Best location in the city. Next to train station and metro which made it very easy to get away to Fatima, Sintro and Cascaes. Hotel is located in Rossio square which is where the best shopping is located. Many good restaurants with in a block or two from the hotel. Excellent breakfast included in price of room with both american (bacon and scrambled eggs) and european (salmon, meats) served. Great cup of coffee also. Room was good size with a marble bathroom. It really is a former palace and it shows in the main foyer and dining room. Located on a busy street but we did not have any problem with noise in our room. Hotel staff very helpful with directions and information. I felt it was a great value and would stay here again. I only gave amenities 4 stars because the hotel provided computer has a fee to use the internet.

The hotel Tivoli liberdade is well located at Avenida Liberdade, with a metro station within a few yards. The staff is always there to help you and all the main attractions in downtown Lisbon at a walking distance. It sounds like the hotel was just renewed as you could smell fresh painting, which was not that pleasant. I'd definitely recommend and stay again at the Tivoli Liberdade

Steps away from many of the hot spots of the city and the starting point of all the tour buses, you could not ask for a better location. This hotel is a boutique hotel, and you get the same type of treatment, with a reasonable price. Anything they are able to do to make your stay more comfortable, they do. The decor is very modern and trendy, and it had a nice feel to it overall. Also, free wifi in the rooms. The icing on the cake is the free traditional dessert that comes to your door every night around 8pm. That made my stay!

tolles hotel, super aussicht über lissabon, buslinie 711 direkt vor der haustüre, der fährt direkt in die innenstadt, im 19. stock befindet sich eine sky- lounge, wo gratis getränke und kaffee konsumiert werden kann (problem: die nachfüllung ist aber mangelhaft in der sky-lounge), die öffnungszeiten des kleinen wellness-bereiches ist von 10.30-21.00, also nicht ideal für einen gute morgen start, ansonsten ist das hotel zum empfehlen

Cet hotel 4* est de bonne qualité. La piscine située dans un parc et la salle fitness sont partagées avec le 5* à tenant. L'hotel est a 50m du métro et 15mn à pieds du centre. Le personnel est à l'écoute et les petits déjeuners trés copieux.

Great hotel for the centre of Lisbon and nicely set back off the main road. Best in summer when the pool is just a lovely place to be. Bar was being refitted during my stay, which is a shame for me, but I'm sure it will be better than before for the coming season. Food is generally good, although the restaurant which is attached to the hotel attracts fashionable non residents, but sadly sometimes the food does not live up to the price tag.
Would recommend and probably go back.

there was a problem with a free wi-fi, otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. breakfast was great, it was quite far from dontown but was at the first stop for hop-on hop- off busses. by the way, do not get tickets for lisbon sightseeing bus, get portugal sightseeing or yellow bus. a very clean hotel.

Hotellihuoneemme oli oikein viihtyisä, sängyt loistavat ja kylpyhuone oli suuri (kahden naisen kauneustuotteet mahtuivat hyvin sinne). Vessassa alkoi soida rauhoittava musiikki heti kun sinne meni. Ilmastointi ja radio toimivat seinänäytöltä. Henkikökunta oli palvelualtista. Internetiä saimme käyttää ilmaiseksikin aulassa, vaikka siitä olisi hinnaston mukaan mennyt maksukin. Aamupala oli runsas ja sisältyi matkamme hintaan. Hotellilta oli kyllä pidempi matka keskustaan, kuin tuo ilmoitettu 700 metriä. Ja me mielsimme shoppailu-, ja ravintola-alueet keskustaksi. Hotelli sijaitsi oli rauhallisella kadulla. Mikäli matkustan vielä Lissaboniin, varaan luultavasti taas saman hotellin.

Les photos des chambres sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. l'hôtel est très different. Ne vous attendez pas au luxe des photos sur le site.
la piscine non plus ne correspond pas à la photo et est froide.
L'eau chaude arrive difficilement à la chambre.

The Radisson Blu Lisbon Hotel offers good value for the price. Rooms are nice and comfortable, especially the bigger superior rooms. The only drawback are the doors which are almost impossible to shut without a loud bang awaking the neighbours.
Although the hotel is not located in the centre of Lisbon, it`s only five minutes away from Campo Grande metro-station and a bus stop. The underground takes you to Chiado in 15 minutes. Very convenient location for the airport.
If breakfast is not included in the room rate, it`s too expensive at 14 Euros.

While I was in Portugal I went to Sintra, Bixia (the center of town), and walked around the city near the hotel. It was amazing! Sintra is absolutely beautiful and the castles are just amazing.
The trip was fantastic and it was very very easy to get around. The hotel was located in an excellent area and was not far from anything. It was very quiet and beautiful.

We did a lot of research before selecting this hotel and it paid off. The location in the downtown area made it very easy to walk to many places, including the public transportation hub. The size of the hotel was small and intimate with the overall feel being unique rather than "chain". The staff took great care in answering questions about eating, transportation, etc. I wish I could find a hotel like this in every city!

Free breakfast from 7 to 12pm! Not continental, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, ham, turkey, cheese, olives, yogurt, cereal, fresh coffee with warmed milk, espresso machine, freshly squeezed orange juice. I can't remember everything but it was great.
Great staff, with perfect restaurant and fado restaurant recommendations. They actually reimbursed us for a funicular ride, our trip on the train to Cascais, and our bus to the airport! I'd never heard of such a thing. And always with a smile.
The room was nice, we got a free upgrade to a superior room, I'm not sure why, but it was fantastic.
The location is hard to beat. It's about five minutes to the Bairro Alto, on one end of the Rua das Portas de Santa Antao, which has all these wonderful cafes, close to Marques da Pombal and Largo Rossio. And we actually walked to the Castelo in 15 minutes or so.
Highly recommended and satisfied!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and our room was great. The balcony was very large and a couple of the nights we enjoyed wine and cheese on the terrace. The hotel was modern and was very clean. The bathroom was very nice as well and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location of this hotel was good as well, it was easy to catch a tourist bus and the walk down to the center of town was very short about 5-10 mins. Also it was close to the Barrio Alto which is an area with small st and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is in quiet and safe area. I would easily stay at this hotel again.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night before flying back to the US. The main reason we have selected it was price and close location to the airport. It happened to be the right choice. The hotel is 5 min drive from the airport, it has free parking, there is a nice looking restaurant in this hotel (although we did not go there) and a shopping mall with a lot of opportunities for dining is just across the street. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Metro is nearby. I would stay there again.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Alif Campo Pequeno, rooms are clean and comfortable, receptionnists are nice and helpful, breakfast is very good, location close to metro station. The only negative point would be the poor street noise isolation in the room.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were very good and the brakfast service was also good. The only disappointment was the bar staff in the upstairs bar. They were inattentive and too busy chatting to each other rather than looking after guests.

the room was a little small, however the service was fantastic. The pool was warm and relaxing. The spa was very nice and the prices for the treatments weren't bad. A five minute walk to the zoo. I traveled with my one year old and it was a little cramped but I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was just as beautiful as in the pictures. If you wanted to watch television, movies, or use the internet there was a fee. Initially I didn't like this but I went on vacation to see the city...not watch television so it actually wasn't that bad. When booking this hotel I thought breakfast was included but once I arrived at this hotel I found out it wasn't. Although I thought the breakfast was pricey don't let that discourage you...it was DELICIOUS and worth the price! The Spa was the BEST spa I have ever been too. There is a beautiful and tranquil solarium that has a jacuzzi hot tub, multiple water massages, walking foot massager, and sauna. All this is available while you wait for your chosen spa treatments. The in-door pool is beautiful. There is a gym as well that looked nice...I didn't actually go in. The hotel is pretty close to everything you need to see and there are stops on the tour buses that are within walking distance. Overall, I would give this hotel 5 stars for it's beauty, location, food, staff, spa, etc. etc. This list could go on and on! I would definitely stay there again...

Great bathroom, large room, free internet, buffet good breakfast, and an amazing staff, friendly and competent.
The location and very close subway access made it that, for the first time I didn't need a car, which is a great thing in this crowded city.

Over all the Marriott Hotel in Lisbon was a good place to stay for the money, the only draw back for us was the location of the hotel, it was a taxi, bus, or metro ride to most all of the attractions. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremly nice. The exective lounge was very nice and offered a nice selection of food and beverages for its loyal customers.

The price I paid through the Internet was strangely low for the kind of hotel with such an interior, friendly service and nice interior in the room. The catch was that the price was with nothing included. The hotel is nicely located near to the airport. Taxi takes 10minutes or less and price is less than 10 EUR. Taxis always outside waiting. If anyyone has an early flight, this is a good hotel to be in. Many airline crews at breakfast early in the morning confirms that the location is good. There is nothing in the nearby for breakfast eating out. The house breakfast is very good. Internet - no real alternatives except for 20 EUR (27$) per day in house service. But that was then really speedy. I bought the package which included Internet and breakfast: 45 EUR per day (60$).
There was a bug in my bathroom once. There was also a strange odor which vanished once the ventilation went on.
If you get breakfast included and lounge access included for less than 100$ per night, then I recommend the hotel. I paid too much in total.

We really enjoyed Lisbon and the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and took side trips from this central location. This hotel is north of the city center, but you can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes or take any of several buses or the metro (all within a couple of blocks)to get to the center. You could also cab, which would only be about 4-5 euros. The hotel desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was beautiful and spotless! We had a nice view of the buildings across the street and on one evening, the sunset. The bed was very comfortable (request a couples bed if you don't want twins),and the BR was very spacious. One suggestion would be to bring your own hairdryer. They have one in the BR, but it is not powerful. Be sure to bring an adaptor. Many reviewers complained about the breakfast. There was beautiful breads and croissants daily. There was scrambled eggs, cheese and thin waffles as well. I would not eat the meats, but for some they may be OK. My husband thought the coffee was quite good. The juice is out of a machine and weak.There is also cereal and yogurt. All in all more than adequate to start your busy day of sightseeing. Besides, by 11 you will be stopping for a bica and a pastel de nata! If you want to be in the thick of the tourist action, this is not the holtel for you, but if you want a lovely hotel at a great price, this is it. A great restaurant Torio is around the corner. Excellent Portugese food and wine!

Hôtel de très bon niveau
Chambre confortable bien équipée et très propres
Hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pieds d'une station de métro.
Seul problème le stationnement si vous arrivez en voiture prévoir 15 euros de parking (hôtel) par jour.

Perfect quality for reasonable money

Located near the Campo Puqueno metro station, not far from airport. Ride to downtown takes about 10min with traffic. Rooms are clean, comfortable, staff is very polite. Altough breakfasts are the same every day, there is a wide choice and food is good enough. We with my young wife were very satisfied choosing this place for our honey moon.
