Nice hotel and supportive staff

The hotel is very nice, expecially considering the rest of the city where it is located. The best part is the very helpful staff. The helped me with a computer problem, and providing transportation whenever I needed it. Once in the hotel it pretty much felt like being an a US Hotel with Indian staff.
The only problem I had was the phone number in the documents that Orbitz provided was not correct and I could not find a number any where else. I could not contact the hotel before I arrived. Fortunatly there was a car waiting for me upon arrival.
