Welcomed with open arms. Receptionists can speak adequate English and are willing to suffer through your less than perfect Spanish. Rooms are clean and refreshing. Internet available ... sometimes by wall connection, but in other rooms it is wireless -- in the lobby and pool area, the wireless reception is excellent. Well maintained pool. Right on the beach and the scenery is very nice -- very safe area. The city is beautiful! The view of the mountains is breath-taking. Maid service was great and they really paid attention to details. The hotel has its own taxi service and Juan will take you anywhere -- just set up a ride through the hotel reception desk and he will be there on-time. Rates are very good. Worth the money -- unless you are a overly picky, demanding, or just like to complain, you cannot go wrong here. Relax and enjoy yourself!
