Room was very comfortable, staff was very professional and helpful. Price was unbeatable. Located 15 minutes by foot from the Peace Palace. No restaurants in the area of the hotel.

Was there for 1 week for business. The hotel was a very good deal at around $100 pn - can't beat that for a well located, clean and fully equipped business hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu is limited, but that was fine because within 10 min. walking distance was a nice neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants, cafes and shopping.

The Novotel Den Haag World Forum is located at the World Forum site. The hotel has been fully renovated and boasts the most recent generation of rooms that Novotel has to offer. The hotel is also easy to reach, just a short walk from the "de Fred" shopping area, while the beach at Scheveningen and the center of The Hague are easily reached by tram. The modern hotel rooms are equipped with WIFI and ADSL and the hotel boasts a bar, restaurant, indoor car park and a wellness/fitness center.

I stayed here because I was attending a conference at the World Forum so for that it was very convenient. Included breakfast was very good with a range of hot and cold buffet dishes. Internet was an expensive extra as was use of the sauna and gym. Close to museum and to tram lines for city. Room cleaning not great.

Good hotel, good location near the World Forum Congres Centre, but bar was closed. A 5 star hotel should provide an alternative for this.

O serviço dos quartos é fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas. O fazer das camas resume-se a puxar os lençois para cima. Nem os pijamas são dobrados. Parece faltar ao pessoal dos quartos, formação e fiscalização adequadas .
O pessoal da recepção, pelo contrário, é muito eficiente e simpático.
A localização é excelente, sobretudo para quem queira passar uns dias na praia. O pequeno almoço é caro (22 €) e o seu valor não é indicado no acto da reserva, como acontece com outros hotéis.
