此次住宿52昭盛行館覺得蠻物超所值的。服務人員不刻意的親切服務，讓不愛受到過分打擾的我捫感覺舒適。房間裝潢及擺設清雅，光線充足。整間hotel房客出入是很單純的，大多為出差、旅行或家庭團體，覺得入住清潔度感覺很好。隔日晚起床，故來不及用早餐，無法評論。下次至台中，我捫依舊會選擇52招盛會館，很讚!

I sepnd a lot of nights in hotels around the world 150+ days per year. This was the first time for this brand. Price was reasonalble, hotel was very nice. Good value for the money. The check in/check out was slow (thats why the 1 star penalty). Room was modern and spacious, amenities were all there. TV in bathroom, glass shower and tub overlooking the city. Comfortable bed and linens were first class.
I only had time for the lounge which was the place to be! Great drinks, but a little pricy. Non-smoking but a seperate enclosed lounge for the smokers.
Overall a great stay. Would repeat with this location and will look for their other locations in the future.

We spend 2 nights in this hotel in Oct. 2011, I love their breakfast, fantastic, the front desk staff is very nIce and pleasant in helping me to use their computer in the business center, one thing need to improve is the TV remote control, my overall impression is excellent!!

The outside of the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, so it's not much to look at from the outside. However, the room that I was placed in was renovated and the bathroom was especially nice, with a tub and separate walk-in shower and walk-in toilet. The beds were hard, but rather typical for a more traditional Taiwanese hotel. There was no wi-fi available in the room but there was a high speed Internet cable that worked just fine.
There is an underground walkway from the hotel that will get you across the street to the SOGO department store. One thing to note about the department store is that although it is very large, it's not one of those stores that has a massive food court. I spotted a coffee stand in the basement but I think that was it. The breakfast at the Splendor has a lot of variety. There is also a McDonald's at the corner of the block. Other than that, not a whole lot of food choices immediately close to the hotel that are obvious to the foreign business traveler.
A colleague of mine stayed at Hotel One which is a few minutes' walking distance from the Splendor (you can cut across a park). It's far more modern looking with a nice bar on a high floor with a pleasant view of the city. It clearly caters more to the Western traveler rather than the Taiwanese/Asian traveler. There is a wonderful noodle and pearl tea restaurant located right next to Hotel One with a bilingual menu. However, the Splendor generally costs less per night and is adequate for the business traveler. I got a complimentary box of Taiwanese pineapple cakes when I checked out.

Warum dieses Hotel nur mit 3 Sternen eingetragen ist weiß ich nicht, die Zimmer haben auf jeden Fall 4 Sterne Niveau. Vieleicht ist das Foyer zu klein für 4 Sterne.
Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben zweimal verlängert.
Die Parkview Zimmer sind etwas laut da sie zur Straße liegen.

Stayed 2 nights in hotel while visiting local factories. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished. Modern with new furniture and high quality sheets, pillows, etc. WiFi was free and worked well. There are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Carrefour is right next door. 7-11 is less than a block away. The included breakfast had a large selection of both Western and Asian food. I would stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel which is recommended for budget concern business travellers and leisure tourists. 12 08/DH This is a modern, high-rise concrete building which was built on year 2003. Located on the city's main thoroughfare, minutes from the downtown commercial district. A Taiwanese Folk Custom Park is nearby. Two hours drive from TaoYuan International Airport, 40 minutes from the domestic airport and 10 minutes from the science park. 15minutes by taxi can easily access to famous shopping area, departments stores, boutiques in Taichung city.

Hotel located in Ku-Kuan Hot Spring Area, Along the Ta-Chia River and mountains surrounded. As the location of hotel is the first found hot spring source in the area, so it's very famous hot spring hotel in Central of Taiwan. It's about 2 hours driving from Taichung City.

The room had everything necessary, but was somewhat small. Me and a friend just needed a place to sleep and then get back going. For that purpose it served our needs.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower did its job. There was also a rather big flat screen TV hanging from the wall (which we didn't take advantage of).
We had breakfast there, which is the typical Chinese breakfast. I liked it, but it does taste very different from typical western breakfast.

The only thing that keeps me from giving this hotel 5 stars is the fact that they had no jacuzzi or indoor spa. (Although they have the space). This is an excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is one of the best.

very close to the night market ( huge ) . decor of hotel very modern and the breakfast buffet is great, so many varieties. the only downside is the room we stayed in is a bit old ( it needs some touchup work ). we only stay for one night there and took the train to Kaosiung the next day.
I probably will stay there again unless i can find a better deal and recommandation for another hotel.

Excellent Business and/or Vacation Hotel

In town for business meeting and also took 2 days vacation/rest. Great hotel in convenient location. Service was excellent and friendly, with the staff attentive to my personal needs. My room was spacious with great natural sunlight and a good work desk. Breakfast was a major perk!
And for that extra day of rest, this hotel is nicely located near the mountains for a hike, bike ride or even just morning job through the quiet streets and along the river. I was easily refreshed after a long work week by just sleeping in and exercising a bit for 2 extra days.

Self Laundry available .01/09 DH This is a modern, high-rise building. The hotel is located in the old town. 25 minute drive from the domestic airport, 10 minute to freeway.

整體的感覺不錯，很舒適‧飯店的地點有點隱密，對喜歡安靜的朋友應該是不錯的選擇‧附近沒有便利商店沒有其他的餐廳‧
房間算舒適的‧但是溫泉的水溫有點低‧服務親切，在過年期間有辦一些活動‧飯店餐廳的食物有點差‧性價比不是很好‧不過晚上在那邊也沒有別的選擇，除非自己帶泡麵‧
