Description
All rooms are well designed, spacious with a lounge area. The guest rooms have stunning picturesque views if the Mountainside and of the hotel garden.
For children sharing room with parents, please contact the hotel for any extra bed charges.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. The staff at the hotel were kind, yet made you feel like an outsider. They keep the hotel at a balmy 64 degrees F, and no way to control the temperature in your own room. We asked them to fix our heat numerous times through out our stay. But after 2 bone chilling, sleepless nights, we decided to change all of our plans and leave early. After which, they refused to refund our money for the 2 nights we did not stay.

Our room was freezing and we had to cut our entire vacation short by 2 days because my wife got sick. The hotel refused to refund the 2 days telling us it was non-refundable. Who charges people who get sick in the hotel and have to spend thousands rearranging their travel? Below summary of what happened through emails with the hotel:
It is unfortunate that you are misstating the facts as I will indicate below:
We arrived at the hotel and within 30 minutes of arrival we informed you that the room was too cold.
You informed us that you would fix.
We informed you again the same day that the room was too cold.
You informed us that you went there once and you would go and fix it again.
We informed you the next morning that the room as still too cold.
You informed us that you would fix it.
We told you again that afternoon that the room was still too cold and you informed us you would fix it and also put a space heater in our room.
We never got the space heater.
We woke up the next day too cold my wife was now sick and we changed our flights and came back to our home.
We informed you in the morning and then you asked us if we would like another room but we had already changed our flights.
Your email below further indicates that you did t nothing to fix our temperature as you say that the temperature is constant 64 degrees at night. That is totally unacceptable to any person.

Description
PLACE LIKE A HEAVEN
Hard to say what the attraction of the Arc-en-ciel, because his character is multicolored and its advantages are many. Family-friendly and also a touch of exclusivity. Near the shopping promenade of Gstaad and even closer to the lifts, yet situated quietly relaxing. Quality service at a high level, and this in a pleasant natural atmosphere. Perhaps it is simply in the blend. What is certain: Many like to think back on their holidays with us. The others keep coming back.

Description
The Posthotel Rössli is a small, cosy three star hotel with 36 beds. It was built back in 1845; therefore it is the oldest hotel in town. Our establishment is settled right into the heart of the pedestrian zone in the middle of the village of Gstaad. The typical structural design of our "Gasthaus" is the chalet style. Likewise all buildings in the whole area are kept in the same fashion.

Hotel closed for off season Sept 11, 2011 to Dec 15, 2011.
The hotel is situated just a stone throw away from the Promenade of Gstaad
The Grand Hotel Park faces directly south to the mountains.
The entire property was completely renovated
The rooms are decorated in wood, wool and stone, giving them an authentic atmosphere but they
are fitted with the most up to date equipment
The Suite My Gstaad Chalet is the biggest and the exclusivest one from the whole Alps
Four different restaurants
Sushis Masters are preparing fresh sushis at the Bar
SPA with salt water pool, hammams, sauna, fitness, pool in the garden in summer

Lune de miel dans un cadre magique

Nous nous sommes rendus au Grand Hôtel Bellevue pour notre lune de miel dans le courant du mois de Janvier 2012. Cet hôtel se situe dans une zone calme adjacente au centre de Gstaad. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis formidablement bien par un personnel très compétent et chaleureux, qui n’a pas manqué d’attention particulière à notre égard.
Nous avons apprécié la décoration raffinée de l’hôtel. Cette décoration moderne et épurée a été réalisée avec des meubles et matériaux de grande qualité. Notre chambre double de luxe bénéficiait d’un balcon avec une jolie vue sur le parc de l’hôtel et les montagnes. Le design de la chambre était particulièrement bien pensé. Nous avons apprécié son confort, sa propreté, les nombreux rangements, ainsi que la beauté de la salle de bain.
Amateurs de gastronomie, nous avons dégusté les délicieux plats du chef du restaurant le Prado et avons été surpris par la qualité de la nourriture au sushi bar. La cave de l’hôtel est également exceptionnelle. Nous avons été séduits par la richesse de la carte des vins.
En ce qui concerne les infrastructures et les services de l’hôtel, nous retiendrons notamment la présence d’un magasin de ski dans lequel nous avons pu louer et acheter tout le matériel nécessaire. Le service voiturier de l’hôtel à notre disposition pour nos déplacements dans la station et notre transport jusqu’aux pistes de ski. La présence de l’un des plus beaux spas de Gstaad et d’une grande piscine intérieure. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner la qualité du service fourni par l'ensemble du personnel, et particulièrement celui de la conciergerie, qui fût en tout point remarquable.
En somme, nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour au Grand Hôtel Bellevue. Nous ne manquerons pas de retourner sur place pour renouveler cette expérience. Merci d’avoir contribué à rendre notre lune de miel inoubliable !
