great service and glad to find an nice affordable place with pet culture. Not far from the beach, but sadly Cancun beaches do not accept pets.

We had an early flight and needed a room for one night. The staff was great, They were very accepting of our dog and two cats, and six large suitcases. The room was wonderful, beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is also close to Las Americas Mall, which my son enjoyed.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They were able to answer all of our questions truthfully, and guided us to some fantastic restaurants. They were also very helpful in acquiring a taxi for our return trip to the airport. The water from the tap is not safe to drink but they provide you with bottled water at no charge. They also have free internet available 24/7. It was an incredibly nice hotel that was definitely more affordable than an all-inclusive hotel!

I arrived late at night to find that they did not have my booking and the hotel was completely booked out. The woman at reception kept looking after everyone else instead of helping me because it was obviously too difficult for her and much easier to hand out keys to other people, so that I felt like I was invisible. It was probably the worst staff service I have ever experienced and the hotel was awful to boot. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

spacious n comfy room. Wifi, gym n a small pool. Not along the hotel or beach zone but walking distance to Plaza las Americas mall. Easy to get to the beach zone by taking bus #27 at about 8 peso. Basic breakfast of coffee, juice n toast but enough. Additional items are payable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice hotel in down town. Not on the beach but in an authentic part of town. Able to taxi any where and a block away from the bus route. Loved the food in the restaurant! Great service. Nice pool area! Would recommend for off the beach hotel.

We are satisfated with the hotel based on the price we paid to it. However, we think it will be better If it has no hot water issue.

The location in the center of the downtown area was very nice. Restaurants and activities in every direction from the front door. The service was friendly and we didn't have any trouble getting what we needed. The internet worked well. We didn't have towels at first, though they showed up after a few hours. The price was much better than the hotel zone, under $50(US) for us during a busy time. Main complaint is that we didn't have hot water, just cool and cold. That certainly took away from the experience. Also the breakfast seemed quite thrown together, but at least there was something.

Excellent hôtel à tous points de vue. Cependant il a fallu beaucoup de patience au conducteur de taxi ainsi qu'à nous même car cet hôtel n'est pas connu sous le nom de MARGARITAS mais sous le nom d'hôtel RADISSON. Après avoir tenté plusieurs appels infructueux auprès de ses collegues taxis, nous avons fini par appeler l'hôtel qui nous a donné la réponse: Hôtel RADISSON....

The Location is very good it you want to try the local cuisine. The staff was OK. They're helpful and might provide you with useful information if you are nice to them. The room was very clean and nice. A dark side is that the room didn't have a cooler. It is a little far form the clubs and beach area (20 min by bus or 10 by taxi). However the closest bus station from the hotel is almost 500 ft away. In General this hotel is an excellent combination of price and location. I'd totally recommend it.

The Ramada is the absolute cleanest budget hotel I have ever stayed at outside the U.S. It is located on a street that has nightlife almost until sunrise, but even with all the loud music in the neighborhood the hotel was absolutely quiet (my room was overlooking the pool away from the street). This is something the other hotels on Av. Yaxchilan cannot claim – check reviews for noise at Hotel Xbalamque and Caribe International. This hotel is a major renovation of the old Hotel Margaritas so it gives the appearance of a new building with an older layout. The lobby has a very small check-in desk. The hotel restaurant shares the lobby space. The elevator is new. Lobby walls and floors are white and cleanliness is apparent. The rooms have new beds and 26” flat-screen TVs. There were a few English TV channels but no news channel in English. The toilet was new and worked fine. Unfortunately, the renovation was only skin deep. The bathrooms have serious plumbing problems. In both rooms I stayed in the sinks did not drain properly and there was very low water pressure in the showers. More serious was the smell of rotten eggs in the water from the shower and sink. This offensive sulfur smell lasted the entire two weeks I stayed in the hotel. They did have hot water all day – something you don’t always find downtown. I switched rooms after a few days because I could not get a Wi-Fi signal in the first room. They know which rooms have strong signals so if this is important to you, ask for a room with strong Wi-Fi. In both rooms the wiring under the desk had two different wires joined with electrical tape and no wire nuts – you should be careful if you choose to sit at the desk! The courtyard with the pool is small and the building is five stories tall which means there are only 2 or 3 hours where the pool has sun. It looks like there are plans to expand the building on one wing with steel rebar coming out of the ground – you might want to make sure the building is not under construction during your visit. The maid service was very unreliable, even though there was an envelope provided for daily tips. Something was not replenished each day – be it non-decaf coffee, coffee stirrers, wash cloth, etc. One day the regular coffee that I didn’t use the prior day was replaced with two packs of decaf. Go figure. There are many local restaurants and clubs on the street and many more a short walk through the park near Av. Tulum. Waiters all speak English and the food is reasonably priced. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast. In short, the hotel is budget-priced and in a good location (if you prefer local restaurants and a small city environment to a beach setting). If you can get beyond the plumbing issues, you will enjoy this hotel and its neighborhood.

It was great! Me and my family had an awesome time there! If I'm visiting Cancun again, I'd definitely go there again!

Fiesta Inn is an ok place to spend the night and is conveniently located in Plaza de Las Americas. La Quintadown the street a couple blocks is less expensive, has more comfortable beds and includes breakfast although in most respects, the two are very similar.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal mit Englischkenntnissen. Schön gestalteter Poolbereich. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Mayastil. Zentrale Lage in Downtown Cancun. Lokales Ambiente, mexikanische Küche und Kultur direkt um das Hotel herum. Wifi vorhanden, allerdings etwas langsam. Günstige Tagesangebote und Touren. Jederzeit zu empfehlen! Bei Buchung darauf achten, dass man Zimmer in den Hof (nicht zur Straße) bekommt.

An economical way of spending couple nights in Cancun for poor students. The prices are cheap, and the staff are very friendly.

very quiet accomodating staff. Wifi not great but they supply the DSL . Location in a more Mexican neighborhood which is a welcome change from the resort type areas. Makes one feel like you are in Mexico! Taxis are cheap enough to take you to most areas.

The staff was very attentive at all times, the rooms were clean and the hotel is close to every store , restaurant and mall. The only thing is they don't have a coffe maker or refrigerator.

I needed a hotel to sleep while I waited for my plane the next mourning. Too bad my stay was too short because the hotel invited me to spend more time. The hotel and the service was more than what I expected

Good value for the money. It looked like a hidey-hole from the outside, but the inside is quite nice. The staff are friendly. I gather they also have a pool out back, but we just stayed to catch the early plane home, and the early bus on the way to our destination. We stayed twice, and will stay there again. They serve a Mexican breakfast downstairs every morning- reasonable price.

Situation parfaite si on n'a pas de voiture. L'hotel se trouve à 100m de la gare routiere mais aussi sur un grand carrefour très bruyant. Chambre propre mais douche sans pression donc difficile de se laver correctement Petit déjeuner correct Réception moyenne, bien que prépayée il a fallu batailler pour le prouver et ne pas payer 2 fois.
