Very good value for money. Shuttle service efficient and easy to locate. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable but no extras like tea making equipment - always a priority for Brits !! TV and internet connection are an extra as is breakfast but worth the money as an excellent buffet compensates for aircraft food later in the day !!!!! Will definately use this hotel again

Hotel très adapté pour un court séjour à Amsterdam, l'acces au centre est très simple grace à des navettes gratuites jusqu'à l'aeroport, puis les trains toutes les 15 mn environ jusqu'au centre.
Seul bémol, l'accès aux chambres: pour une raison étrange il faut monter dans les étages pour redescendre au RDC afin d'atteindre les chambres 500, mieux vaut ne pas avoir oublié son téléphone dans sa chambre...

Just minutes from the airport. Regular complimentary shuttle service from and to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet. Great breakfast buffet style.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a newly renovated room, which was superb. The location of the hotel was great because it was close to the airport, but also close to the train station which allowed easy access to downtown Amsterdamn. Great value.

airport shuttle bus is 16euros each so its cheaper to get a taxi,hotel staff were great very helpful with directions,buying bus/tram passes. Expensive to eat and drink in though!! You have a 15min walk to the tram stop but trams are every 10mins then you are about 40-mins from dam square!! be prepared for a long journey back to hotel unless you pay 22 euro for a taxi, but be warned agree a price before you get in!! but most of all enjoy the wonderful place!!

The hotel is great, but in a horrible location. Its almost a 20 minute cab ride from both the airport and train station (central Amsterdam). That will cost up to 20-30 Euros per trip. Or you can take public transportation, but even those stops can be a few blocks away.
The room itself is very nice, spacious, and in what appears to be the business campus for many American companies, IBM and PWC to name a few. Also weird that their bathroom doors don't lock.
Overall, the hotel itself is great, but if you're hoping to enjoy the attractions of Central Amsterdam, I'd look to go elsewhere.

This hotel is situated near the city centre. The Leidseplein and Dam Square and all the major tourist attractions are directly reachable in 15 minutes by tram. The Plein 40-45 Shopping Center is located in a moment's walk from the hotel.

Hotel średniej klasy. Do ścisłego centrum ok.1,5h na pieszo. W ostateczności można zatrzymać się w tym hotelu, jeżeli ktoś chce tylko przenocować, a nie zaczerpnąć klimatu Amsterdamu.

hotel was good value for money i had a family room which was a good size and perfectly adequate for our needs but could do with a bit of updating, on my stay i decided to use the gym which seemed to be well equipped unfortunatly a lot of the equiptment didn't work. whats the point in having thousands of pounds worth of gym equiptment but not replacing £3 worth of batteries so they can be used. overall good hotel

This is very good hotel, clean room, good breakfast. But ... be carefully which room you get. We stay on ground floor and next window was about one meter. And I think that price of parking 15€ is so lot. We had a perfect trip.

They need to get their billing system right.
I had prepaid and they told me I had to pay for the room.
They had to look it up again before finding out that their system had not been updated correctly.
