Really a convenient location

The hotel is in the middle of everything: shops, restaurants, museums, the central rail road station, etc. so it is perfect for business.
On the other hand, the internet connection was not as fast as expected and the lack of a wireless connection limited my workspace to the chair and small desk in the room, it is also amazing that no scanner is available in the hotel.
The staff was really helpfull and kind.

Staff was nice and held our luggage until check-in time so we could peruse the city. Great rooms featuring state of the art bathrooms and VERY comfortable beds. My sister even opted to stay in and sleep!

Spacious, bright and conveniently located in the main square of the Old Town but a little tired-looking. Cleaning could easily be improved - the floors were sticky with a cleaning solution, the walls were in places stained as was the grouting in the shower tiles. However, the general atmosphere of the apartment was pleasant. The marble kitchen and bathroom benches, the tall windows that gave glimpses of the river were pleasing. It was also adequately quiet during our Monday-to-Thursday stay.

Everything was fantastic, the room was ready for us even though we checked in early and the staff was fantastic. The location can't be beat and the food was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sauna was awesome (especially after a cold day). Hotel kept our bags before our flight and had a taxi waiting for us to take us to airport. Overall deserving of best Hotel in Warsaw status.

Friendly and helpful staff, great value for the hotel

Recently, I visited Warsaw for business and stayed at Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw. I was impressed with the rooms, amenities in the room and the price. Very good value. Sheraton also has a pretty decent oriental restaurant which serves Chinese, Thai and Indonesian cuisines. I will definitely stay again at Sheraton when I go to Warsaw again.

Once I returned to the hotel the second time, the staff recognized me and it felt almost like home away from home.
I like returning to the hotel from a busy activity related with my work and like the fact that there are some meny venues in the immediate vicinity to the hotel. 20 minuts walk to the old city district permitedme to visit that beautiful part of Warsaw almost every evening.

I stayed here twice for business, both times very happily. The location can't be beat -- smack in the middle of Warsaw, but tucked into a quiet courtyard. Staff are extremely helpful and speak perfect English. The rooms are large studio apartments, with kitchens, very comfortable beds and nice views of the courtyard. If you can, ask for a room on one of the upper floors -- windows on the first floor don't open. Otherwise, one of my favorite places to stay in a long time.

Varsovan jouluvalot paloivat loppiaiseen saakka ja tallentuivat sekä omalle että kameran muistikortille. Hotelli Bristolin sijainti erinomainen+. Vanha kaupunki melkein nurkan takana, Novy Swiat kävelymatkan päässä, samoin Stalinin hammas eli Sala Kongresova eli Kulttuuripalatsi. Isoihin kauppakeskuksiin, joista Arkadia hieman kauempana, voi ajaltaa vaikkapa taksilla. Stalinin hampaan vieressä lähin shoppailukeskus, riittävästi näkemistä ja kokemista siinäkin. Tammikuun alussa lisäiloa alennusmyynneistä.
Hotellissa miinuksena kallis aamiainen (100 tai 120 zlotya), euroissa väh. 25. Kysy respasta tarjous, voit saada erikoishinnan nettilinjoineen (ainakin tammikuussa). Vesipullo minibaarista 27 zlotya eli lähes 7 euroa. Puolalainen puolikas vodka kaupasta 24 zlotya eli noin 6 euroa.
Eli upeista puitteista joutuu vähän paikan päällä maksamaan.

Hotelli on ihan ok, vaikkakin aamupala ei kuulu hintaan. Hotellin oma aamupala todella kallis yli 80 Puolan Zlotya/henkilö. Hotellissa on ihan ok kuntosali ja saunaosasto. Sauna avoinna klo: 16-22 ja kuntosali 6-22 välisenä aikana ja ne kuuluvat hintaan. Meillä oli tupakoimaton huone parisängyllä ja huoneessa oli vielä erikseen sohvaryhmä. Hotelli oli minun mielestä ihan rauhallinen. Lähin taksi asema sijaitsee n. 200m päässä keskusrautatieasemalla. Hotellilta vanhaan kaupunkiin aukiolle taksi maksaa n. 5 eur. No hotellin vieressä siis todella vieressä on Zlote Terazy kauppakeskus ( kaikki merkkiliikkeet, hyvä ruokakauppa kerroksessa -1, Hard Rock Cafe... ) mistä saa aamupalan muutamalla eurolla. Kauppakeskusksesta löydät kaikki tarvitsemasi ostokset tarvittaessa ja samoin voit syödä siellä jos haluat edullisesti. Pika ruoka paikkoja on kolmas kerros täysi ja samoin ravintoloita löytyy lähes joka kerroksesta.

This hotel is pretty good for a short night stay, when staying overnight in Warsaw as a part of a longer train trip. Close to train station, good quality, not very expensive.

The central location made it handy to catch taxis and get to meetings, easily walk to museums and the train station for a day trip to Lodz. Most importantly, fast Internet hook-up allowed me to work easily and comfortably in the room. Simple cafes nearby were convenient for a quick lunch. Hotel driver who took me to airport was courteous and helpful. I definitely will stay there again.
However, I needed to leave 2 days early and was unable to receive a refund. This was most annoying.

Description
Wilson Hostel Warsaw is the first eco-hostel in Poland. Water and rooms are heated with solar panels and have installed water-saving systems. Of course, all waste is separated. In addition, the air in the building is continuously cleaned by a green wall of plants. There are 2 electric outlets and 1 heater (hidden in a bay) in 6-people dormitory. Shelves and toilet couldn't be locked. In the toilet, tap and shower work only for a few seconds after pushing it which is very inconvenient. Automatic lights aren't sensitive enough so they light up too late. Breakfast in a "special promotion" was intended to be included bo the price but it wasn't - they wanted us to pay for 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of cheese and jam (it was served everyday...). The repcetion wasn't open entire day, even in working hours it was hard to catch someone there... Rooms, named after planets, were totally deprived of vibe. Wall of green and fireplace are another things which leave much to be desired.

there was no reservation for 9/12-9/14 instead on theirs reservation it was 10/12-14.and according to them (the hotel) they did not received the $53.04 or
$57.76 as it was charched to my visa,I had no choice (at midnight) but to stay in the dorm (8 persons room)"dog cages" 40.00 Zloty per night
stay 2 nights.at cheking out I was told that my bill is
paid for in 29.62 EUR when I got home and look at the bill ,,it is on some one else credit card in EUR
with My nane on it,actualy with the tax it was 31.98 EUR,I do not want to be charged for "stolen indentity"since it is not My visa or the $57.76 I don,t
who is or will be rensposible for.

Not Bad for a Short Stay

I styayed at this hotel just for a short layover while in Warsaw. It was less than 10 min from the airport and they do have their own shuttle to and from the airport that leaves every half hour on the hour. You just have to let them know when you want to go. (The taxis will try to rip you off - one wanted over $40 for this short trip). The hotel iteself is nice and clean and modern but the location is in somewhat of an industrial area and housing project area. It is a very clean and safe but there are no restraunts close by. There is a convienience store that is a short walk away (5 min) that has a deli and any necessity you should need. The store only accepts cash in local Polish currency, however. The hotel staff can tell you how to get there - it is just down the street. The hotel does not have any voltage converters but said I coudl buy one in the gift shop for $25.00 US. This is unexcusable for an "International" Airport hotel. I travel all over the world for a living and I have not been to a foreigin hotel that has not had a voltage converter to borrow (I forgot mine). The hotel does have free WiFi and they will give you an ethernet cable to borrow to use for the internet in the room. I did not eat in the hotel restraunt, so I can't comment on the food but the menu did look nice (it is, however, Polish fare). Overall, for a short stay it is safe, clean, modern, quiet, and close to the airport.

Très chouette hôtel de classe. Rien n'y manque. Accueil chaleureux, personnel compétent. Literie formidable, insonorisation impeccable, sdb super équipée... Vaut le détour si on veut bien se payer un peu de luxe ...attendez une promo comme je l'ai fait ;-)

This hotel is definitely worth a visit.

I enjoyed my stay. I wish we had another day. Staff was most helpful and I think the hotel deserves another star, but it would be nice to keep this place affordable for those of us who need to stay multiple days in Warsaw.

The room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly, Located in the centre across from the palace of Culture and Science and 3 mins from Warsaw Central Train Station. Buffet breakfast was great for the small price.
Downside there was no air conditioning in the room and it gets very very hot in summer plus it can be quite noisy i.e traffic
