Clean, Contemporary Room with Good Locat

Hotel is located a couple of blocks up from the train station, making it convenient for the travelers coming and going to other destinations. The room was contemporary, updated, clean and quiet. We had three people staying in the room, and found it to be roomy enough to move around. I wish that breakfast was included, and not an additional 30 Swiss francs per person! To find a breakfast place, we had to walk several blocks. In the evening, the neighborhood feels a little less than comfortable, but there are people around so it's not unsafe.

While we were surprised by how expensive Geneva was in general, our experience at Hotel Warwick was everything we could ask for. It was literally across the street from the train station where we arrived in the city, just five blocks from the water, and across the bridge from Old Town and all the shopping and restaurants within it. Due to the weather, we stayed in our room a considerable amount of time during our visit and appreciated the comfort it provided. We received free transportation vouchers, a discount on the delicious meals at the restaurant and enjoyed the privacy, quiet, and comfort that we wanted. All in all, it was truly enjoyable.

Great Hotel, Great Position, Great Value

We spent a long weekend here. The room was well appointed, had pretty much everything that you could want, was quiet (overlooking a park) and was in a good location for getting around the city. We booked 3 or 4 weeks in advance and saved about 50% on the Bristol's standard rate. Highly recommended if you're looking for a more traditional 4* hotel.
Geneva - great city, but really expensive (and we live in Brussels!).

Great service, clean room, very good location. My only beef is that they charged for an electricity converter, despite the fact that there use to be a working one in the room, already installed on the wall. Big points off for that.

Location couldn't be better - it's close to any attractions in the city. Every morning we did have in our room the best coffee I've ever try and now I am missing it! People at the desk were very friendly!
Will stay again if I go back to Geneva!

I was there for a 4 day business stay... The staff was really nice, the room clean, the location is really good. It's a 3 minute walk to the Gare (train station), it has restaurants and stores close.
A very good option if you're goin on a business trip, not so much recreation facilities, but its ok. There's a gym on the 1st floor...
Nice rooms, with free wifi... very good. A little bit expensive, but I think thats the average price at Geneve.

Not in the historic quarter but that area is easily accessible by tram. Very good restaurant, but breakfast pricey.

Clean and comfortable, great value

I stayed at the Kipling Manotel for a weekend while visiting friends in Geneva. I really liked that it was a quick walk from the Cornavin train station, which made the trip from the airport much cheaper than by cab (CHF 4 vs. CHF 30). At night, the area around the hotel does get a little sketchy; the walk home from dinner was a little scary by myself. Also, the electrical plugs didn't work for my computer cord, which was European, though it did work for my phone. Very odd.
My room was warm, and the air conditioning didn't work, but I was able to open the window and it was a quiet and not a problem. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom very nice, and the hairdryer was quite powerful, aside from the annoying "hold-down the button the whole time" feature that is common everywhere in Europe.
The hotel is very close to the lake, and the rest of the sights are walkable, as well. The U.N. and Red Cross are a bit far, but if you're up for the walk, it's not bad.
The staff were very nice, and as a reminder - the city tax is payable on check out, but you do get a free transport pass when you arrive (handy when going back to the airport via train).
I definitely recommend as a safe and relatively affordable option for all trips, with the exception of business.

The staff was very helpful with directions on how to get around and with anything we needed. They spoke English very well. Loved the theme for the hotel. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive for Geneva. I would definitely stay here again.

We have visited Geneva Motor Show and stayed at Kempinski with friends. [...] I appreciate quiet room despite the trafic outside and beautiful morning view on the lake, very friendly hotel staff meeting all our needs and delicious breakfast.
