Convenient to airport with free shuttle. Buffet breakfast was nice. Availablility of a "relaxation treatment" massage was a really nice plus- especially after lugging around baggage etc and sleeping on a plane. Extra charge for internet.

The hotel is conveniently located, 15 minutes from the airport by shuttle bus. Shuttle busses run every 20 minutes.
Rooms are okay, however below standard of other Hilton Hotels.

My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was incredibly clean and different items were provided in case something had been forgotten (toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.). The plugs work with America-based plugs up to a certain voltage, which was a relief. Buses were coming and going at all hours to take visitors to downtown Narita for a fun time.

I have stayed here numerous times for one night while in transit to Manila and Bangkok. The rooms are small like most places in Japan, but very clean. The hotel is always quiet so sleeping is never a problem. They have a very good bus service back and forth to the airport. I also like the fact that the gym is open 24 hours.

I chose this Hotel due to its lcation, 5 minutes walking from Narita Train station (both), so easy to take Narita express and of course to thake the hotel courtsey transfer to airoport at 7 am.
Hotel is okay, my room was in annex, it means I had to walk a lot.
Romm is a standart Mercure, old and as everywere you go in the world, Mercure rooms have a problem with light switches pleaced in wrong places :-).
The staff was not soo kind as japanese standart service.
Breakfasf was okay fbut for or 1.200 yenes I was expecting better offers to foreigners food type.
Narita is a small village with good offer of restaurants.
Next tim I will stay in Narita if I have an early flight as it is much more confortable, maybe I will stay this Hotel if the price is still good.

The hotel was very reasonable for nice accommodations since we were only staying a couple of nights. Very good shuttle bus service to the local town, train station, and airport terminal. Very friendly staff.

Needed a place to stay before catching an early flight. The room and bathroom were spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV was a little small and there wasn't any wireless internet but I didn't need either during this short stay. I ate dinner in the bar on the 11th floor. The food was reasonably good but somewhat overpriced.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for someone needing a place close to the airport with a free bus shuttle.

The hotel has a perfect location, and the bus from the Narita Airport is on time and very convinient. Hotel is clean and the room was very tidy, there is an internet connection in the room and wireless in the lobby. I recomend Nikko Hotel for stay!

All shuttle are free,so make sure to take the one to the shopping mall,or the sations. the staffs speaks better english than I.Very nice restaurants in the hotel.

The hotel is more like a fully equipped resort complex, with sports facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness club and sauna. It is decorated in contemporary style, with light colours and modern furnishings, catering for the needs of the business and leisure traveller with excellent banqueting facilities. It is ten minutes from Narita Airport and four kilometres from the city centre. It more than just an airport hotel and offers a refreshing treat for travellers leaving and entering Japan. A shuttle bus is available to and from Narita Airport. Narita International Airport is located 70km away from city centre of Tokyo. It takes one hour by train or 80-120minutes by bus to central Tokyo from Narita International Airport.

This hotel has a self-service laundry machine outside. This hotel is a member of Youth Hostel. The service is good and can be recommended for low budget travelers who need only a bed before departure or just after arrival in Japan. (12/09 YT) It is a white, 6-storey modern building with a large parking space in front of the entrance. There is no other tall building around this area so the hotel is easily recognised. This hotel is located on the north side of New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport). It takes 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. If guests call the hotel from the airport, the hotels shuttle bus will come to pick up guests between 3:00pm to 10:00pm free of charge. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus service from the hotel to the airport upon reservation. It takes about 60 minutes to central Tokyo from Keisei Train link. There is no public transportation around this hotel.

Perfect for the first or last night as is very near to airport and runs its own shuttle service. Staff friendly and helpful. Price reasonable. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

空港からシャトルバスで１０～１５分程度、しかも周辺には何もないので、ある意味不便だが、格安の料金のわりには文句はいえまい。
ただ、インターネットの接続が悪く、その上使える部屋が限られてるというのはちょっと・・・

The staff was top notch. While out sight seeing, we received a fax and on return the staff called me by name and delived the message before returning to the room. The so called "single bed" was large and accomodated our two grandchildren. Everything was clean and the room was quite large and comfortable thus eliminating the myth that rooms are small.

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel for 1 nite prior to our departure from Tokyo; the staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean with good beds and good water pressure in the shower, the complimentary morning continental breakfast was quite good. Overall, a very nice option for 1-2 nites upon arrival or just before departure
