can buy nice deli, water, food, etc. I will go back again.

The hotel staff are very nice and accomodating and the hotel is conveniently located, next to big shopping malls, Carrefour and Tesco and fancier ones, like the Gourmet shop. Plenty of great spas around and really close to Phrom Pong Sky Train Station and Makhasan Air Link.
The fist time I stayed there, I got a terrific upgrade for 500baht a day and the second time, the price had gone up to 1000bahts a day for the same upgrade which we eventually dealt down to 700 because of my long stay and I was delighted by my balcony. This is my favorite place to stay in Bangkok.

A mon arrivée,on me propose soit une chambre non fumeur surclassée avec un supplément de 1500 Bath ou bien prendre la chambre fumeur de la classe commandée.A prendre ou à laisser! Ne voulant pas donner de supplément j'ai accepté la chambre fumeur,Le lendemain matin,j'ai profité du changement de personnel pour demander un changement de chambre,ce qui m'a été accepté avec les excuses du personnel de ne pas m'avoir écouter la veille. Donc il s'agissait plus de la mauvaise foi de la réceptioniste de la veille.Le changement de chambre s'est bien fait,chambre non-fumeur mieux agencée et mieux située que la première.Petit-déjeuner très bien,personnel en général assez gentil.Emplacement assez éloigné des centres d'intérêts,mais tuk-tuk de l'hôtel qui vous conduit gracieusement jusqu'à l'Emporium center et station du skytrain;mais attention,le service tuk-tuk de l'hôtel,ne fonctionne que jusqu'à 21 heures.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel dans le quartier des affaires n'a pas grand intérêt pour les personnes en vacances, toutefois proche du métro et du skytrain ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer dans Bangkok.

The service is great, the staff is friendly and responsive, the breakfast menu is very extensive, and the location of the hotel is great, close to the main shopping centers and BTS public transportation is only two blocks away. The rooms are spacious and very clean with great views of the city. If i get a chance to be back in Bangkok this is where I will stay.

We just stayed 5 nights at Grand Centre Point. Everything was perfect which includes the price of the Suite, the Location was excellent, Breakfast Buffet was delicious and different each day.
Here are a few things we did not like: Hotel staff woiuld not exchange $100 dollar bills that were printed in 2006 due to fake ones in that series and one thing which is not the Hotel staff's problem is that every form of transportation we took did not know where Grand Centre Hotel was located at, which resulted in Taxi being lost , having to stop for directions even with hotel card and causing a few cents more (the Taxi drivers always said yes they knew where the hotel was, but they did not). We have to give the driver hints such as Chit Lom Station, Intercontential Hotel and so forth to get in the correct neighborhood.

Pricey, but oh so worth it

I'll throw my review in to the many here and say that this hotel is incredible. New age, luxirous, helpful staff, mouth watering breakfast buffet and central to the sky train (Ratchadamri BTS stop) and central in general to a pretty hip part of Bangkok. I don't regret what I paid to stay here though there were less expensive places and it was the perfect end to my asian tour.
A credit to the staff: both computers in the business center were taken, so they gave me a laptop. Exceptional service.

The hotel location is very close to shopping area and BTS station. Facility is great. Even nearby some building is under construction, when I walk into my room, I can't hear any noise from outside. Staff is very nice and breakfast is great with a whole pot of coffee/tea for everyone.
With the special offer on hotelclub.com, it is a value package for a 5 star hotel service and facility.

I have been staying at Natural Ville for number of years and it's as good and new as ever. The up keep is very good as well as the value. What I like most is the overall design of the apartment and furniture. The restaurant and bar is nice too. there's no question I will return the next time in Bangkok.

I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Room was spacious, well furnished (microwave, crockery and cutlery, toaster, water cooker, fridge of course) and well priced. If you do not want to flood the bath, however, you should sit while taking a shower.

We took advantage of the roof-top swimming pool which was very well maintained and welcoming after a day of sightseeing and/or shopping. The gym has state-of-the-art equipment and is also very clean. The restaurant (Moustache Cafe) offers a breakfast buffet with something for everyone, including made-to-order omelets. The staff were all very attentive and eager to please.
The only possible downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the main strip but they do provide a complimentary tuktuk service. However, we were happy that it was located away from the masses.

SHOPPING:
Short leisurely walk to Grand Central Mall and adjacent smaller malls (huge mall with many luxury brands). Siam Paragon mall is a short 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Best shopping value for your money (fashion, etc.) at MBK Mall. It's less than 10 minutes ride on the BTS (Cost Baht 20 per person). Two stops on the BTS. Less than 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the BTS station. You can also avail of the free courtesy Tuktuk ride from the hotel to the BTS station.
Pratunman Market and the Platinum Mall is just across Grand Central Mall. With plenty of choices to shop.
Best deals, in my opinion is MBK Mall. Be sure to bargain to get the best deals!
BUFFET
Good choices for the full breakfast buffet in the mornings. Yes, they do change some of their main courses everyday. Cost about $17 per person.
SECURITY
Hotel has outstanding security measures for all its guests. Guests go through a metal detector screening. Guests must also use their "credit card type" key to activate the elevators.
ROOM CLEANLINESS & COMFORT
Room was very clean and comfortable. The airconditioning worked very place.
STAFF
Most of the hotel staff I met were very gracious and hospitable.
TRANSPORTATION
About BAHT 500 from airport to hotel.
OVERALL
At par with U.S. standards and quality and far exceeds my expectations.

Great location...walking distance to two different skytrains as well as the Emporium. Two 24 hour convenience stores located near the entrance. The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The only things I wished were there that weren't were a gym and a swimming pool. Room service was nice and quick the few times we ordered although I wished it operated after 10:30pm. The wireless internet connection worked flawlessly the whole week.

The second rime I've stayed here and was as good as the first time... Very good service, clean rooms and well equipped. Breakfast is the usual buffet style. Would recommend this hotel for anyone having a stop over for a few days. Near all the good naught spots if you want to indulge!!

The Adelphi was great. Quiet, clean, very convenient. Staff was gracious. Wifi throughout. Cute lap pool on the roof. The hotel restaurant is good, and the included breakfast was very good.
Room was furnished with a full sized fridge and a small cook-top, but why eat in when your in BKK.
Just a few steps up the street is a fantastic restaurant in an old Thai house. I hope to return and stay at the Adelphi and dine at Kinnaree.

どこに行くにもとにかく便利。雨がふってもデパートの中を通ってホテルに戻れるのがまたいい。日本人スタッフも親切で近くのおいしいレストランなども教えていただきました。朝食もおいしいし、プールサイドも都会の中のオアシスで最高。ホテルのとなりにある公園がまたいい。バンコクには数十回訪れていますが、トータルで一番いいです。早朝のチェックアウトの際もスタッフさんがタクシーを無償で手配してくれ助かりました。次回も利用したいです。

Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen neben vielen Einkaufs- und Massagemöglichkeiten. Vor dem Hotel liegt auch gleich der Skytrain mit dem man innerhalb von Minuten das gewünschte Zielort erreicht. Das Ramada Hotel bietet ein tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl für Frühstück oder Mittagessen. Nachdem wir in Thailand sechs Mal Hotel gewechselt haben im 4Sterne-Segment, wissen wir jetzt, dass hier 4 Sterne nicht immer 4 Sterne bedeuten, va. was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Hier wurde der Standard eingehalten. Wir werden sicherlich auch das nächste Mal das Hotel wählen, va. wenn man in BKK auf Durchreise ist, Sightseeing, Shopping, Massage, etc. während des kurzen Aufenthalts nutzen möchte -- dann ist es ein zentrales Hotel.

Please be informed that the regular dining room at Amontre Restaurant Langsuan is closed from now until 31 October 2011 for a complete makeover. Regular breakfast and all-day dining is now served in the upper lobby area. Room service by our ever friendly Amontre staff will continue to be available as always.
Please be informed that as part of our property maintenance program, we will be carrying out repairs at Fraser Place Urbana Langsuan's swimming pool area from 19 September 2011 to 2 October 2011.

一進到Lobby，高挑的設計，還有潺潺流水，充滿泰式又有點歐風典雅的擺設，整個很棒。
飯店附近並沒有很多樣化的餐廳可選擇，但走路到central world大約10-15分鐘，且路口就有地鐵站。

Good choice - basement car park, central location and spacious airy feel.
Stayed in Room 503.
While Front Desk was excellent, signs of complacency shows, little details like:
(1) erratic hot/cold water and showerhead with unaligned spray.
(2) towels with fray edges should be retired long long ago!
(3) do not RECYCLE used sponge provided at the kitchenette.
(4) mugs provided not properly washed.
(5) Need to instal a powerful fume exhaust at Egg station (in cafe)
oily smell lingers - on clothes - after having breakfast.
