This hotel is located in the heart of the old town, right next to a thousand year old campanile and a historic church. The hotel occupies the third and higher floors of its building and access is by elevator artfully concealed in a nondescript yard, but any of the locals will direct you. Reception are pleasant and obliging with passable English. The rooms are tiny, as is common for budget hotels in Italy, and scrupulously clean. Beds are comfortable and air-conditioning, although noisy, is effective. The internet connection, when it is working, I found utterly bewildering so I class it as hopeless. An international phone call could not be completed (for which I blame Neapolitan telecoms rather than the hotel). To compensate for its relative separation from things, Hotel Neapolis provides airport and railway station connections by minibus at reasonable rates.
Breakfast is excellent and varied.
Overall assessment for a budget hotel: pretty reasonable.

Great location. Have spent a lot more on hotels that are terrible. This place was a steal. Accessibility to all attractions, train stations and great service. Felt safe in this neighborhood at night.

This hotel is very close to the main train station which is what we wanted but its not a good area and you do need to be aware of this.The hotel is via a locked main door off the street and once inside it felt very secure the room was lovely and large with a bathroom plus extra bedroom we were really pleased with our choice which also included a basic breakfast we stayed one night as we went to Pompeii but as much as I liked the hotel I wouldn't want to stay in that area for very long.

Quite near the main train station. Modern American style hotel - we needed a break from a crazy hotel in Rome the past 2 nites. Nice breakfast setup, and free internet in the lobby. Very convenient to all of the city's sites, including nearby Pompeii train.

Bon séjour dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct et copieux (même s'il n'y avait pas de jus de fruits...).
Chambre correcte également mais il manquait des meubles de rangement (pas de tiroirs dans les tables de chevet, ni dans le bureau, manque de tablettes dans la salle de bain pour ranger ses affaires donc obligation d'entasser où on peut...).
Hôtel très bien situé, à cinq minutes des artères principales de la ville. Personnel poli mais sans plus.

TV can only see satellite channels no free terrestrial channels !!!
Everything inside needs to be refurbished

Chambres agréables, malgré une literie méritant d'être renouvelée.
Petit problème d'insonorisation (bruits de canalisations, bruits dans la chambre voisine ou dans le couloir trop bien perçus).
Sinon, tout était parfait.

I stayed two nights, one on the way to Amalfi and then another night upon my return. The room assigned to me upon my return to Naples was even more beautiful thant the first night's stay and I was delighted with the first room. Staff, accomodation, food, friendliness, beautiful views. My stay could not have been better. At my request, they provided car service to Amalfi with a friendly and expert driver. I am very pleased with this hotel.

C'est un hôtel très bien situé, mais il est censé d'être une 3 étoiles et il est loin de l'être!!! on a dû changer 2 fois de chambre tellement elles étaient sales (tapisseries très vieilles, rideaux et murs sales, ainsi que la salle de bain et les tapis!!)
Le "petit déjeuner" laisse beaucoup à désirer. Un de personnel de l'accueil particulièrement agréable ainsi qu'un des serveurs, un autre serveur fait vraiment sale, vêtements et cuisine à ne pas regarder de près.

Convenient location. We took the tram from right out front to the harbour to visit Capri. Tour picked us up at hotel door when we visited Pompeii. There was a nearby restaurant, Iris, where food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, and there is a rooftop area for eating when the weather is nice.

The hotel couldn't have been easier to get to from the train station (just a short 5-minute walk.) The service was what you would expect from a decent 4-star hotel and the rooms were modern with a nice European touch.

This hotel was quiet but elegant. The staff was very helpful with directions and needs. We felt very comfortable there. We did have to pay 18 Euro's for parking, but that is to be expected in a large city

Free Parking and free morning transfer to the twhistorical centre. The Hotel Villa Capodimonte boasts a splendid view over the gulf of Naples. Try one of the panoramic jogginf tracks! It is close to Capodimonte Museum and Catacombs of Saint Gennaro. Only 900 mt from highway exit nr. 5. All rooms are equipped with two king or queen size beds, some rooms are with balcony and view. The Hotel has 55 rooms, a well equipped meeting center with 5 congress halls that can seat up to 120 people, banquet services, restaurant, American bar, solarium, Internet point, parking and a private garage. The hotel is located in an area without transportation -no train or close bus - only expensive taxis.they said that the shuttle is operated only on weekends.the reception desk gave us incorrect informaition about the location of restaurants and we found ourselfs walking all over the bay. They don't have a street mapof naples.we thought breakfast was included but they charged us 10 euro for each person. Very disappointing

Très bon hôtel : il est situé à 200 m du métro et du funiculaire, pas loin de la mer, dans un quartier charmant et pittoresque. De notre chambre on avait la vue sur la mer. Le petit déj est correct. Le resto pour le soir est excellent. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une terrasse parfaite pour un apéro. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours disponible pour un conseil. Petit moins : il faut libérer la chambre à 10h...

Description
Decumani Hotel de Charme is the First Cultural Hotel of Naples. It means that our permanent guest is the cultural event.We will be glad to have you as our guest in the hotel placed in the heart of the Decumans,Historic centre of Naples, just close to the majolica Cloister of Santa Chiara Cloister, San Severo Chapel with its wonderful Veiled Christ sculpture and Spaccanapoli street.The building where the hotel is placed is a XVIII centurys palace and used to be the residence of Cardinal Sisto Riario Sforza, the last Bishop of the Bourbon Kingdom of Naples.
Because of its historical relevance, the palace is under Neapolitan cultural assets administration.
From its glorious past, today the building still keeps intact some beautiful structural elements, such as the wood gate, large stairs, high ceilings with rafters or groin vaults and big wood windows.
In honour of this great personality we restaured his apartment, thinking about all the requirements of a charming and comfortable hotel.
In the common areas of the hotel you can find typical Neapolitan tiled floors with ancient pieces of hand-painted maiolica.

The hotel was lovely, with a very nice breakfast, but in a questionable neighborhood. Then again, I think all of Naples is questionable. The entry to the hotel was very, very run down, but once we got to the second floor an entire new world emerged. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful

When the taxi drove us to the hotel I was really worried. Naples is the dirtiest city I have ever seen with trash on the streets and the buildings covered with graffiti.
The Hotel was on the second story of a very old building down a narrow street, scary. But when we got up to the stairs to the Hotel it was great, newly redone and very nice. The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was good, and the WiFi was free and worked.
I don't have any desire to go back to Naples, but I recommend the Hotel as a good place to stay.

As above there is not much that one can do about a location but it was not in the best part of Naples. Your information regarding room service and internet is not true you need to remove it off your site before I report you. My knowledge of room service is I can call the front desk and get service. This is not the case. There is no WI-FI as stated in your site.

Hôtel récent, très bien situé en centre ville et très calme (fenêtres très bien isolées). Service sympathique et attentionné. Petit-déjeuner continental, à géométrie variable selon les jours (mais cornetti fourrés, café et cappuccino excellents). Décoration attrayante. On regrettera seulement l'absence de connexion Internet. Pour un séjour touristique à Naples, seul ou en couple, hôtel à recommander.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile in particolare la signorina del giorno che è a completa disposizione per ogni esigenza ed indicazione.
Abbiamo avuto un'ottima camera molto spaziosa e con un'ottima vista. Leggermente limitata la colazione, ma più che sufficente. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli soggiornerei volentieri ancora in questo albergo.
