Description

Steam room, a private lounge/library and long stay guest centre. A selection of Asian cuisine or shop at a local grocery store and cook for your family in your own kitchenette in your apartment. Thirty minutes from the International Airport, only fifty minutes away from a modern Ferry Terminal. Ferry service runs twenty times a day to Singapore with a travel time of forty minutes one way with a ticket price of 26 Singapore Dollars.

There is a private beach located

There is a private beach located near the resort. So you can head down within a walking distance to enjoy sun tanning. Furthermore, they do provide water sports like banana boat, kayaking, jet ski & etc. Location is far from the city. Room is spacious and comfortable. Service provided by the staffs are excellent. Very friendly! :)

Im very happy with the Hospitility Dept but the upset was the public spaces.
eg: Kids playground was unattended and not hygenic. There was bird shit on the railing.
Overall im happy.

Good deal in downtown Batam

I give this hotel four stars but take that with a grain of salt. The staff, while friendly, was disorganized and ultimately dishonest. [...] The room was comparable to a $200/night hotel in San Diego, but only cost $45/night in USD. When the day came for checkout, they charged me for minibar items that were never there in the first place[...]On the bright side, the hotel is right downtown and the hotel taxi drivers are nice enough with reasonable fares to locations all around the island chain of Barelang.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable for the price. Additionally, the room was very spacious. My only draw back about the hotel was the area. The area doesn't seem very safe, especially for family. Also, be weary of the inflated prices for foreigners on this Island, know your exchange rate and translate every transaction with your local currency in mind. We were there for the nightlife and food. Golfing is also prevalent on this Island, and the sea food was very fresh (Golden Prawns Restaurant).
