Le personnel est très attentionné, très serviable et ce qui est formidable très professionnel.
Des mentions particulières pour Antonio le barman de l'Hôtel et à l'équipe du Petit Déjeuner qui ont nous ont permis de profiter de ces moments très particuliers qui démarrent ou clôturent la journée.
Prestations et prix conformes à ce qui était prévu!
La localisation correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins.
Un seul regret qu'il n'y aie pas de restauration prévue ce qui, avec la qualité de la prestation Hôtelière aurait rendu ce séjour parfait.

Bien situé, bon service, les chambres ne sont pas forcément des modèles standard 4 étoiles, mais assez confortables et spacieuses. Il semble que l’hôtel ait tendance à vieillir, je dirais un équivalent en France à un bon 2 étoiles. J'ai vu des 3 étoiles meilleurs; mais globalement, satisfaisant.

Bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix,chambres spacieuses, un peu loin du centre ville à pied mais faisable, le service de remise en forme est hors de prix, la salle de sport est gratuite et moyennement équipée, très bon petit déjeuner.Pas de bon restaurants à proximité, nous n'avons pas test celui de l'hôtel.

We came to Palermo to see the Norman architecture and the beautiful interiors. Even better than we had anticipated. Traveling in February meant virtually no tourists and no queuing. We had the Palatine Chapel entirely to ourselves at one point. And a splendid place to practice my Italian: no one much speaks English.The Grand Hotel is in a good location and only about 4 blocks from the Teatro Politeama, where the airport bus has a drop-off and pick-up point. This hotel advertises itself to be in close proximity to the Palermo airport. It is if you are a crow. However the drive time is at least 15 minutes and the shuttle costs between 30 and 35 euros per person. It may take a little longer to go from Palermo city center, but the cost is about the same! I should have stayed in town. The rooms are adequate and clean but very dated. The air conditioning only comes on after 4pm and there was never any cooling from the unit in my room. Unless for some reason you have always wanted to see Terrasini, skip this hotel!!
