Best location in the city. Next to train station and metro which made it very easy to get away to Fatima, Sintro and Cascaes. Hotel is located in Rossio square which is where the best shopping is located. Many good restaurants with in a block or two from the hotel. Excellent breakfast included in price of room with both american (bacon and scrambled eggs) and european (salmon, meats) served. Great cup of coffee also. Room was good size with a marble bathroom. It really is a former palace and it shows in the main foyer and dining room. Located on a busy street but we did not have any problem with noise in our room. Hotel staff very helpful with directions and information. I felt it was a great value and would stay here again. I only gave amenities 4 stars because the hotel provided computer has a fee to use the internet.

Steps away from many of the hot spots of the city and the starting point of all the tour buses, you could not ask for a better location. This hotel is a boutique hotel, and you get the same type of treatment, with a reasonable price. Anything they are able to do to make your stay more comfortable, they do. The decor is very modern and trendy, and it had a nice feel to it overall. Also, free wifi in the rooms. The icing on the cake is the free traditional dessert that comes to your door every night around 8pm. That made my stay!

Minpuntjes zijn misschien de moeilijk te vinden ingang en de trap zonder plankier voor een koffer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were very good and the brakfast service was also good. The only disappointment was the bar staff in the upstairs bar. They were inattentive and too busy chatting to each other rather than looking after guests.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit hôtel situé non loin du bord de mer dans un quartier animé par de multiples petits restaurants sans être pourtant trop touristique. L'accueil est charmant, le petit-déjeuner excellent et le salon-bibliothèque (avec terrasse et vue sur la mer) un lieu ou il fait bon se reposer après une journée de visites bien remplie. Un plus : les tickets d'entrée des principaux musées de Lisbonne sont remboursés par l'hôtel.

we arrived for 5 nights we thought we had died and gone to heaven, the staff, food, room were 6 star if possible. Just loved the hotel we travel all over the world and this was the best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in.we will be back to stay again.

Le couvent est chaleureux, dans un quartier très calme près de l'ambassade française. la cour idéal les beaux jours,
Au dela, nous avons eu une chambre sans caractère, alors que je recherchai un environnement, une atmosphère..
Autre grand défaut, l'insonorisation, le Room service et la restauration fermé.

とても雰囲気のいいホテルでした バスタブがあれば最高です スーツケースで行ったのですが、最初に緩やかな階段がけっこうあります ポーターはいるのですがチェックインの際は夜だったせいか、自分たちで持って上がらないといけませんでした たまたま私たちはそのホテルに滞在してたヨーロッパの男性２人がちょうど観光から帰ってきたところで階段の上まで持ってあがってくれました 彼らがいなかったら、自分たちで重いスーツケースを持って上がるのは無理だったと思います チャックアウトの際はポーターが階段下まで持って降りてくれました

It was a great experience. I've stayed there for two nights and were by far one of the best hotels I've ever been.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very confortable.
The staff was great and always pleased to help me.
The restaurant was very nice.
To finish I just want to mention the location! It is as central as you can get. You have all the major public transportation right in front of the hotel, and you are also within walking distance to main attractions such as Bairro Alto, Chiado, The castle, among other.

Hotel sympa, idéalement situé dans un quartier charment, qui bouge beaucoup, l'hôtel a pas de double vitrage on entend bien les noctambules, qui font du bruit tard dans la nuit, demander une chambre côté cour, moins sympa mais vos nuits seront plus calmes, le métro au pied de l'hôtel c'est très agréable, surtout prendre le passe des transport en commun axé illimité à tous transports, pour quelques euros .

Santos Apartments are located in the famous Design District. Superbly located in a wonderful neighbourhood within an old historical district of central Lisbon with its unique charm, old alleyways and cobbled streets. The apartments are 300 meters from the National Museum of Ancient Art, 20 minutes by foot to Lisbon downtown (6 stops by tram or bus), tram and bus stops 40 meters away, 5 minutes walk to the river front. The apartments are located in a secondary road with little traffic so you can enjoy a quite sleep!Santos streets date to the XVI century. In the neighbourhood you may see old fishermen, handicraftsman or you may listen to a fado singer (typical urban folk music of Portugal). Santos is known for its multi-personality environments where you can enjoy a quite day at the park, enjoy a nice meal by the river or dance all night in one of the many bars and clubs.The building was opened to the public in April 2008 after a major refurbishment. It has narrow stairs and no lift. Apartments of a single atmosphere, living and dining room, twin beds, closet, bathroom, kitchen, electrical hob, washer dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. All apartments have air conditioning. Non-Smoking rooms are available.

We chose the hotel for its affordable price and because it looked like it had "character." It met all the criteria and more. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room, breakfast and facilities were basic but comfortable. We were fortunate we checked the small print when booking and made sure we booked a room with a private bathroom. The location right above several outdoor restaurants meant it was a bit noisy at night, but we soon joined in the lively activity.

Typical motel style hotel under USD100. Small space but good for traveller for one night stay only. Bread, cheese and coffee, quick breakfast included and don't expect much. Excellent location with market next and all scenary places around. Convenience to travel within the city area with bus stop and MTR around. A budget buffet restaurant with delicious food located on the same street. A bit Noisy but okay. Need to pay for the internet on Euro5 per 24 hours.
