We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Pros: The location is good, in the Jakarta business area. If you want to explore the main sights of the city, this is a good point to go from. The room is large, free high-speed internet is available. Cons: breakfast is very expensive (USD15), especially taking account of the generally very cheap restaurant pricing in Jakarta. No airport shuttle.

i broke my reading glass on my 2nd day stay at the hotel and the hotel staff were very helpful to go out and buy me a new pair and also tried to repair the broken pair for me. the price for taxi and all are reasonable and it was great help as I could not go out due to my tight schedule of meetings in the hotel.
the only complaint would be they still charge USD11 for 24 hours of internet usage. shouldn't all these be part of the hotel services provided free any more?

First, the good: This is an impressive hotel, well maintained and very clean. The staff were courteous and eager to please. The room was big with a comfy bed and nice sofa. Very spacious. The bathroom was similarly big, with a bath and separate shower (with the best hot water service ever!). My room on the 12th floor gave an impressive view of Jakarta. The quality of room service was excellent.
Now, the bad: Just a few little things annoyed me. The complimentary tea/coffee was refilled only sporadically. Also, in this day and age, I cannot believe that an upmarket hotel like this charges an extra $10 US dollars per 24hrs for internet-serously? Finally, I don't see the need to treat customers like idiots and advertise prices (room service, etc) without the mandatory taxes - just tell me what I will actually have to pay!
So in summary, a very nice, comfortable hotel with excellent staff and good facilities but with just a couple of things to take the shine off. Overall, Recommended!

A fantastic international hotel - as would be expected - but the phone in my room did not work and therefore caused me to miss some important phone calls. This is a basic facility so I was not too impressed.

Room was clean, comfortable and okay location to get over to different tourist attractions. Most staff we encountered were cold, unfriendly, stoic and unlike the hotels my wife and I stayed in Indonesia.
I was surprised by the staff's slow response to take care of problems. I called to complain about noise coming from a room next door at 7am but they didn't do anything about the noise. Come to find out later , it was construction going on. On another occasion, I called to take away the room service tray and they never responded so I had to get out of bed, put my clothes on and take it out myself. I guess they forgot about the room service?
The bar staff downstairs were very friendly but that was about the only staff that seemed to response well to guests.
Because of the lousy staff response, and presentation, we will not be going back.

Our stay at this hotel could not have been improved upon. Hotel has a beautiful entry and lobby. The service was amazing, the hotel staff genuinely interested in our comfort;helpful;all speaking perfect English. Having lived in Jakarta fifty years ago, I hosted a tea party for old friends that was fabulous (and extremely reasonable!). The dining room serves an international buffet for breakfast that includes Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian and all continental or American food..all superbly presented, prepared. Room and pool food service were excellent, too. Security measures are very stringent at entry (good, I guess) but staff was always pleasant about it. Location is perfect for a business visit as it is in central Jakarta's Golden Triangle. For visitors like ourselves, the morning walks weren't great. We felt truly pampered at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Good hotel, quiet. Recommend you upgrade for $25.00 to the Club floor where you get an upgraded room on the 16th or 17th floor, have Brakfast, Cocktail hour and evening food. Unlimited soft drinks and coffee past 9:30 pm. Drinks are chargable after 9:30 pm. Personalized service. Hotel is close to most activity. Car traffic is always a problem in Jakarta so leave early to appointments.

The Marriot Mayflower Jakarta is a good option for the long term guest who needs more space to work and relax. Our 2 bedroom unit provided ample space for a couple with a small child. The kitchen was well equipped for the occasional meal taken in. Only one dining option on sight but plenty of options a short drive from the hotel. A good location in the center of business district.

It is only about 60 minutes from Cengkareng International Airport and about 15 minuates from Kuningan, Gatot Subroto and Sudirman areas.

Aston Rasuna offers 223 luxuriously appointed guests rooms, comprising of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites. All suite accommodations are fully furnished with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area, bathroom and utility area and a private balcony. Access to the guest floors is secured by room cards and CCTV is available in the hallways and elevators. All suites are available either for short or long stay accommodation.

There's only one thing you need to know - there's a mosque right outside the hotel with very large speakers. The call to prayer starts at about 3.30am. Even using industrial grade ear plugs its loud enough to wake you up. And it goes on for longer than I've heard from any other mosque. So, if you you want to sleep right through the night you probably want to have your ears surgically removed before staying here.

Apartment Houseの一部をホテルとして使用している。利用したのは2 bed roomタイプ。2人使用で十分すぎる広さ。掃除が行き届いていて気持ちが良い。朝食は、Buffetでまあこの価格帯のホテルの平均的な内容。Locationは市街中心部からは少し離れていてホテルの周辺にはこれといってSpotはない。が、徒歩で移動することがないのでデメリットは感じない。
