The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Ikebukuro, one of the exciting entertainment and commercial districts in Tokyo. It is just a 5 minute walk from the east exit of JR Ikebukuro Station, a hub for many of Tokyo's major railway and subway lines and ideally suited for business, shopping and sightseeing. The sunshine city (The sunshine 60 building) is also within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is in the Waseda University area facing the busy Shin-Mejiro streets, but it is quiet with a nice view of Okuma Garden and greenery of Mejiro. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus between the hotel and Takadanobaba JR station. It's good location to access all major area like Shinjuku and Ikebukuro.
