Description
La Casa De La Marquesa, a classic mansion featuring hand painted murals, is a colonial jewel with great architectural value.
The hotel is comprised of two houses, La Casa de la Marquesa that dates back to the 18th century and La Casa Azul, built in the 1900s. Both of these colonial treasures are separated by a small street in the heart of downtown, originally founded in 1531 and today lists as one of UNESCO's world Heritage sites.

Beautiful hotel, Mexican Colonial architecture at its best. Nice personnel. Complains: The menu at the restaurant promissed stuff that they did not have (some specific fruits, moles, etc.), the problem was that they did not inform you before ordering, they just gave you something different. The maid did not replace bathroom amenities.

First let me say that the Casa de la Marquesa is a nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious with oversized bathtubs and are very quiet. the location is excellent. I guess my only complaint is that I had very high expectations. Most focus on the public space in the main building. While the architecture is truly beautiful, the furnishings look dated and worn. My room was in the bulding across the street from the main building. The room furniture is sparse and the mattresses, while passable, are nothing special. The toiletries are standard issue. While in this building do not expect to find staff in the lobby during the evening and early morning hours. A security gaurd was nice enough to pur me a cup of his coffee though. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The night of my stay i went to the bar of the hotel to have a drink at 9:30 PM to find that it was closed, as was the restaurant. Overall, I would say this is a clean, nice and convenient place to stay. Just dont have expectations of luxury.

The hotel is very lovely and charming and big. Pool is pretty and there are several nice restaurants on the premises, as well as mini-golf and horseback riding. It is a 20 minute drive from the Center of Queretaro, more or less. Good for a getaway, but a bit far from the main tourist sites. Definitely need a car to get around coming from this hotel. The walls are a bit thin and sound travels between rooms. Service was fine.

Description
The Hotel Casa Inn Queretaro has the best location in town. It gives the best view of downtown and at the same time gives the best proximity to the main highways of the city. All the rooms are comfortable. Very important, Hotel has an excellent service and a great staff, well trained ready to provide all of the guest with the quality of service they deserve. The hotel also offers Children's facilities, Dry cleaning, Lobby, Reception and this is a Smoke-free hotel.

Travel arrangements mandated a very late-arrival. However, the staff was most attentive and I received a very warm welcome. The Hotel itself and the room equaled or exceeded any travel experience I have ever encountered. The food was excellent as was 'house-keeping'. I will certainly make this my first choice in future visits.
I do, however, believe that the charges for airport transportation are excessive.....$35....?

THE STAFF WAS WONDERFULL. IT IS ALLWAYS GOOD TO "BREAK-IN" NEW ROOMS. MODERN FACILITIES WITH FULL SERVICE.
NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.
MY COMPANY ALLWAYS SENDS ME TO AN AMERICAN HOTEL. THIS IS MUCH MORE EUROPEAN DESIGN.

The hotel is nice and clean, however not what you would expect for 4 stars. We booked 2 rooms with a king size bed, different reservation though, by the time we got to our rooms, one was two double beds and one king size, we asked to correct this, to which we were told the was a mistake, a guest who had been staying there for a while decided to stay a night longer and they changed our reservation, so we had to stay in a double bed room, no one informed us at the check-in and when we asked to fix the situation they seemed upset, when we asked to talk to the person in charge, told us the person in charge was gone and they can't help us but we can fill in a complain form which they would submit later. Really not the kind of service you would expect at a 4 stars hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for almost a week. The room is very clean, The breakfast Buffet is included in the fee. Hotel is not too far from the downtown. I did not drive. Take a taxi is convinient. The internet is fast but it is not free. I like the small fitness room as well. Overall, I like the experience in this hotel.

everythin was very nice, I did not like that the internet was nit included, most of the queretaro hotels business class they have internet and parking included. the rest was ok, a little bit noisy because the second part of the hotel is under contruction but if you are going to be awaking early is the best place to be.

This hotel is in a beautiful rural area with a winding river flowing along side, which you can see if you take a walk along the road at the edge of the property. The hotel staff is very gracious. There were only a few small things they could do better: softer beds, an order form for room service breakfast every night, all bath towels and cloths returned to the room when cleaned with nothing missing, giving their night concierge more computer training, having someone on duty at all times that speaks fairly fluent English - especially to answer the phones, to upgrade their buffet food with less items served in gravies, and to have some kind of carpet available for their large meeting room to reduce the sound reverberation. It would also be very helpful if they printed a map of the property. It was a delight for me to be there and I hope they will step up to the challenge of raising the level of quality of their hotel from 3 stars to 4.

Hotel grounds are great; rooms are big and reasonably modern but the a/c is a wall unit that's very noisy and constantly dripping a river of water; shower medium-bad. Beds very good, everything perfectly clean.
Very little English spoken by staff, even on hotel-related topics (e.g. request for a receipt); annoying habit of inflating prices for taxis ($120 via concierge vs. $60 when walking out of hotel and flagging down same cab).

The only thing was that we had asked for two double rooms with two double beds and when we arrived they told us they had the rooms with one bed, but when we shoed them your confirmation they immediately assigned the rooms we had solicited.

Description
Here you will find 14 comfortable suites of 3 levels with view to a court much to the queretaro style. Located in the heart of Querétaro city, which is a building that goes from the XIXth century and restored in the XXth century, will be able to listen the water drops in the central fountain, you could admire his balconies and Gargoyles that will take you to a colonial ambience.

Pricewise the hotel was ok. However, there are two flights of stairs to get to the main room, bed room. First two levels didn't suit any real reason with the exception of a day bed on the second level. If you want a old style hotel, it's not a bad deal, don't expect the air conditioning to work because it does not. They do have a stationary fan..Second time I had stayed there.. If I realized it was the same hotel, I would not have stayed this last time... Again, ok for the price.

es un hotel que no cuenta con banos para personas mayores, me refiero a banos sin tina, unicamente regaderas, no cuenta con un botiquin con lo minimo indispensable como son curitas, gasas. nos alojamos en el cuarto disque para discapacitados, el cual unicamente tiene 2 barandales en el bano y tiene tina, lo cual es ilogico para un discapacitado.
