Good Quality but watch your pocketbook

The hotel is conveniently located across from the train station and within blocks of the city center. No workout facilities were available and local phone service is very expensive (0.75 Euro/min). Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Dining within walking distance.

The Eden Oranje Hotel in Leeuwarden Holland is conveniently located just opposite the train and bus station. Being in such close proximity I thought that the hotel might be noisy, however, our room was quiet and well appointed. The hotel is just a short walk to the downtown area. Unfortunately almost everything nearby was closed when we left the following morning making it impossible to eat breakfast anywhere other than the hotel. Although the food was good and there was a good selection I felt 15 Euro was a bit expensive for breakfast. I would definately suggest the Eden Oranje to any travler just on convenience alone.

Free wireless internet throughout the hotel. Free parking on B2 area. Fitness room. Wellness centre: Sauna, Turkish steam room and sun bed. The hotel opened in August 2009. This is a modern glass, steel and concrete extructure. 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is has a direct connection with the WTC Expo & it is close to the Holland Casino.
