Description
The complex facilities include: 3 swimming pools, with adjacent pools for children (one is heated during the winter), 4 tennis courts, a tennis club with a resident professor throughout the year, gymnasium, children's playground, table tennis and snooker.
From Faro Airport: take the EN125 towards Portimao and Albufeira. After approximately 4 km there is a large overhead sign over the left lane that reads "Albufeira, Portimao, Loule and A22". Get onto the left lane and follow the dual carriageway for aprox. 3 1/2 km, then turn right onto the slip road signposted to Lisboa, Albufeira. The slip road will bring you onto the new "Via Infante de Sagres" A22 motorway. At the end of it at the roundabout, turn towards Lagoa Sul and then you turn again at the sign to Carvoeiro.
After turning to Carvoeiro, follow the Rocha Brava sign on the wall of "Minimercado Cidalia". Turn left onto a secondary road and follow the signs for 3 km. Turn right and continue for 750 metres and you will come to ROCHA BRAVA. DDS 07/08 A large complex with various apartments / villas of one or two floors, surrounded by beatifull gardens and scenary. Rocha Brava is set right on the cliffs, on the eastern side of Carvoeiro, a charming fishing village in the centre of the Algarve.

Description

So close but not quite.

The concept and plans were obviously first-rate, however the finish in the rooms is already starting to fail and the restaurant was disappointing with an attempt at a fine dining experience that did`nt even come close in the food department and the service would have better without popping out to top up the nicotine stench every twenty minutes or so (all written from the perspective of someone that worked six star [best in the world] cruise ships for twenty years). The Spa, although fairly basic was clean and very enjoyable.
Go with reasonable expectations, use the beach down the road at Carneiros, eat in the pizza place 100m up the road and have a lovely time.

Located in Poco Partido near by Carvoeiro, Colina Village is in one of the highest touristic ( Carvoeiro) quality areas of the algarvian coast
where you can enjoy from a quiet and relaxing environment.
In the neighbourhood are located several beaches like Caneiros, Carvoeiro,
Benagil, Carvalho, Vale Centeanes, Marinha and a few more.
These beaches allow you to practise quite a few water sports like
Windsurf, diving, sailing and some others.
Golf is also easy to find in this area. There are a few golf courses near
Colina Village like Pinta and Gramacho, Vale de Milho and Penina.
These and other golf courses can off er to the players with the most
diff erent handicaps an excellent quality tested by the innumerable
tests and tournements already realized.
The land and sea offer the best they have, from the various selection
of fish to the meat (cooked according to the arabian traditions) as
well as the consecrated local wine and the delicious almond and fig
sweets.
The pottery, the construction of miniatures of local boats and typical
wagons are part of the artistic works of the area, small treasures
that the locals continue to produce, using tradicional techniques and
materials.
With 40 one bedroom apartments (up to 4 pax), 18 two bedrooms apartments up to 6 pax) and 15 three bedrooms apartments, equipped with:
