Nice Place - Will Stay Again

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and easily switched to english when they noticed I was getting stuck with my spanish. The room was clean and spacious. The water was hot and plentiful and the internet was solid, but averaged about 1/2 a meg per second. Not bad, but no good for streaming of any type of content (although this appears to be average for hotels in SLP).
The parking is pretty slim, but access to and from the hotel is convenient.
I will definitely stay here again.

This is a good place to stay. THey have shuttle bus to the airport. But you need to call in ahead of time to have the pick up. I was lucky that they were there for someone else. The breakfast is ok but the variety is limited. The wireless internet is fast. But the signal sometimes will get lost. Overeall it is nice for business trip. I have been to several other hotels in SLP. I would prefer to stay in this one for my trip.

We found the hotel spotless, the dining room food excellent in choices and presentation and the prices reasonable. What we enjoyed the most was the helpfulness of the entire staff, especially the front desk staff with Reservation Manager and the bellhop, as well as the maid for our floor and the well-trained, polite and attentive dining room crew. We will stay there again; we live part time in Mexico in San Miguel de Allende.

The hotel is very basic. I like the marble in the shower and on the halls. People was nice. The only thing was that the shower wasn't working and we had to wait for the maintenance guy until he arrived... one hour! I recomend expend some dollars more and go to another place.
