La localización y el servicio por parte de los empleados fue excelente. Pero la habitación que nos dieron no correspondía a un hotel de 4 estrellas, dificilmente podría clasificarse como 3 estrellas.

Helpful and polite front desk and housekeeping staff. Had a very good breakfast buffet, nice small gym and rooftop sundeck. Location is excellent; a couple of blocks from the beach with great restaurants and tapas bars as well as many of the Alicante sights and attractions all close by. Rooms were pleasant, clean, reasonably well-appointed and quiet for the most part. I'd stay there again and/or recommend it to a friend.

Very conveniently located, the hotel is only a few metres from the railway station and just a stone's throw from the central bus station. The hotel Abba Centrum Alicante has received its fourth star. After a complete remodelling of the hotel, which diposes of 148 rooms and is situatet in the shopping and leisure centre of Alicante, it offers a wide variety of services: conference rooms for up to 225 people, restaurant- cafeteria Aitana, business centre, parking, fitness room, solarium, sauna, hamman, library and a large atrium called "Espacio Centrum" with plants and fountains that can be used for diverse events and activities.

Excellent 4 star hotel in San Juan beach area - about a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant area. Trams and buses to Alicante (€1.25 one-way, approx 20 minutes) run regularly from about 100m from the hotel. The outdoor pool area was superbly presented and very clean. WiFi in the room was a bit spasmodic, but not a neccesity for our holiday. Staff were very helpful, with good English. Would stay here again.

Hotel situado a las afueras de Villajoyosa, en una cala muy bonita (playa de piedras), ideal para amantes del tenis (tiene muchísimas pistas donde jugar), para ir con tu mascota o simplemente si buscas tranquilidad y buen tiempo. Las instalaciones del hotel y la decoración de la habitación están algo anticuadas, pero la limpieza es excelente, así como la atención del personal.
