The Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a perfect spot for someone visiting Sevilla for the first time or fifth! It's location is perfect for getting to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza Del Toros and River quickly and easily. It is just around the corner from great restaurants and shopping. It is close enough to walk everywhere and although in a busy part of the city, it is quiet and safe! An easy 10 min walk to the bus station. 20 min walk to Plaza De Espana and more!! The rooms are clean, air conditioned, internet in the room and great helpful staff! I would definitely stay there on my next visit!

we actually stayed at this hotel twice during i stay in spain. the front desk especially sebastian was great. he really knows how to make you feel at home. i had a few difficulties using ph and he was glad to help me get in touch with my relatives in ny during hurricane irene. if i ever come back to spain no doubt i will be staying here.

You've got to love a place that offers you a drink while you're checking-in.
Staying there felt like being in someone's home, albeit a palatial home with lots of servants.

A fabulous hotel. Every attention to detail has been addressed, both in the amenities and with the personal, friendly care given to guests. The outdoor areas were wonderful places to relax and have a drink after a hot summer afternoon, as was the roof top spa. Perfect! Wish we had a hotel like this in Los Angeles!

Great location on a side street within walking distance of all the historical sites and restaurants. Hotel staff honestly told us not to take a certain tour because the money spent would not be worth it. They were correct as we walked everywhere and learned just as much as not more.

Nice, but no elevators in the second building

Close to the "action", I recommmend to stay in the main building which HAS elevators. Clean, very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Flamenco at El Gallos is at a 10 minutes walk and is fantastic! Both 20:00 and 22:30 shows are packed.

A proximité du centre mais calme car situé dans une impasse (insonorisation des chambres assez légère par contre). Cette proximité permet de se déplacer à pied dans cette ville où il y a à voir à chaque coin de rue!

We needed an overnight stay in Seville and picked this hotel due to location near highway. BUT, had an impossible time getting off right exit!! Otherwise, it was very nice. Great linens and comfortable bed. We upgraded to terrace room overlooking beautiful pool. Food was good and buffet bkf. was very extensive. Parking under hotel was 12 euro.

We went to Sevilla for vacations. The staff was very nice. The room was good and clean. Beautiful architecture. Good service, The problem is that the staff does not know the city pretty well ( I do speak spanish as my mother tongue) and they were too pushy for the guests to try their award winning gourmet restaurant. They did not have a clue about other restaurants in the area or how to get there.

Having lived abroad many years our Spanish is fluent and we used it at hotel - so we do not know how they are at dealing with non-Spanish speakers, but they could not have been nicer, nor more helpful than they were with us.
EASY walking from hotel to many sites, plazas, shopping areas, museums, tapas cafes, & restaurants; excellent Flamenco at Tapao Arenal nearby. Hop on-off bus tour nearby very good.
Roof top restaurant at hotel EXCELLENT, but go up and RESERVE a great table a day early.
SEVILLE (and nearby Granada) are wonderful destinations - this was third time.

Petit déjeuner très copieux, bien présenté en buffet, diversité et qualité des produits proposés...
l'hôtel est calme, très spacieux avec des équipements d'accueil, bar et service en chambre. Piscine, solarium, équipements fitness et hamman de qualité. Très belle vue panoramique. sur la ville.
Séjour très agréable, emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre ville, secteur bien desservi par les transports (bus et taxis). Vue de la chambre très appréciée (sur le Guadalquivir),
Points a améliorer :
Difficulté du personnel à lire un document en Français d'où incompréhension sur le contrat (4 jours pour comprendre que le séjour était prévu avec petit-déjeuner).
Difficulté pour avoir un lit double, nous avons du accepter une chambre avec 2 lits séparés.
Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (utilisation de la TV difficile).

Beautiful Mozrabe house placed in the Mudejar quarter, very close to the historical-monumental and commercial area of the city.
At very short walking distance you can find the Cathedral (Giralda), the Reales alcazares, the Real Maestranza de Caballera (Bull Ring), Plaza Espaa, the Golden Tower, the Guadalquivir river, and a few meters is the Santa Cruz quarter, and at about 10 minutes is the April Feria.
The hostel has been reformed recently to be used as two starts hostel.
The hostel have 9 rooms of which 4 are double and 5 are triples, our rooms are comfortable and nice.
We offer single, double and triple rooms.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, security box and ensuite.
It is situated in a pedestrian street, making Hostel Zurbaran an ideal place for resting and enjoying your stay.

This is a nice hotel, comfortable and clean, just near the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were willing and able to speak English with me which was much appreciated as my Spanish in minimal. I did not try the breakfast or restaurant so can't comment on the food, but the rest of my stay was a great value for the price.

Excellent location, we arrived late at nigth the staff was helpful. The breakfast was not included on the price i paid. we ended up eathing breakfast because of covenience excellent buffet. I liked the location, very clean. it was worth the price. The only thing is that seems so comon in Europe. we got twin beds it would have been better a double for a married couple.

This is a beautiful hotel, but they listed Parking as their amenity, although there is no parking in front of the hotel for cars, only for buses and taxis, making the check-in process with luggage very difficult. The hotel guests have to park in a public parking garage under the hotel, which costs 13 euros/day extra. I did not expect to have to pay so much for parking. Also, the Internet connection is always an issue. These days internet should be free or at least a flat rate per visit. WIth a 24 hour only flat fee, you always end up wondering if you should pay another $10+ for a few more hours! Internet access is as important or more important than TV and should be standard in hotels.
The breakfast was also expensive, even at a discount.
Like in the rest of Spain, we had trouble waiting for dinner at 8 pm. Their bar only served cold foods, sandwiches and such.

This hotel is very clean, modern, and perfectly situated to see the major sites of the city. Though small, the hotel and room were comfortable. Having the free wifi and in-room laptop was a nice amenity. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very modern and lovely. I ate dinner in the "restaurant," which actually constituted a few tables along the windows in the lobby. The desk staff spoke well enough English, but the waiter didn't understand or speak... But all were friendly and the place was good.

Very beautiful, modern hotel. Great service, which can sometimes be rare in Spain. The only drawback is it is a little far away from the city center, but we really enjoyed our daily walk into the city.

The location in front of the cathedral od Seville doesn't get any better. At the edge of old town you can walk everywhere. Very difficult to find by car, take a taxi:)
the staff is amazing, the hotel has some fabulous history to it. Opening the balcony doors to the fountain and cathedral in the morning is priceless!

I was traveling alone and wanted a place that was walking distance to many places. This hotel was perfect. The bar on the roof is great and has the most amazing view. The hotel is old, but quaint and has great character. The staff was SO nice and helpful, especially Carmen at the front desk. Most of the staff spoke some English. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

very noisy with guests coming and going at all hours. Beds were like rocks and pillows poor. We loved the location and it was spotless. Modern and conveniently located. Car park beneath hotel accessed from a tiny elevator. Very cool.
