VERY OLD TV , Bad bed and sheets. Nice bathroom .
Very bad location hard to arrive with highway right in front and workers in the street.
Valet and receptionist VERY long to help and react when I was in a rush to catch a flight.
Disappointing and poor quality of services, amenities.
no free Internet wireless when the amenities are very poor. Got sick with food when its arlready very expensive . No free coffee in the room.
Nice gym .

The Crowne Plaza WTC is very well located if you have business in the area. It is very well appointed and has all the things you'd desire in a good business hotel. Nevertheless, it is expensive. Being the best hotel in the area they charge almost as much as luxury hotels in the Polanco area which are a notch above.

The hotel is located inside the hospital, the acces is always compicated because you need to take so many elevators to go at your room. if you want to go at the mall or just go out , you need to take a taxi all the time because the bus stop is far away. is nice place if you have some one in the hospital, but no for a family vacations.

Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Although there was a travel alert for americans, we fell very safe. Beds were made daily, however, towels were not changed daily. We don't like to bother so we used the same towels for three days.

11 day stay here is the good and bad

This Hotel is great for anyone who is just in and out for business.
The employees are very nice and very helpfull.They need a better check in and out system not enough employees.
The rooms are great except I wasnt excited about the vanity sink not being in the bathroom. I shared the room with a business assoicate and it isnt personal and in fact I know my girlfriend wouldn't be happy with that set up. But the rooms were very clean,Big and comfortable.
The gym was the worst. The treadmills were fair to poor with no how to use instructions.Almost everyone who tried to use them had a problem. The worst part of the gym was the weight machine It will get you hurt. It was the worst machine I ever saw becasue you couldnt use it. I satyed for 11 days and was so annoyed about not being able to work out. They had no weights at all.They told me I could use the Crowne Plaza which had some weights and the same machine which also didnt work.
The food was fine and there is plenty of things in the area and I felt very safe. Bellini's restaurant in the WTC is a must to experience as it moves around so you can see the city from the 45 floor.
Overall I think I would make this a top pick

Quaint, clean, great location

Ideally located to go anywhere in Mexico City, close to public transportation. The inside rooms are very quiet, no noise from the street.
It would be ideal if it had a coffee maker in the room as well as a writting pad/pen and more lighting.
It has a small lobby but spacious rooms. The staff is nice although could organize a system to give out phone messages, but they were really very nice!
About the toast for the continental breakfast. I talked to the manager about that and he said he was going to check on it. It would make a world of difference to get some sweet rolls instead of just toast or at least half and half. The waiters were very nice and brought me some sweet bread when I asked. I really recommend this hotel, it felt like home away from home.

The location of the hotel behind the World Trade Center is not so good as it is in front of the entrance for vans and trucks that are bringing merchandise and materials for the several exhibitions at the WTC; this makes the area a little bit noisy.

We liked the hotel a lot. It is very clean. The decoration is minimalist with good taste.
The Employees are very nice and kind, always willing to help. The only suggestion I have is that they need English speaking personnel.
The location is great, close to malls, theaters, restaurantes, museums, and transportation.
We definitely will make this our favorite hotel in Mexico City.

This is the second time I stay at City Express. It is a very modern hotel, with a great service. It is clean and very well located. I will reccomend this hotel to my friends and family. I would suggest to have a radio to play music in the rooms. Overall I had a great experience.
