It's great if u got the family

It's great if u got the family room. We stayed at a cartoon decorated room. There're kids toothbrush, pajamas n kids shampoo.
The room is spacious as well as the toilet.
It's expensive n not much choice to eat at hotel. The staff is helpful n help us to book a van to Shinjuku as it's snowing.
Definitely will be back to stay here again.

We were upgraded to the 8th floor Penguin Floor. The interesting deco really thrilled my 7 years old! Room was hugh with comfortable beds to ensure a good night sleep. The 100 Yen mineral water at the hotel entrance was a nice touch.
Only down side is the 20 mins interval for the free shuttle bus to Miahama station proved to be too long and may end up with overly crowded bus ride.
Overall, we are very pleased with this hotel!

Description
The hotel has good access to both the Makuhari Messe fair ground and Tokyo Disney Land. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. (0808 YT) The hotel is a modern, 9-storey, cylindrical, beige building. Centrally located in Chiba City, and 3 minutes walk away from JR Chiba station.
From the JR Chiba station, proceed to the station roundabout from EAST exit, looking the police box in the shape of an owl on the left side, and take a walk along to the main street. Turn left at the corner of NTT building, the hotel is located in short walk from there.
From Narita international Airport, it takes 70 minutes to the Chiba Station by Airport Limousine and takes 50 minutes by rapid train.

A short walk to the JR & plenty of nearby eating venues make this hotel an easy option for Chiba city business. Twin rooms are worth the extra $ for more space. The breakfast buffet is basic but OK. Staff make a great effort for non japanese speakers.

the special discount promotion was just at the right time. clean room, courteous staff, good internet connection through the wire provided, no wireless access in-room. the complementary shuttle was very convenient. the buffet lunch was a little expensive, but it iwas ok.

This hotel is located less than 10min by free hotel bus from Narita airport (NRT). Reasonable price, clean, and capable/friendly staff. Free bus to airport or Narita town.

We had a 2 semi-double bed room

We had a 2 semi-double bed room (for JPY11,800) which was to our surprise, is big for Tokyo standard. Besides, other standard amenities like tv, fridge, safe box, free internet connection, it even has an electronic leg massager and na air humidifier. Staff is courteous and helpful.
The only less positive point is the location. It is a 15 mins walk from the Maihama train station but we found out that there are actually buses that pass the hotel from the train station and the bus stops are 20 meter away from the hotel.
If you are going to Tokyo Disney Resort in the morning, there are free shuttle buses too from the hotel.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location for DisneyLand/Sea. We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide dinner, (buffet breakfast only), as it was a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant.

Description
This is a huge hotel with more than 1000 rooms. There are also many shops and stores on the second and third floors, including laundry facility and a convenience store which opens 24hours. This is one of the good choices for business and leisure travelers, especially to visit the international trade fair site and Tokyo Disney Resorts. (05/10 YT) It is a high rise 50 storey modern building. The hotel is near the International fair ground, "Makuhari Messe". It takes 5 minutes walk from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station on Keiyo Line. There is also free shuttle service to/from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station and the hotel. It has good accesses from JR Tokyo Station, Tokyo Disney Resorts and Narita International Airport by public transportation. From JR Tokyo Station, it takes approximately 30 minutes by direct express train. From Tokyo Disney Resorts, it is only 6 stops by JR train and takes only 20 minutes. From Narita International Airport, there are frequent limousine bus services.

Good Location, but...

The hotel is perfectly located next to Makuhari Messe and Chiba Marines Stadium. My husband and I stayed there for the three-day Summer Sonic Music Festival. The rooms are dated, with decor reminiscent of the late 70's to early 80's. The size of the room was large compared to other Japanese hotels, and the view was excellent. However, the beds were very hard - the worst we had on our 2-week trip to Japan. Also, the staff was not very friendly. All in all, I wish we had stayed at one of the other nearby hotels.

Other facilities include a resort-style outdoor pool with outside party facilities, open air jacuzzi, and even a pet hotel. (04/08 YT) The hotel is very modern, and housed in two high-rise octagonal towers. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station, and Makuhari Messe Convention Center. It is a 10 minute walk to Chiba Marine Stadium, and to the nearest beach, and 30 minutes by car or train to Tokyo Disneyland.
