We stayed here during our New Year Eve holidays! Excellent location, family friendly hotel, spacious and clean rooms, professional staff. It was really surprise to find in our room fruit platter as New Year gift!

Elegy mini-hotel is well located in the historical centre of St.Petersburg, on the famous Rubinsteina street featuring numerous cafes & restaurants, just a 3 minute walk from Nevsky prospect. Two metro stations - Dostoevskaya and Vladimirskaya - as well as bus stops are all within walking distance from the hotel. The way to Mayakovskaya metro station on foot will take about 7 minutes. The hotel occupies the top floor of a 5-storey building (with an elevator). Entrance to the hotel is from the street. Double glazed window are facing either Rubinsteina street, or Grafsky lane or backyard.

First, I was not sure about the hotel. I was expecting a dirty and non professional staff. But they were all good for me. it is kind of a hotel for sleeping:). If you will only sleep at the hotel at nights and trip around St. Petersburg in the mornings, this is a good hotel for you. Staff are also very helpful and they all know english. And this hotel is very near to Metro stations and you can arrive airport in 20 minutes from the hotel. Price is good for this hotel. If I go to St.Petersburgh again, I will choose this hotel. By the way, if you stay in room 8, know that there are alot of pain in that room. My girlfriend left me in that room:)))

It was really hard to find the hotel. The room which we got (I think it's called economy) was teeny tiny, but had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to restaurants and see sites. Rooms are new and clean. Overall pleasant experience.

We had a party of 7 (friends/family) stay at Nevsky 78 Aparthotel. The purpose of our trip was to attend a family wedding and to see Saint Petersburg. I read some unfavourable reviews prior to booking the room and thought I would take my chances as it was a bit cheaper than other hotels and couldn't be all that bad.We had a Russian family pick us up at the airport and located the side entryway of the hotel and helped us check in. I booked 5 reservations online and 1 of them was not listed in their system even though [...]. The hotel was booked solid, so we found another hotel for that 1 person. Not sure where the gliche occurred. The admin office is located 1/4 mile away and temporarily fixed us up with a dual room, but it was still an inconvience as we had to move rooms and find another hotel for that 1 person's last night. The hotel entryway is shared with a Hostel and other apartments. Entryway was dark, smelled of urine, smelled of smoke, had homeless people sleeping on the stairway landings and food/garbage everywhere. There is a locked irongate on the 4th floor separating the hotel with cameras. I would be concerned for personal safety if by myself. But we had no trouble during our stay. We did get a phone call at 3am and said it was the police at the front door. We ignored it and did not further investigate it for fear of being ambushed at the doorway in the middle of the night. Having no lifts did not bother us as we were all physically capable of lifting our luggages. The rooms were basic and small, but clean enough. Beds are okay. The hotel is on a busy street, so it was noisy all night. My sister ended up rebooking at another hotel that cost $20USD more, but had breakfast, elevator, felt safer and no dark entries. If by myself, I would have stayed elsewhere also.The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping and other tourist attractions. The front desk people were nice and tries to help out. Kitchens were basic, but nice to have. They do not clean daily and have to pay extra for cleaning service. We stayed 8 nights and could have used cleaning inbetween. We definitely got some local flavour staying there.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno segnalato che vi era stato un overbooking, quindi ci è stato offerto il taxi e la prenotazione al Nevsky Moyka 5 (che fa sempre parte della stessa catena); pertanto il mio giudizio si riferisce al Nevsky Moyka 5.
Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, ok la colazione, lo staff parla inglese.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement aménagé en hôtel. Pas de lampe de chevet mais une grande cheminée dans la chambre qui ne sert à rien. Il faut se lever pour éteindre le plafonnier. Pas de table pour le petit déjeuner qui est servi seulement en chambre.

- The elevator didn't work to the floor where the hotel is.
- Difficult to find the hotel as there was no visible sign from the street
- I got a double-bed when I had asked a twin beds. The personnel didn't get that information, but they fixed it on site.

This 3-room apartment, ideal for 5 or even 6 people, is perfect for rest, relaxation and convenience. The bedrooms are very quiet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe with mirrors, the other a double bed and wardrobe. The living room comes with a double pull out sofa, a TV on a stand. The kitchen adjacent to the living room is well equipped with everything you might need to make homemade meals - there is a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle and of course there are plates, forks, cups and mugs. In the bathroom there is jacuzzi, a washing machine. As with most City Realty managed serviced apartments, the apartment comes with free local calls and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

Emplacement idéal (mais forcément très bruyant) canapés lits en mauvais état (un des 5 couchages était "en ruine"). On vous coupe l'eau chaude la veille de votre départ . Pourquoi ? mystère ! On se lave donc à l'eau froide fin décembre.
Accueil inexistant : Ne pas arriver le soir si on ne parle pas le russe. On nous a fourni 1 clé pour 5 adultes.

Awesome location and apartment! Had a full kitchen and even a washing machine for my clothes. Only down fall was the smell of sewage from the drain and the difficultly in finding the location as it was poorly marked. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again and suggest it to friends.

I'm an American working in Moscow and needed a hotel for a visit to St. Pete with a friend who was visiting from the U.S. I picked the Corinthia because of its proximity to good restaurants and businesses. It's a short gypsy cab ride or metro ride to all of the top tourist spots and with a Nevsky address, you're guaranteed that your taxi driver will know where you need to go even if you don't speak Russian. The restaurants at the hotel are expensive and the food is average. Unless your room rate includes breakfast, skip it because it's 1400 rubles (about $46 USD) there are Russian coffee shops on the same block or a McDonald's two blocks away and you can order a large cappuccino for 66 rubles (a little more than $2). My [...] rate was for a "superior room" but they did not have any superior twin rooms when we checked in. They "upgraded" us to a deluxe twin that was larger, but the furniture and furnishings seemed a bit dated and was likely not one of the rooms updated in their recent renovation. We were glad to have the two beds and didn't mind the older style room. We were disappointed that there was no tea kettle or coffee maker in the room. Almost all business hotels have these standard and it seems odd that they don't. Seems like they are trying to force you to have their pricey breakfast because even on the room service menu you cannot just order a pot of coffee without breakfast! The lobby is beautifully decorated and trendy. I attended a conference at the Corinthia in April and all of the conference equipment and reception rooms were very modern and well appointed. The reception food was even good and the staff was professional!From Pulkovo airport you can hire a taxi for 700 rubles (go to the taxi desk rather than hiring the drivers who approach you when you enter the arrival hall. That way you're sure to get the official price. Our first day as tourists we hired a local guide for a city tour and trip to the Hermitage. The second day rained cats and dogs so we slept in and had a great lunch at a wine bar about a 5 min walk away from the hotel. After lunch we walked to Gorstiny Dvor and bought excursion tickets for the next day to take a bus ride with an English speaking guide to Peterhof, the summer residence of Peter the Great. A few blocks away we ducked into the Romanov Dynasty in Waxworks at the Stroganov Palace. It's a small exhibit, but once you've been immersed into the history of the Czars and Czarinas, it's a fun way to get a feel for what they looked like. Nicholas II was about half Peter's height! Ask for an English guide when you pay your 200 rubles entrance fee and they will give you a few laminated sheets of paper with a description of the exhibit and the high points about each Romanov's life story. It's not a long tour, but well worth the 200 RUB (about $6). The English Peterhof tour was interesting, but it felt rushed because traffic to the palace was awful on a holiday weekend.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Touristen & Geschäftsleute. Reception Angestellte sprechen gut englisch und sind hilfsbereit. Gute Lage mit Metrostation in der Nähe - Bahnhof nach Moskau kann ebenfalls zu Fuss erreicht werden. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Angenehm ist ebenfalls dass das Hotel 2 Restaurants betreibt - wovon speziell das kleinere mit Preis-Leistung glänzt. Würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Staff were quite friendly, location was godo and the restaurant was quite good quality and reasonably priced. The room charge was high, though better than in most St. Petersburg hotels.

Room clean-up not attentive enough. We stayed for 6 nights and everyday we came back to notice... either the bathroom shampoo/ body lotion not replenished, or bottled water missing, or uncleaned coffee cups still lying there ... The currency exchange machine never worked.

We arrived at 10:00 pm. It was 95 degrees in St Petersburg. We asked if the hotel had AC and were told yes. Upon checking in the room we found they had AC however, it did not work and had not worked for the past three days. The hotel lobby staff were rude. Dirty ash trays littered the lobby. The hotel was dirty and felt like I was in the ghetto.
