Un très bon hôtel avec un personnel serviable, une propreté exemplaire et pour un établissement japonais des chambres d'une taille raisonnablement pas trop petites. Idéalement situé à deux minutes à pied d'Osaka Station c'est la porte ouverte sur tout le réseau JR. Depuis la vous pouvez accéder à la station de Shin Osaka en 10 minutes puis le Shinkansen vous mènera ou vous le souhaitez. C'est donc à mon avis le port d'attache idéal pour se promener dans la région du Kansai.

Description
Excellent accessibility. With Osaka Midosuji Subway Line, it is only one station away from JR Shin-Osaka Station. From the JR Shin-Osaka Station, access to Kyoto and Kobe is about an hour, and Hiroshima is 2 hours. Hotel provide large common baths/outdoor baths, which are quite rare for a hotel in the Nishinakajima area. Also, there are many restaurants and bars near the hotel. Because the hotel is located near the center of Osaka, you can easily reach the popular tourist destinations including Univeral Studios Japan and Osaka Castle.

地點方便,離地鐵站近, 但有一側房間就緊鄰鐵道, 電車噪音相當大。Semi-double的床二人睡不會太擠,但房型很小。即使掛上不清潔的牌子,清潔人員也會將需更換的浴巾等物品放置門口,相當貼。大浴池和風呂的使用時間對女性來說太不方便了。

住的是Double bed房間, 空間比起來算蠻大的. 房間清潔度很乾淨, 住了三天非常舒服. 房門隔音效果比較差, 外面講話聽得蠻清楚的. 獨立的空調(分離式冷氣)而非中央空調. 房間內就有網路, 速度快. 離地鐵入口都有一段距離(走路約10分鐘), 因為連住, 只有要入住和離開時直接坐TAXI, 其他都用走路. 走路五分鐘有7-11和全家, 全家的商品比較多. 晚上附近蠻多居酒屋, 樓下就有燒肉店, 過晚上12點就變成BAR. 二樓有兩台免費上網區, 第二天看到一位怪怪的人在上網, 感覺上不是房客. 整體來說很滿意, 下次去大阪會再去住.

The hotel is located in the middle of Umeda area of osaka, and guests are able to access easily to Kyoto, Kobe, and many more places. Inspirational view of the castle and park! We biked early in the morning around the castle and were absolutely awed by the size of the moat and surrounding walls. This has to be the best possible location in Osaka.

For the price I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Super clean and convenient to get to by what they call a "limousine bus" which is a shuttle from Kansai airport for about $18. It's short walk to Osaka Castle and they have a department store next door. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at the Osaka Miyako Sheraton!! The location was convenient to alot of the major sites in Osaka. The price was great! The only problem we encountered was of course the language barrier. The concierge helped us out the best that they could. The dining areas at the hotel were very pricey so we ate out during our stay. The shuttle limo bus was a great way to get to and from the airport. We were traveling with our elderly parents so this helped us immensely!

One concern was the room rate as it got cheaper a few days before our stay (checked at hotels.com), I was thinking by booking ahead it would be cheaper but then I guess that's what last minute deals are for...

- Location: close to large station, which is easy to get to from everywhere, there is also a shopping mall behind it, and another one close by is being built.
- Very large room and bathroom.
- Mist shower
- Air cleaner moisturizer in the room
CONS:
- A bit old. some renovation, such as modern furniture and new carpets would be good.
- Only one English channel, not in HD
- Gym, I think you have to pay extra, but I am not sure
- Buffet breakfast finishes too early. Not for people enjoying Osaka night life.
- Aircon didn't work and I couldn't open windows.
- No on site laundry, only service which in my book is extortion. Hotels should be banned from overcharging for laundry service and should provide on sight facilities. Coin laundry was very far away.

Fraser Residence is ideally located with all the amenities a family may require. We spent 4 nights there and had chance to travel various locations due to it's great location. We were able to travel to Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nara and Himeji. Also, it was great that Fraser had washing machines for us to refresh our clothing options.

The staff at the Swissotel in Osaka couldn't have been more helpful. If we had wanted to change suites, that could have been arranged if we weren't completely satisfied with the one given. But we were totally satisfied. The location is so convenient as it is above a busy shopping area with a good quality department store. It is next to the subway entrance for ease of transport. Osaka is a very clean city as is the hotel. A great 5 star experience.

Very convenient, but a little confusing

First of all, getting there from Kansai Airport is very easy. You take the Rapi:t train from the airport for around $13 US Dollars and its final destination after about 35 minutes is Namba Station. Once you exit the train you walk almost right to one of the entrances to the Swissotel Nankai Osaka. Purchase another ticket there on the time of your departure and you are back at the airport. No taxis, bus or subway required. Also, the subway station is right below you and also some train lines. Outside in front of the hotel are the arcades to eat and shop. First-timers will have to get used to the different levels you can exit the hotel. You can get lost quite easily. Housekeeping was good. No waiting for elevators. Courteous staff. Wi-fi in lobby. But overpriced restaurants. I finally tried Kobe beef in the Minami Restaurant on the 10th floor. I wasn't really impressed. I guess I expected more from what I heard of Kobe beef. Almost $300 US Dollars for that. Eat and drink and shop outside the hotel and it will be okay.
