the hotel was perfectly located on a small, well-known lively street with lots of bars/rest. They gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbly to celebrate our honeymoon. They have free wi-fi in the rooms, which were tidy and clean. As with the other hotels in Spain, they have 2 twin beds pushed together which they describe as a 'double bed'. I would highly recommend staying here.

Alhambra's entry is a short 5 minute walk from alixares which is important as is better to buy the ticket in the early morning. People start doing the line at 7 am though alhambra opens at 8 am. They have buffet for the 3 meals at a good price. You can leave your bags there if you have check out and pick them up later. A taxi to the renfe station was 8 euros.

cute rooms. windows that open. plenty of parking. little fridges to cool drinks. The location is fantastic. it's about 50 - 75 yards to the Alhambra entrance. There's also a fantastic pizza joint just down the street. The pool is great as well. Rooms are shaped differently, but we had a great time staying there.
Just park the car and walk to the Alhambra. Also take the public bus straight into old town Granada for the sights.

Very helpful and friendly receptionists. The two ladies gave us clear directions to get to places of interests and recommended good places to eat. Service with a smile which is in contrast to some hotels we have stayed.

The hotel is located next to Plaza Nueva. Easy access to The Alhambra via walking. The staff is super helpful. I did not have reservations to The Alhambra and Rocio, one of the staff members, was able to provide a reservation and gave us an explanation of how to get to most of the sites. The Albaizin is a great neighboorhood to walk around and experience the feel for Old Granada. Many books say that it is dangerous at night, but we did not feel unsafe at all throughout the 3 nights we stayed. The rooms are small and there are not too many amenities in the hotel but it compensates with charm and cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada.

Heading up the Cuesta de Gomerez, 150m up, you will find the "Puerta de las Granadas" (Pomegranate's Gate), which is the door to the Alhambra Palace.
Built on the "Bib al-Buxar" (or happy new's gate) a defensive tower which was one of the entrances to the city. It is located on the ancient gully of the "Sabika", between the Alhambra and Mauror hills. If continuing the going up, we reach the ticket office for the visit to the "Nazaries" Palaces and the rest of the monuments. The staff and location of this hotel nearby the Alhambra couldn't be better! Staff consistently were helpful and kind and we could easily walk to the Alhambra and cathedral. The room was incredibly small (no obese travelers here), but clean. A very, very long walk from the car park (you're not allowed to drive a private car in this part of the city), but once we learned the buses, it was an easy trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the internet blazingly fast. Parking was easy in the area and the bus downtown came every 15 minutes. We didn't even bother with a cab.
The buffet breakfast was reasonable and if you just want coffee and toast, it was included without charge.

グラナダ駅から歩いて約５分の場所にあり、重い荷物を持っている場合には立地条件はいいと思います。ただ、グラナダの繁華街やアルハンブラ神殿へはバスで行かなければならず（歩いても行ける距離ですが・・・）、少し不便に感じました。鉄道でグラナダ駅に着く場合はおすすめかもしれません。部屋は広くてきれいであり快適に過ごせました。バルセロナから夜行列車でグラナダに朝着いたのですが、部屋にはチェックイン後、すぐに入れてもらえました。

Bel hôtel. La chambre, les parties communes, l'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont parfaits. Seul bémol, la partie spa était très décevante. L'eau du jaccuzzi était vraiement sale. Le hammam produisait trop de vapeur pour le volume de la pièce du hammam. Du coup il était difficile d'y tenir. Dommage.

Very good hotel at an excellent location, get rooms near the open courtyard. Wonderful ambiance in the evening. Hotel offers Valet Parking - came in handy with the Citroen Jumper - 9 passenger vehicle that we had for rental. Hotel does NOT offer ironing boards or irons in the rooms - you have to pay to get your clothes ironed, unless you are carrying your own. Breakfast buffet is good but at a price. We never got a chance to eat dinner in the Hotel restaurant that has live music and fantastic ambiance at night. The Alhambra is walking distance from the hotel and so is the old town - caution: uphill climb.

Very nice and clean hotel. In just a 20 min walk you are in the city centre (Cathedral), but you can take a bus too. Receptionists are very kind: they changed our room when we asked for a double bed instead of two single. Swimming pool is good, altohugh the bar there is everything but nice: expensive and warm beer. Parking is somehow expensive too (16,5€/day). Apart from this, I definetly would recommend this hotel for a brief vacation in Granada

Hard to find due to lots of construction but a very nice hotel. Excellent staff, very helpful. Room was very small but nicely decorated and furnished. Internet on TV. Good lighting for reading, etc. Parking cost and breakfast at reasonable prices. Room cost was VERY low and a great deal considering the quality.

Aside from this hotel being surrounded by construction making it nearly impossible to reach, the place was great. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a decent restaurant made our stay enjoyable.
Free parking would have been nice, but it was cheaper than any nearby garages.

The staff was helpful. The only problem was the extra charge for parking...18 euros per day but it was conveniently located across the street from the hotel. we had breakfast at the cafe on the corner of Madrid st and gran via...it was the. Best toast I've ever tasted!
Fresh orange juice is a must!
We had an easy time driving intro & out of the city.We walked to the cathedral for Mass and everywhere else including the Alhumbra. We were there for 3 days. Granada is a wonderful city!

Our family of four traveled through Andalusia by car and stayed 2 nights in Granada mainly to see the Alhambra. While this hotel was not close it is on a major street and relatively easy to navigate from and to. Unlike other 3-star hotels we stayed at there were no hair dryers or in-room wifi but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Crossing the small hall at the entrance, the voyager will be fascinated by the interior beauty of the Patio of the paintings with its fountain, columns, balustrade, ornamental tile and in particular by the renaissance paintings conferred to Alejandro Mayner and Giulio Romano, disciples of Rafael, who came to Granada in 1520 to paint the Peinador de la Reina in the Alhambra and... the Palacio de Santa Ins.

Perfect location for historic immersion

The Hotel Palacio Santa Ines is elegant & ancient - a combination of two 16th century houses tucked up a Cuestra (tiny connecting street) of the same name. It is a half block from the river and a view of the Alhambra and a prime walking street for a sense of old Granada. The room was very nice - beautiful (but not huge) bath. The public rooms were the classic center courtyards of the palacios, covered with skylights. All around the hotel is the historic district and just up hte hill (a bit of a walk but quite doable) was the Alhambra. The staff was very nice. My recommendation would be to park at the first car park you come to and arrive by bus or taxi, but the hotel did seem to arrange for parking somewhere.

Hotel moderne bien situé avec piscine agréable mais pas toujours ouverte.Le service est moyen et il vaut mieux parler espagnol.Moins bien que le [other hotel]près du palais des congrès où nous avons payé moins cher et qui finalement est à peu près à la même distance de la cathédrale.

It's not in the heart of Granada, but is a 10-15 min walk from all the action. Or can walk for 5-8 mins to a bus stop which takes you everywhere you need to go.
the rooms are older, but clean and well maintained, so there won't be anything to complain about. You can't park yourself, but have to pull up in front of the hotel (its a one way street so be careful), run in and get the concierge to have someone park the car for you. Parking is $15 euros a day.

This hotel was the best one of our two week stay in Spain. Extremely clean, updated, very nice and helpful staff. If you are driving a car, you will have to pay 15 euros a day to park your car in their very cramped parking garage. It is quite a LONG walk from the Alambra, but there is a bus that goes there nearby. Very nice exterior with a fountain. Had a kind sized bed, fridge, and a big window with a nice view. We would stay here again! Very good value for what you get!!!

The location is very convenient, near all the sights and the train station. Walk pretty much anywhere you want. Also close enough by taxi to airport. WIFI access could be better and easier, but available still. If you're a tourist or business-person looking for a good place to stay, this is a good choice.

Staff were very helpful and extremely accomodating as I didn't know how long I was going to stay and they helped with arrangements.
Its in an ideally placed location to explore Granada and is on the bus route to all the sights.

Lo mejor del hotel la localizacin si eso es lo que se busca aunque las habitaciones que dan a la calle Navas al ser zona de ocio de Granada son muy ruidosas por la noche y a primeras horas de la madrugada. Falta insonorizacin en esas habitaciones. El hotel necesita una reforma pues las habitaciones son muy justitas aunque estaba todo muy limpio. La baera no tiene cortina sino mampara de cristal y eso es de agradecer. El personal muy atento.

Great value in a great location

This is a small hotel right next to Plaza Nueva. Despite it's location, the room was very quiet. It was also very clean. One of the two hotel clerks we dealt with didn't speak English, but we were able to communicate with my paltry Spanish. The bus stop to Alhambra is a mere block away, as is the cathedral.

I stayed two nights here. When I walked into my hotel room I was impressed with the lovely windows and balancies, however that night was Saturday night and I heard every sound in the Plaza until around 5am when it went finally went quiet. I got very little sleep. I was going to check out however the manager offered me another room which was smaller and without a view, however it was quiet.

My stay at the hotel was great! I was exhausted after a very long series of flights and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was exactly as it appeared in the photos from the hotel's website. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to a friend.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Granada. Within walking distance of many points of interest, like the Cathedral, the Tomb of the Catholic Kings the "teterias" Albaycin and the shopping areas. To get to the Alhambra you have to get a taxi or take a bus that won't charge you more than 2 euros.

The hotel was great, the staff very helpful and friendly, and we were lucky because they had NOT received our reservation from Orbitz but they did have one room left, or we would have been forced to start searching for a room. The fact is, the reservation from Orbitz arrived the day AFTER we did. This was the first time we have ever had a problem with Orbitz. But all in all, we highly recommend the Room Mate Leo!

Very central and within easy walking distance of shops, sights etc.

Built in 1995 along a main road, the hotel was completely renovated in 2003 and comprises a total of 3 floors and two buildings. Guests may make use of the spacious foyer with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hours reception. In addition there is a TV room and cozy bar. Also there is a car park (for an additional fee). The hotel also offers bar, concierge, conference facilities, doctor on call, dry cleaning services, wireless Internet, laundry service, non smoking rooms, restaurant, room service and pool. And the room amenities such as A/C, alarm clock, cable/ satellite TV, color TV, ensuite/ private bathroom, heating, in-room safe. NOTE: There's a compulsory gala New Years Eve dinner.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location - whilst not right in the centre of Granda it is a nice 15 minute walk past some lovely historical buildings and nice bars.
