The hotel is very nice and clean, we were greeted by a cool 'khus' drink, even though it was a rather late check-in. The staff is very friendly. The facade is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, the dining is great. The only complaint was that the wi-fi did not work in the lobby, although it was supposed to be working. Although you are on a vacation, we all know we need to be connected, so for a hotel that is really quite top-notch, and for the price you expect those 'small' things to work!

A/C does not work!!!

The rooms are modern and clean, with Flat Screen TVs, laminate flooring. Pool facility is great. Staff are friendly. But I was there in May when temperatures reached a scorching 117 degrees F. Management was too CHEAP to turn on the A/C during the day. At night time, the A/C did not work, it was still 100 degrees in the rooms. Complained twice, changed rooms, but still the same. Did NOT get any good sleep because it was too hot! No excuse for a 4 star hotel not to have Air conditioning.

A good combination of a traditional property with modern touches in a central location. It is situated on a ridge which offers commanding views of the city and Jaisalmer Fort. 2. my partner and I stayed there for 3 nights, the staff were very helpfull and helped with tours and other local travel advice. Roof top restaurant has excellent views of the fort at the front and the desert behind the hotel. They served great vegetarian food and staff looked after us. Victor from Australia

You arrive up a dusty track to a newly refurbished hotel on the edge of the desert. Excellent location just 20 minutes stroll to Jaisalmer fort. Rooms were of a high standard, although no view due to the high wall keeping the desert out. Meals were limited as some items we chose were unavailable but with the restaurant located on the roof terrace with views of the fort and desert could not be beaten.
