This was a fabulous hotel of the highest quality. The facilities are excellent and the hotel rates including breakfast, all day tea/coffee, mini bar +spirits, evening cocktail, laundry and turn down bed service. We booked a Superior Suite which was spacious, clean and air conditioned. The beds are comfortable and a day bed in the room was made up for our daughter and included in the price. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice without being overwhelming. The swimming pool and property was clean and well maintained. What makes this an exceptionally place to stay is the service. We were greeted by everyone with a friendly smile and a desire to please. Residence can access the Saujana Hotel facilities which we also regularly visited for its restaurants and large children’s pool. We stayed at the ‘Club’ for four nights for a relaxing getting away and that is exactly what we had. We got a great deal from website and from the booking to the check we had a great experience.

Suitable for those who look for budget business hotel in Shah Alam area. 04/09fw Modern type of building. Located just 45 minutes away from the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang and 30 minutes from the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. Within its vicinity exists other attractions which include the Shah Alam Racing Circuit, the indoor & outdoor Shah Alam Stadium which has a capacity of 80,000 , Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam Agricultural Park, Wet World and a splendid selection of recreational activities at the Shah Alam Lake.

1st class services 1st class food and support staff. I feel like a boss when they asked me to go other counter for private check in. i enjoy my dinner here and even invite few of my friends to taste their best menu

Everything and everyone at the Concorde was great - AFTER arrival. It is a VERY, VERY, VERY difficult hotel to locate with the directions/map provided by Hotel Club's link. Perhaps, if one knows the area, it is different. However, for those of us new to Shah Alam, it was extremely frustrating and I drove around in circles for almost 2 hours without being able to get clear directions from the hotel itself - evn though I was within a mile radius of it. That being said, once I finally arrived at the Concorde, my stay was without flaw. The room was great; the breakfast buffet (included) was plentiful and varied; the pool was large and not crowded; the lounge downstairs was a comfortable place to relax and have a conversation; the service throughout the hotel was exemplary. I would, most definitely, reccomend the Concorde to anyone!

**The Hotel shall be embarking on an upgrading programme that aims to enhance the overall experience of guests. The programme which essentially involve the guest rooms and it be will commence this 29 April 2012.
Room upgrading works to stretch a period of 3 months beginning of April to July 2012.The refurbishment will take place from 8am to 7pm from Monday to Sunday and the major visual disturbance will only be in April till July 2012 where we are renovating the hotel guest room which is our deluxe categories.However throughout the refurbishment period, there will only be some minor construction noise during the day.**

Magnificent Service and feels like home

Been here for quite a few times and I find this place as good as my review title. I love the garden view where u can see the golf course, the staff and their great hospitality. I would strongly suggest this place for a gateway vacation or for a short business trip. It's near to Subang Airport and u can use Firefly to reach there. All restaurants are superb, delicious food, great hospitality again, and great deserts. As per room, need me to say more? 5 stars from me.

All i can say is, this place is awesome, superb and the best. It is so very peaceful here and surrounded by green scenery, lake and a golf course. I always travel for business purposes. Usually I will stay in a high rise building hotel surrounded by the other high rise building hotel. So there is not so much outdoor activities I can do. But in The Saujana, I can go for jogging, playing golf and fishing and the food here also not bad. So many varieties because they have about 7 - 8 restaurants within the compound and of course there is a bar too. Will be my first choice if i travel here again.
