Fully ADA compliance
Very comfortable. I stayed in an ADA compliance room and it was excellent! Huge room with a reception area with sofas and two TV's. Bathroom was fully accesible and the bed was adequate.

Worth the price
The hotel was clean. The entertainment at the casino was enjoyable and the staff was attentive. It is a good place if you re looking for and inexpensive place in the Condado. The night life is worth the trip. There is a reataurant near by to satisfy your taste and price. I recommend it.

Good Times in Radisson Condado
This was a real package deal. We stayed in the Ambassador level rooms, which allowed us to have a comfy king size bed, balcony, and access to Pent House level (where the pool and complimentarty breakfast were located). Overall the atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming. Live music in the bar is a nice touch, and a nice contrast to the available casino. Also close to shopping areas and the best spots for dining and dancing, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended

Not as seen in pictures
Location to the beach was great. It was only around the block. But as soon we walked into our room it smiled like straight pool water. They didn't have enough lighting in the room and the didn't have a microwave. The casino looked old and needed to be updated. The people that worked at the casino needed better uniform and once we were at the roulette table we never got any of the waitress to come to our table to serve us.

Nice, modern, clean, TVs a bit old
I didn't have much time to explore all hotel options, just rested for one night. Bathroom was just perfect. I liked separation of living room and bedroom. Bed itself was huge. 3-4 men could sleep there. I didnt explore wifi, not sure if it's free there. CRT TVs looked outdated, I'd suggest owners to replace them with flat panels(LCDs are so cheap nowadays).

ok Hotel
I when there for business.. I just need a hotel to sleep, the lady that clean the room was very nice and she clean de room very good..The young lady at the counter give me a room without a view, and I can't open the door to the small balcony, don't stay at room 333.. she never contact me for another room..

Excellent Location
The hotel is awesome! For those who want to spend time with friends, couples or just forget about the world, go to this place! Excellent location, few blocks from the beach, has pool in the PH, excellent employees... An excellent Hotel to stay. The room, the furniture, well, everything was amaizing!

overall good stay
Went to Old San Juan saw the historical sites, went to bacardi factory, and el yunque rainforest. Only there for a little while, what I saw was worth it. Great beach at condado

decent hotel for the price
We arrived three hours before check in and were told to check back two hours later. When we did, we were upgraded to a suite. The rooms were dated, but satisfactory. We couldn't complain due to the upgrade we received. We went sightseeing in Old San Juan and tried restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There were fast food restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance. The location was very convenient and only 15 minutes from Old San Juan and the airport. Things I would have liked but didn't get were a useable balcony (ours was locked and a sign on the door said not to use) and an ocean view. Overall we were very pleased with our trip and would visit again.
