Sagrada Familia - Barrio de Gracia Hotels in Barcelona

This was clean, big & comfortable, the only issues were with the showers heads but we never call for anyone to take care of it. Had a problem at the beginning trying to get hold of them but the phone# provided by the web site was not a 24 hours and could not get hold of someone. I'm not sure if I would stay again because I like trying different things everytime I travel but I'll recommended.

Nice and clean apartment. Just walking distance to Sagarda Familia metro station. Only negative point is TV was not working properly and was showing only Spanish channels. I would recommend the management to add some English and international channels as well. Otherwise i am happy it was a value for money.

Excellent hotel, within 100m of Monumental Metro station and main bus route into the main part of town. Has a small supermarket opposite to get drinks / food. Hotel itself is quite small (36 rooms) which is perfect as it is quite quiet. Hotel staff really friendly and knowledgeable. They also have electric adaptors and free wifi internet which is great and useful. Clean rooms, well presented generally. Didn't go for breakfast option as was 12euro per person per day, decided to just buy crossiant and juice from a supermarket opposite for 2euro. Hotel does provide free coffee in room so it's perfect. Great location to explore Sagrada Famille, our favourite part of the city. Some lovely restaurants around there too. Overall, excellent choice for a hotel.

Hotel super , salle de bain très bien, lit très confortable, personnel de l'hotel sympatique . Possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ . A 30 mètres du métro ( 15 min maximum pour aller sur les Rambla ) . Je le conseil fortement

Hotel bien situé mais la climatisation est bruyante et les chambres mal insonorisé.

The hotel was just what we expected from reading the reviews. Located behind La Sagrada Familia, which is a great tourist attraction, it was very clean and modern. Staff was very courteous, eager to help. They let us print vouchers and boarding passes for free. Not sure if the amenities warrant a 4-star rating (no pools or gym or anything extra), and we noticed that they wouldn't replenish our shampoo or soaps unless we asked. However, it provided a nice, clean homebase during our Barcelona stay. Neighborhood felt very safe; the metro (which was awesome, btw) was a block away, 10 minute ride to the Gothic quarter and other atractions.

We stayed here for a weekend - the apartment is extremely convenient for both the hop on hop off bus and for the metro and is in a quiet area. The apartment itself is very well-equipped and clean if a little spartan in appearance (I guess that's the designer look!). The 24-hour check-in worked perfectly, the receptionist was extremely helpful and we would very happily stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone!

I have been there for 4 days with my family and enjoyed a lot Barcelona. The apartment is very nice and well located. It is very close to La Sagrada familia church. Everything was perfect. Recommend it to everyone who are planning to visit Barcelona.

Nice location just away from the craziness and noise of Las Ramblas. In the midst of the higher end shopping zone and a moderate walk or short taxi to all of the sites. Everything about this hotel is a class act. Pricey but worth it.

We stayed at Casa Fuster for two nights after our 7 night Med. Cruise. The cruise had a very early departure and we pretty much stubbled in sleepily into the hotel. Not expecting our room to be ready in anyway they promised to get it ready as soon as possible and set us up in the 1st floor lounge which was super quiet at 8am and wonderful couches to catch some light sleep on till our room opened. The staff was always extremely courtious to us while we waited. After probably two hours one the front desk staff saw us and called down to the front desk asking if our room was ready, it was YAY!. Our room was even better than the photos online if you can believe it! Extremely comfy bed and we didn't mind it being two separate beds pushed together as my husbands has a tendency to steal the covers in the middle of the night, so I didn't have to worry about cover stealing, YAY again! The room had a little foyer if you will and then led to the main room with a walk in closet/dressing room and a gorgeous bathroom with separate jacuzzi tub and huge shower. The shower we couldn't ever figure out how to turn it off completely, so it would drip a little. They gave us more plush robes and slippers than we could even ask for. As it was raining we ordered room service for lunch, I got pizza and my husband got a fillet steak, both which were very delicious! It also arrived within 25 mins of ordering on a beautiful table. The only issue I had with the room is the speaker for the tv is located in the bathroom. Not really an issue unless someone closes the doors to the bathroom when in use, then it was difficult to hear the tv. The staff always knew us as we came and went, went out of their way to help us with baggage, give us suggestions on places to go and give us a map with directions. Is it more expensive than some hotels in Barcelona, yes, but you definitely get what you pay for and more. Plus internet is Free. Which I couldn't believe when searching for hotels that many of the 5 star hotels charged for internet. We stayed at another hotel closer to Las Rambals one night before the cruise, a 4 star hotel. The walls were so thin, we heard every single noise and conversation around our room. In comparison, Casa Fuster was heaven. After a few hours there resting we agreed we would never stay anywhere else again in Barcelona. Thank you to the wonderful staff and hotel for making the final days of our vacation so wonderful and relaxing.

Hotel is fantastic! Breakfast was SUPER! However, the location was not central, as listed at all.

Value for money accomodation without too many frills.There are 3 free Internet computers in the Lobby which are very helpful.If you really need to be in the heart of things this may not be the Hotel for you.However,if you don't mind some walking and metro - then the price may attract.

3 nuits à 4 dans un petit appartement, très bien situé et propre. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite cuisinette accessible (aurait été pratique pour préparer le petit déjeuner).

Alles bestens, gute Lage, Checkin und Checkout in der Casa Fuster problemlos, Personal da sehr zuvorkommend.

We have stayed here before and really like the hotel. Our one complaint is that they have changed the type of pillow on the beds, and one of us found it to be very uncomfortable. There were no other pillow options. Other than that, we loved our stay.

C'est un hotel bien situé, près du métro diagonal. j'ai fait une réserve la veille de mon départ, il y avait un bonus le spa gratuit mais je n'ai pas pu en profiter car j'étais là pour des raisons non touristiques. Le personnel est aimable et donne spontanément des renseignements sur la ville. Il y a des restaurants proches et des bars à tapas beaucoup plus interressants que les restaurants à touristes du port olympic.

Sehr leicht zu finden, weil in der nähe die berühmte Sagrada de Familia Kirche ist Sehr sauberes Hotel Sehr freundliche Reception Ich würde es nochmals buchen

+super lage mit kfc,mc,BK, metro, supermarkt usw. + gute kochmöglichkeit - kein handseife gehabt

Séjour d'affaire: A part la qualité de la connexion Internet (et quand ont vient pour les affaires c'est très important) je considère cet hôtel comme très bien. Mais si ce point n'est pas amélioré je ne pourrais plus y venir dommage en 2013...

My wife and I enjoyed a six-night stay in the hotel and found the staff very courteous and the room spacious. The bed was very large and comfortable and the room was cleaned well on a daily basis. The area was very quiet and there was no nighttime noise disturbance. The location was good as it was only a short walk to shopping areas and various restaurants and also the nearest Metro station - Gracia. My wife and I will certainly return to the Aparthotel Mariana Cubi when next in Barcelona.

Pour un séjour de 4 jours, emplacement idéal. Ascenseur vétuste Petit déjeuner trop cher. Très bonne brasserie juste à côté pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner "Le Vélodrome"

Booked 1 room for 4 with queen and double, got 2 twins together, a twin sofa bed and a twin set on floor. Room was big enough but strange configuration, with slider doors to close off bedroom, and small sitting area. Pillows were hard, room was not ready when we checked in, maids were still cleaning up. Large bathroom for Europe, recently renovated but needs some touchups, not dirty just needs touchup. Room was hot, it appears prior guests may have opened slider doors to 3 balconies and air conditioning was unable to keep room cool. Room finally comfortable in am. Location was good, one block away from shopping, close to hop on hop off for touring. Plenty of cafes for food. Breakfast buffet too expensive 15 euro each. staff helpful, but reserved. Good location 2 km from cruise port, cost 17 euro for fare and 7 km from airport cost 30 euro for fare.

Nach ca. 2 Stunden warten, auf der Strasse mit 2 Kindern, konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Keine Rezeption, angegebener Telefonnummer nimmt niemand ab. Personal völlig überfordert. Falsches Bild, ausser in einen Innenhof sieht man nichts.....

We arrived in Barcelona with 2 children from London at 10.00 pm, there was no indication where we should checkin nor any reply under telephone contact. 1 hour latter a guest arrived and advised us that the keys were 3 blocks down the road. Fortunately after lots of explainations he handed the keys. A non exsistant pool was in the online images.

Quite simply the most beutiful hotel I have stayed in. The room was enormous and breathtaking with very cool high tech features. Beuatifully decorated

The Hotel Astoria is located in LEixample - an area about a 15 minute walk from the Passeig de Gracia - but the metro is close and the Hop On Hop Off tourist bus stop even closer. Rooms are small but very well appointed and sparkling clean. Our 6th floor room had a great view of an urban courtyard and terraces below. There were several casual cafes and bistros nearby as well as upscale shops. Free computer available for use in the lobby and a mostly helpful staff. A very good value!!

The advantage of Astoria is that it in a pretty good neighbourhood. Close to Diagonal subway makes it easily accessible to most major sites. The rooms are small. I think we got the room for about $115USD per night. At that price, which seemed reasonable for central Barcelona and provided good value.

This hotel was located ideally for our purposes--to see the great Art and Architecture, and eat the incredible food of this world class destination. The hotel was very easy to find ( a plus for jet-lagged travelers in a new city) and check-in was without a hitch. The room was quiet and spacious with natural light from large windows. The beds weren't like at home (a bit uncomfortable, but not overly so) but the insuite bathroom's shower was divine. Breakfasts were higher priced than advertised on the travel website we booked through and were adequate but not outstanding and a bit repetitious. The hotel is two blocks from the La Sagrada Familia church and the metro station of the same name which made it efficient and easy to be anywhere in town within minutes. Check-out was simple with no unexpected charges like some places we have been in Europe over the years. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Rooms were basic but very clean. Perfect for the price. Good location and front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

It wasn't too bad of a hotel considering the price we paid. However there are some much better options if you feel like paying just a little bit more for a room (like $20 more or so per night).

Good location 5-10 min walk from Arc de Triomf metro station. Big clean room. Free water in the fridge. Lots of cheap places to eat and buy groceries around the hotel.
