The staff were very kind and helpful in extending advice on how to move around town and so. The hotel is very stylish in design. It is quite impressive. I was given a Cava bottle as a Christmas gift :)

The only thing I was disappointed with is the additional cost of the breakfast my second day stay. The first day was the start of my vacation the breakfast was included. The end of the vacation we stated again one night and we were told that the breakfast was not included.

This hotel is terrific. The room was extremely comfortable. The location was close to the major sites as well as public transport. The staff is very courteous. Good value for the cost. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would stay there again without a second thought.

El desayuno es pobre para el precio que cobran. La misma tortilla estuvo 3 dias, hasta que se terminó durante el fin de semana.
Los yogures habian caducado.

Just three very short blocks from the train station, it was the perfect, yet quiet, location. An enjoyable walk to the museums, around town, to the Casco Viejo. I had no need to use Bilbao's efficient metro system. The only negative thing was that the breakfast cost 14 Euros, so I went out for breakfast. (I can't imagine what they served that would cost 14 Euros! But then again, I usually stay in hotels with free breakfasts.)

In city center and barely 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim Museum, the symbol of the new Bilbao, the Barcelo Hotel Nervion is in a privileged location in the city with views over the "Ria" (estatuary) and the Calatrava walkway. Only 5 minutes wlaking to "Casco Viejo" and Gran Via. Less than 200 meters away is the Abando Railway station, the Febe and the Bilbao Metro, and less than 100 meters away the buses to the airport.

Los muebles de las habitaciones son muy viejos. Las habitaciones son super pequeñas. El armario es increiblemente pequeño.
