This hotel was exactly what I figured it would be when I booked it. It's located about 5 miles outside of Downtown Dublin, a 17 minute walk (down hill there, up hill home# from the LUAS light rail station and Dundrum Center shopping area. The accomodations were great; very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was just enough #cereal, muffins, toast, yogart).
I stayed for 7 nights and didn't come to Dublin to sit in my hotel room, therefore, this hotel was exactly what I needed. A very fair price for the accomodations.

The hotel was a bit far from the center of Dublin, but an easy ride if you use the bus. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite nice. Morning breakfast was included and had a good variety, and you could mostly find business men and women there.

Description
Located in Sandyford, alongside the M50 motorway and the Sandyford Business Park, this location is very convenient to guests visiting Dublin City. Located just 2 minutes walk from the Stillorgan Stop on the Green Luas tram line - which will take you into Dublin City in just 20 minutes. Dundrum Shopping Centre, which is Irelands largest, is just 5 minutes by Luas.

Apartments are lovely, very clean and spacious. Aldi store a 5 minute walk away. However they are quite a bit away from Dublin centre, a 20 minute journey on the Luas line, the saving grace. We didn't ever wait more than 5 mins for a tram and the return cost was £12.50 for the four of us. We got a taxi from the airport, 65 euros! Going home we got the tram into Dublin then a taxi from city centre, saving about 20 euros. Apartments are also Wi-fi enabled, so kids were happy too. All in all a very enjoyable stay, within a lovely apartment, staff were very helpful too.
