My husband and I went to Zacatecas for our 25th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Quinta Real, a very old bullfighting ring. It was so perfect!! Very romantic! The hotel is beautiful. We had our anniversary dinner at the hotel restaurant. They gave us the perfect table overlooking the bullring. The sun was going down and the lights came on. It was just perfect. The streets of Zacatecas are charming. Cobblestone and up and down and twisting. We very much enjoyed just wondering the streets. We rode the cable car, went to the museums, experienced the mine tour, and simply enjoyed the atmosphere. Our 25th anniversary could not have been any better. I think it was more romantic than our honeymoon!

The Santa Rita is our favorite place to stay in Zacatecas. The staff is very helpfull. It is right in the midst of the city. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. I would stongly recommend this place to business or adult travelers.

The hotel and room were very nice in they way it was built, however there were many problems such as no water for 4 hours, train tracks less then 100 feet form the room, and no internet for over 24 hours. It is located far from down town as well, they calm 5 mins, however its more like 20 mins. I would not go back if someone paid me too.

This Hotel is great for a family, or a couple looking for a quiet, clean and close to downtown Zacatecas location. The only problem was that this kind of hidden hotel you will need a local to guide you when you first arrive, other than that I enjoy the stay.

Overall, I enjoyed this hotel a great deal. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown historic district. Many of the major sites are only a 5 minute walk away. There are relatively few amenities--a silver shop, and 2 or 3 restaurants. What is there is good, but there isn't a lot.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the Municipal Palace and Cathedral, All the museums except for one is at walking distance, maximum 30 minutes while you can enjoy the streets of the historic city. I really think this is the cleannest city in all Mexico.
People are gentle and nice.
The hotel is very well situated at the top of a hill from where the cablecar crosses the town with fabulous views of town.
The service at the hotel is excellent, rooms are well sized and comfortable they are scattered in a huge terrain, in other owrds is not a single building with views of the city.
