This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel due to its convient location. You can even take a taxi, not to bother subway , to anywhere in Taipei. Taxi fare is relatively cheap and drivers are courteous. Hotel service is excellent and service personels are informative. This time we ordered a room with a seperate twin beds, However, they only had a double bed available at the time when we checked in. But this had been corrected 1 hr later even on National Holiday.

The TOTO toilet was really cool, and the free water and minibar was much appreciated. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, and being next to the MRT station was extremely convenient.

松山空港から近く、タクシーを使うのも気の毒なくらい。朝食の内容も満足でき、部屋のグレードも十分です。羽田行の便が夕方なので、チェックアウトをエキストラチャージ無しで1時間遅らせてもらいました。以前と比べて団体の利用が多かったような気がします。ホテルの規模は小さい部類ですが、あまり大きくないほうが落ち着きます。

Very clean room and comfy bed, with free snacks and drink that go with the room (yes, feel free to take them they are free). The bathroom is very spacious and with jacuzzi as promised and even with a TV. Breakfast was great with lot of choices of food, Eastern or Western, and there is definitely something everyone can eat. Location was about 10-15 minutes walk from the MRT station and is not hard to find. You can pay 1300 Taiwanese dollars to arrange a limo to the airport, and the driver was very nice as well.

Cleanliness: The hotel is a bit old, but very clean and tidy.
Facilities: Free wifi and internet.
Service: The customer service officer responded to our email (about late check-in) within a day.
Location: The hotel is very close to the metro station (with walking distance of about 100m). There are convenient stores, starbucks, and some restaurants nearby.
Others: You can't expect too much from the breakfast.
Overall, I am happy with my stay there.

My room was not pretty, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was accomodating and spoke good English. The breakfast was free, a buffet. Although the food was pretty drab, it wasn't bad. The coffee was really good. The location is excellent, right on a main street and only a block from the subway. I would definitely stay here again and I reccommend it to you. The money I saved was substantial.

Chose this hotel for its location and less expensive price. The metro station is about a 15 minute walk on the far side diagonal of the Chiang Kai-Shek memorial, which itself is only a block away.

Room was tiny, but as I didn't have a lot of things to lay out it was adequate. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, DON'T take their offer to exchange currency. Breakfast was substantial with a wide variety of East-West foods. And, if it's raining, you can borrow an umbrella from the front desk.

地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内、部屋もかなり清潔で、清掃も行き届いてました。日本人がよく利用しているホテルなので、スタッフも日本語の出来る方が多く、朝食も日本食が充実していました。午前中にホテルに到着した為すぐに部屋に入ることはできませんでしたが、スーツケースなど荷物預かりも問題なくして頂けるので、不便も感じることはありませんでした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

ZenTypeを予約したのですが洋風の部屋に変わっていました。スタッフに聞いたところUpgradeと言っていました。そのせいか分かりませんがジャグジー付の部屋でした。調度品等が素敵でしたが、開かない引き出し等張りぼてのものが多かったです。朝食は種類が多い上美味しかったです。前が大きい通りなので、窓の薄さがやや気になりました。バス停や地下鉄駅からは少し歩きます。

free upgrade for staying over 3 nights or more! the room is big, clean, free wifi & mini bar, everything is good. breakfast is fair with nice coffee machine. you may need around 7-10mins walk from the metro station, as it is near to nanjing east rd station, mostly you need to transit at zhongxiao fuxing station which takes longer time. there are 7-11 & 24hrs watsons nearby, very near to taipei stadium, excellent for those going to concerts!

最初は、台北の友人の紹介で泊り快適だった為、今回は自分で予約を入れました。南京東路の駅の傍にもかかわらず、隠れ家的な鈴かな雰囲気が気に入っています。
今回は松山 羽田便なのでタクシーで移動しましたが、前回頼んだ、リムジンサービスも快適でした。
唯一残念だったのが、ホテルの無線LANが死ぬほど遅かった事！

First hotel Taipei is a very old hotel but the room is fine - clear.

I booked two rooms but the rooms given were located on two different floors, it is not acceptable.

The service is so so, do not expect too much.

The breakfast is free but most food provided is traditional Chinese food, as a foreigner, you probably will not have too much choices.

The strange odor in the Aisle bothered me a lot - 4th and 9th floor.

防音がしっかりしており隣室、上の階、外の音が聞こえないので静か。

we had a triple room with a King size bed and a single bed. The room was very clean and location is good. It was just several mins walk from subway station. The breakfast is off site in a cafe. it was not buffee, you only got 2 choices: Chinese or western style. but it was still good deal to have the free breakfast. overall, good value and good location.

Les Suites Taipei Da An is great for those people who want to get out and about within the main shopping strip/Taipei 101 area. Great location, intimate yet professional accommodations and service and excellent facilities (eg. it's decked out like a lodge in the downstairs area). The only gripes we had was that for a 2 person room, we were only provided with one bathrobe and one pair of slippers and the window was tiny (hidden behind a HUGE curtain to encourage the impression that it's big).

Small boutique hotel, nice modern decor and good overall service. Great location--about 3 min walk to MRT, big department stores and eateries. Standard Room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower cabinet was a bit small but the bathroom had all the basic toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay although the room rate was higher than most 3-4 star hotels.

We have the greatest experience in this hotel. The personnel at the hotel made our stay better with good service. Breakfast was very good and the chinese restaurant downstairs was fantastic. This hotel is better than any 5 stars hotels we have experienced in Europe or anywhere else. We will be coming back to this hotel on our return trip to Taipei in January 2011.

This would have to be one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed in in any city in the world.
The service is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive and responsive to your needs. Service with a warm and welcoming smile, without the falsity often experience in the US.
The hot breakfast could be improved with a little more variety. However, this is not a major concern.
I found I simply melted in to the comfortable bed, wrapped in luxurious linen. And the special firm pillow is the best!
I've stayed there twice now and both times I have been made to feel extremely welcome. My custom valued.

This hotel has a great location in Taipei. Guest room comfort level and hotel dinning avilability is above par. Staff are geart and well trainned. Bath room is not as modern. Renovation is needed.
Only one thing I do not like at this hotel is the music at the lobby buffet area is way too loud. I can hear it even from my room at the 9th floor. They played the music till 10pm. For people had jet lag like me, that is not acceptable.

I like this hotel, great location and in a great spot in Taipei but close enough to the airport and industrial parks...half way between them. Restaurants on site are pretty good and others are close by. You don't feel stranded at this hotel.
Only issue is you have to pay extra for the internet...all hotels should have free high speed wireless in my opinion.

何の問題もなく３泊４日滞在できました。フロントは日本語も少しなら出来るみたいですし、お水やおやつ、カップめんなどは毎日足してくれるし、タオルの交換などもちゃんとしてくれます。少し古さを感じるところはありますが、清潔だし、無線LANもあるのでスマホ持ちにはありがたいです。場所も双連の駅から徒歩で５分かからないし、すぐ近くにファミリーマートもあります。また、寧夏夜市なら歩いてもいけるくらいです。 お金をそんなにかけたくないファミリーやカップルにお勧めです。

It is centrally located in Taipei city. Easy access to metro stations, Starbucks, restaurants, and shops. This boutique hotel offers complimentary breakfast, internet, laundry, and Wii. We take advantage of all the free services. The rooms are a bit small but that's what you get for the price. Staff members are courteous. It is a decent hotel and I'd recommend it to anyone who is on a budget.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel. The pool was fabulous, the staff were trilingual (Japanese, Chinese and English - and who knows, maybe other languages too) and very helpful and the room was amazing. Mind, we upgraded when we got there. The original room that we booked looked fine but as we needed a cot we chose to get a bigger room (they had a deal for 1000 Taiwanese dollars a night which was about 3,000 Japanese yen). We loved our huge room (the bed was the biggest I have ever seen) and the amenities were wonderful. We had L'Occitane shampooo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The regular rooms had in house shampoo etc. So glad we stayed there. Would definitely stay again.

It's a really nice hotel, but it lacks some of the immenities of nice hotel in the US. It's also not really central to any of the major sites, so you have to taxi to get there. Metro stations are a bit of a distance from the hotel as well.
