Great Relaxing Vacation

My wife and I went to this all-inclusive resort and had a great time. We had our hesitations with never having traveled to Mexico but the staff at the El Dorado resort made us feel safe and welcome! We are already planning our next trip back there!

El Dorado Royale is an excellent resort! My husband and I went over the July 4th holiday for a last minute getaway and we loved every minute of it. Without a doubt, what stands out about the resort is the staff and the food. From the minute you set foot at the resort, the staff is right there, helpful, friendly and ready willing and ably providing the best service. As someone in the hospitality industry I am very aware of service and the staff at El Dorado is top notch. The food is excellent and although the portions can sometimes be small, you can order as much as you want and the waiters will gladly oblige you. I do recommend giving additional cash tips, you will definitely notice the difference in service... a dollar here and there is worth it. My only complaint is the lack of authentic Mexican fare for lunch and dinner, since while we were there the Mexican restaurant Rincon Mexicano was closed for renovations. The beach is not the best, but there is a nice stretch where you can swim. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. All in all, a fabulous place!

The staff were very pleasant and polite. The servers at all the restaurants were very welcoming and accommodating. I wish there was more variety in the food offered at the restaurants. The quality of the food was good but there was a lack of selection if you stay more than 3 days. They may want to consider some specials every day to change up the menu a little. The rooms were luxurious and look exactly like the pictures on the website. The hote, public areas, pools, lobby were clean and well maintained.

great vacation , nice site , very good location near everything , if you choose the ocean front it just incredible!!!!!!!!!!!
the prefered club it `s really not necessary , the bad point it s the way that the staff of the hotel try to make money with you; spa or bottle of vine, for the rest only good point so i will recommend you without hesitation !!!!!!!

Just spent 8 days at NOW Sapphire from Dec 23 to Dec 31st. We were 2 families with kids from 4 to 20 yrs old. Beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and above average food. Beach is very nice except for some seaweed but wasn't a big deal. Entertainment was fair with some decent and some bad shows. Music nightly in lobby area was usually fairly good. For teens nightclub was hit or miss with some good nights and some slow nights. All in all had a great stay and would return.

Casa De Los Angeles is a small ecological hotel , located on the first stop in the beautiful Riviera Maya, on an unspoiled beach overlooking the Caribbean Sea from the town of Puerto Morelos, a typical fishing village full of flavor and charm, 40 min. from Cancun Airport. At Casa De Los Angeles you'll enjoy the 40 mts of fine white sand beach, 12 double rooms, 4 ocean front balcony having preferred and 8 more standard with sea views. Also as facility it has a dining area, kitchen, terrace, living room, and parking. We are an environmentally friendly hotel and such do not have electric power all day, but only from 6 to 10 pm we encourage our guests to bring a flashlights. Certainly an atmosphere of relaxation and harmony. The hotel offers kitchenette: Stove, Refrigerator Medium, Covered, Blender, Coffee, Tally, Coolers.The hotel also offers reading room, reception, smoke free hotel, kitchenette and living room top terrace.
