Après avoir été mal reçu par le personnel, l'animation s'est avérée très bonne, ce qui créé une très bonne ambiance dans l'hôtel. La qualité de la nourriture est médiocre, le jus de fruit par exemple du matin est juste de l'eau versé sur des tranche d'orange, les salades du soir sont les restes de plat de la veille. Le personnel d'entretien est très gentil, par contre la direction de l'hôtel est détestable, ils ont voulu me faire payer la chambre à mon départ alors que j'avais déja tout réglé, tout cela sans s'être excusé par la suite. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cette hôtel qui est de plus mal entretenu (qualité de l'équipement qui se dégrade).

Un hôtel en restauration sur un spot de Kitesurf !

L'hotel est en train de se faire rénover et nous étions les premiers nouveaux clients (l'hôtel était quasi fermé à notre arrivée...). Donc très très calme ! Et tant mieux... Mais le service était très très léger... On attend mieux d'une formule tout inclus. Pareil pour les 4 étoiles. Cet hôtel devra faire énormément d'effort pour les conserver. Chambres faites rapidement (pas de petites intentions... comme des fleurs sur le lit... par ex.), plage magnifique si elle était mise en valeur et nettoyée, et personnel complètement à la ramasse, qui ne savent rien... Nous avions eu un prix tout à fait convenable pour la semaine en All Included donc c'est parfait. Surtout que la cuisine est assez bonne et variée (les desserts sont dégueu par contre...). Le spot de Kite de Le Morne est tout simplement sublime.
