L'endroit est superbe, il y aurait vrsiment de quoi faire un excellent hotel, par contre au niveau restauration c'est la catastrophe manque de choix, et leger probleme de rapidite 45 minutes d 'attente pour une pizza, le systeme de tout ce qui concerne la restauration ainsi que le bar est a revoir...... Fermeture du bar trop tot !!!!!!!!!!! Au cune annimation sauf le soir du 31 un feux d'aritifice mais sur le reste des jours rien............. Tant la journee que le soir.

Très déçue, pas digne d'un 5 étoiles

Nous avons séjourné 18 nuits dans cet hôtel. Sélectionné pour la renommée des Hilton nous avons été très déçu par les prestations qui ne sont pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Concernant la nourriture : Petit déjeuner buffet : pas terrible, rien d'original. De plus les oiseaux viennent manger sur le buffet sans que le personnel les chassent, ce n'est pas très propre. Egalement les croissants sont retirés à la main sans gants à la fermeture. Buffet soir : très cher (40€pers) et très moyen, beaucoup de salades mais pas de fruits de mer, un seul poisson cuisiné (on est à l'île maurice quand même!) et desserts pas bons. Restaurant Thailandais : très médiocre, sans saveurs, cher. Room Service : froid, beaucoup trop salé, très cher. Concernant les chambres, elles sont assez grandes et bien équipée, en revanche très mal insonorisées... priez pour ne pas avoir de voisins bruyants et oubliez les grasses matinées. La piscine est froide, enfin 24/25° mais c'est froid pour le pays! Nous allions nous baigner tous les jours dans la mer ou la piscine du Sand ressorts un peu plus loin (super Hotel!). De plus la vue sur mer est quasi inexistante de la piscine... Internet : Payant, cher et accès pour seulement 24h en achetant une carte. Si vous achetez une carte de 5h, elle ne sera valable que pendant 24H que vous l'utilisiez ou non! Dans les autres hotels (ex: Sand Ressort) le wifi est gratuit. Nous sommes en 2011... En résumé, l'hôtel est plutôt très décevant, à part le personnel très aimable (mais c'est le cas de tous les Mauriciens), la nourriture, le bruit, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur. Pour dire, nous avons passé notre séjour au Sand Ressort (15mn de marche sur la plage à gauche) qui offrait des prestations de bien meilleures qualité, un piscine extra et une trsè bonne nourriture pour beaucoup moins cher....

Location is perfect, the beach is very nice (nicer than the neighbouring Hilton which is way narrower) and there is a magnificent garden. Swimming pool beautiful. Service is fine but pretty hands off (depends what you like !). The rooms are beautiful and the beds just unbelievably comfortable. Absolutely perfect for a family vacation
