The hotel was fine and located within walking distance of the heart of Salamanca. The food was good but not ethnic Spanish more 4* hotel. The only problem we experienced was broken air condition control.

Great for a one night stopover. It is has a little outdoor pool. It didn't have wifi. It's on one of the roads that lead into the city, which quick and convenient, 5 mins to the beautiful centre.

We really liked the location of the hotel, in Santa Marta, a town just on the outskirts of Salamanca. The property was beautiful, the pool awesome, the restaurant great service, good food, fair prices. I will stay there again when we travel to Salamanca.

Available WiFi, small refrigerator and safe deposit available at no extra cost. Hotel close to restaurants, great pastry shop around the corner and ample options for tapas.

Modern establishment opened in 2002. Its 57 rooms, some with excellent views to the monumental area have a stylish and pleasant decoration, free WIFI internet connection and satellite television. Amongst its facilities; fitness room, sauna, reading room, garden with playground, free parking and private garage, bar and cafeteria. Located in one of the main gateways to the city, near the N-630 road and very close to the historic and commercial centre. Its restaurant, La Terraza del Montalvo, is one of the most highly frequented restaurants in the city. It is an enchanting place that offers along with its attractive dishes a rational price, and some of the Salamanca's best views. The hotel also offers meeting rooms with natural light till 250 people of capacity.

The staff was fantastic with a very personal touch despite being overworked. These people will try their best to do anything for you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has trouble walking or climbing steps. There are about ten rather large and steep steps into the hotel. When I asked about this concerning the disabled, she said the Salamanca monument committee would not let the hotel make changes to accommodate them, because it would destroy the original structure

Clean,contemporary and quiet. The location (close enough to walk to anything) as well as the facility itself were just the right fit. From the hardwood floors to the thick comfortable bedding and the well equipped bathrooms were a nice respite. Bus or train stations a quick taxi ride away.

We are in our 3rd week of a long trip to Spain. So far this is the best hotel we have being on this Spain vacation. The first hotel where parking is not a hassle and you do not have to waste time and patience finding where the parking for the hotel is and how to get there. Spain is a nice country, but they are in desperate need of making the stay of tourists more comfortable. I am almost 62 years of age, and it is not fun to park your car far away frojm the hotel, sometimes the parking is blocks aways really, and then walk for narrow streets with crazy traffic, carrying your luggage, up and down the sidewalks, the steps to the front door of the hotel, etc., etc. I do not think Spain is going to see me again.
One more thing, we rented rooms for 3 people, and the third bed added in the room so far has been the size of a bed for a 2 year old child. My son is a 30 year old man, almost 6 feet told. And not only they have been short, but also very uncomfortable.
