Avra Beach Resort was renovated in 2003. It has 132 double rooms with side sea view which can host 1-3 people. They are located on the 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th floor of the hotel. Elevator access is available as well as stairs for all rooms as well as private balcony / terrace. Avra Beach Resort is set in its own landscaped gardens and architectured in traditional Rhodian style, the ambience is relaxed and informal. Guest rooms are tasteful and comfortably furnished. Kassandra is a complex of lively apartments for two to four persons, the ideal choice for families who want to have easy access to the center and to the beach and prefer a quiet and safe place for their children. The complex is indicated as 3 stars, even though officially is a B category. It consists of small blocks, each one of 3 floors. It has 2 swimming pools, 2 children's pools, snack bar, satellite TV in the lodge with big screen, super market, parking facilities, exchange, safe deposit boxes at the reception with 24h services, and Greek nights only in high season as they are organized around the pool. Karaoke is organized weekly. The complex offers 147 cosy apartments. One or two bedroom comfortable apartments. All with private bath/shower, wc, balcony, direct dial telephone, full kitchenette facilities, hairdryer, TV, a/c (with extra charge and payable on the spot). Safety deposit boxes in the room are available with an extra charge. Electrical kitchen (two rings).
The Hotel provides Parking facilities. The hotel also offers Children's facilities, Lobby, Reception and Mini market.

The building, which has only very recently been renovated, comprises 6 floors and is the ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a safe, and a currency exchange counter. Additional facilities include a bar, a TV room and a restaurant, as well as a playground in the hotel garden for younger guests. The hotel has its own pool, snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. There is a separate paddling pool for younger guests. The hotel also offers a comprehensive programme of sport and entertainments. Activities such as windsurfing and other water sports are readily available at the local beach. The twin rooms each come with an en suite bath/shower, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable TV, a radio and a fridge, and are ideal for 2 people. There are rooms available with air conditioning, for which a small additional fee must be paid on arrival. Parking facility available. The hotel also offers Children's pool, Lobby, Parking facilities, Reception, Children's Playground and Pool/Snack bar.

j'y ai passé un séjour il y a 4 ans et j'ai été déçue par le côté impersonnel et sans aucun accueil personnalisé. Au point que je passais mes journées au bord de la piscine d'un hôtel voisin (4 OU 5 ETOILES) que je connaissais aussi, et j'y ai trouvé un accueil chaleureuX....

Description
The Garden Pastida Hotel is a family run business which offers a warm and clean environment at low prices. It is ideal for people looking for a peaceful and quiet family atmosphere and good service. The Garden offers small but entirely self contained suites with all the usual amenities. The hotel earns its name from 10,000 square metres of Gardens in which crow fruit trees, providing produce for every season. The whole is complemented by two swimming pools, the larger being one of the biggest in Rhodes (some 830,000 litres of water) and is equipped with the best facilities. The smaller pool, designed especially for children, is close to the bar and restaurant and is supervised by the hotel stuff. There is also a children's playground. The restaurant and outdoor dining area serve only fresh meats and homemade meals. There is also a mini market for all clients' day to day needs and the lounges have the latest satellite TV and Internet connections. Garden Hotel, Pastida, offers its guests 70 comfortable guest rooms located on one floor. All rooms are with balconies, private automatic telephones, kitchen and bathroom. All have simple Greek decor with plain pine bedsteads and crisp white bed linens, white tile floors and colourful patterned drapes. Balconies overlook the surrounding gardens. Fans and refrigerator, boiled Tea and coffee making facilities are included, and air conditioning is available on request (surcharge). Hotel also provides the parking facility and reception facility!

Family run hotel keeping the personal touch and a warm atmosphere. Great for families, couples and singles/groups. Situated on the west coast of Rhodes, benefiting from a gentle breeze. Poolside snack bar open daily and cocktail/lounge bar open till late with full entertainment. Simple but tasteful decor. The reception is warm and welcoming. All this creating a very relaxing atmosphere to unwind. Beautifully maintained border gardens scattered with the occasional marble statues. Marble topped bar with designer glass canopy. All rooms are simply decorated. Studios are with 2 or 3 beds and apartments with 4 beds. Spacious wardrobes, dressing table and large mirror. Small kitchenettes, fully equipped with 2 ring hobs and fridge freezer. Bathrooms en-suite with bath or shower. All have a large balcony or a terrace, great for unwinding and relaxing. A / C is with extra charge.
The hotel also offers lobby and reception service.
