We spent a three day weekend in Kobe at the harbor. The hotel was excellent and when it was raining we used the complimentary shuttlebus to good effect. The food at the hotel was also very good.

The hotel was really clean and has an excellent location which is less than five minutes walk from the subway and train station. Disregard the small size of the room, the stay was very comfortable. The only problem that I faced there was the lack of cupboard in the room. If you are a traveller who is spending most of the time out of the hotel and looking for a good deal and clean place, then this hotel is what you need.

Good choice as business hotel, although a wardrobe and a couple of drawers would be nice (clothes rail only). Good sized room, bathroom and beds for Japan and the price range. Helpful staff at front desk, although with no real facilities of note there isn't much they need to help with.

El hotel es un rascacielos de trenta y tantos pisos el cual deja deslumbrado a cualquiera. Se puede ir a pie ya que est en plena salida de la estacion de trenes. Es una pasada el edificio y los servicios. El buffet de desayuno es caro para lo que ofrecen... Muy bien en general !!!

This is the city resort hotel responds to the needs of business & leisure travelers with convenient services and amenities due to its great location and full of facilities. The hotel is located right in the center of Rokko Island, eastside of Kobe Port where is large shopping plaza including lots of restaurants and shops and museum. From Osaka Kansai International airport it takes about 59 minutes by direct limousine bus to Rokko Island. The nearest station is "Island Center" of Rokko-Liner Line and 3 minutes walk to the hotel.
From Shin-Kobe Bullet Train Station, it takes about 20 minutes by car.

Nice hotel in slightly off location

Well kept and nice hotel with large clean rooms with excellent bathrooms and comfy beds. The rooms had no Wifi, but free internet through LAN-cable (provided). Great view from higher floors. The breakfast buffet was good and the view over Kobe downtown and mountains was great, but ridiculously expensive if you pay for it separately (2500 yen). There are several resturants in the hotel. They all seem very expensive, we didn't try any of them.
The location of the hotel is slightly off (unless you are attending a meeting at the Kobe International Conference Center), to get into Kobe city you need to take the automatic train "Portliner" (2 min walk from hotel, 240 yen one way) or the hotel shuttle bus (free, runs every 20 ins until 10 pm).
Very nice gym located in the hotel (1050 yen fee if you train mornings, more expensive after lunch).
One bad thing is that check in is at 3 pm.
