(JH 14/04/2009) A high rise and modern building. Located in the city centre of Ujung Pandang, the capital city of South Sulawesi. The hotel is next to one of the biggest shopping mall.

Hotel Horison Makassar is located 30 minutes drive from the International Airport Hasanudin and at the most prestigious area in the central of Makassar City ( Previously known also as Ujung Pandang ). Hotel Horison Makassar is where only minutes drive to the famous Losari Beach and approx 20 minutes drive to most interesting tourism destination Fort Rotterdam, Fort Somba Opu etc. Hotel Horison Makassar nearby major shopping mall, theatre or public facilities.

Business in Makassar

Hotel is in the business district and there is nothing for the part-time tourist to do nearby. The restaurant was OK, don't order the fish. Staff worked hard to meet all my needs but communication would be difficult for those who don't speak Indonesian. Suites were huge and reasonably clean.
