We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the airport and provided transportation to the airport. That made it very easy for us as we were flying out the next day. Rooms were very comfortable and we were unable to hear any of the the street traffic or the air traffic thanks to double paned windows.

Description
Set within a serene park and near a beautiful lake, you would never imagine this very comfortable hotel is just 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport and just 35 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam. The hotel is close to the major business areas and tourist attractions like Amsterdam, the old cities of Haarlem and Leiden, Keukenhof and Zandvoort Beach. It is adjacent to one of the largest event and entertainment centers in the Netherlands. There is a very good connection to get you to Amsterdam via our comfortable shuttlebus to the Schiphol railway station and the train to downtown Amsterdam. Our hotel provides spacious rooms with the famous Marriott beds, shower and separate bath. In the public areas we offer free WIFI. You can dine in our onsite restaurant and have a relaxing drink in the cozy hotel bar. Or walk to our next door event center with 3 restaurants, bars and bowling. The hotel and event center also offer elaborate conference and meeting facilities.

An airport hotel with less noise

The hotelwas very nice and was located within a large entertainment-resort complex. The only problem we had was with service. We requested information about the transport to the airport,but were not told that a reservation was required and was not given the time table. When we inquired the next day we were informed that we would have to take a city bus as the shuttle was full.We were also asked to pay extra for our breakfast that was advertised to be included.

- Only breakfast option is 20 Euro buffet. Really, I can't just have a pastry and coffee???
- Upon check-in (checking out next day), they didn't bother telling me airport shuttle had to be pre-booked. Then wanted us to wait 2 hours since we didn't pre-book. But they offered better solution when I complained.
